I have a camper in their secure storage area /dump, well I have whats left of a camper with a very little bit of stuff stored inside it now thanks to thieves and vandals . I couldnt even tell you how many time its been broken into (at least 5 ) 2 40 gal propane tanks, 3 Windows, several deep gouges in the siding, and a couple of tubs full of personal keepsake items and camping supplies. It has gotten so bad in this town the police dont even try anymore. Everyone is like Oh they broke in and stole all your stuff, twice, yea they do that. So, what are you doing this weekend And the property mgmt, pretty sure their the devil !

Staying neutral on my rating because I am not a resident, I have only been a guest.The mobile home park seems to be ok but the clubhouse is another story. I have been there many times over the years. My most recent was for a baby shower. The clubhouse is in very poor condition and doesnt appear to have been well cleaned and maintained in years. The window blinds are in desperate need of replacement as well as the furniture. The sofa and chairs are the same ones that I believe have been there for well over 10 years. They are in terrible condition. I appreciate that the clubhouse is made available to residents and there guests but it really needs to be maintained.

Dark entryway. Older homes some are really really bad.

Management is TERRIBLE. You pay for trash, yet it is not picked up. Also, dont bother putting in a work order for anything, because maintenance does absolutely nothing. Have had no working heat and 2 broken windows since we moved in (they were like that before we moved in), put in multiple work orders and nothing has been done even though it is SNOWING.

DIRTY AND NASTY. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.

Just bought a trailer there its a nice place

Lot rent is getting to be a bit much...I have been here 28 years and lot rent seems to go up every 6 months to a year and some are haveing to relocation count of this ...Otherwise its a good place to live

Weve had so many great experiences here. Weve been here almost a year now. Management has been very quick to address any issues. The maintenance crew is also very friendly. We have the best neighbors. I couldnt ask for a better community!

Its my first month here when I looked at the place the yard was pretty had beautiful flowers all around it move in day the yard was ripped out not a flower one over half the yard was dirt and cobble stones. They said they made it better yuck yuck costing a fortune to make it right and as for their maintenance crew my 5 year old grandson knows more and does a better job these guys are blooming idiots. Had to have my son come fix things and whats with all the cats running around loose not impressed so far

My family lives there but when I visted there were pets all around the area with no owner or the owners did not care about where they were. But also the roads were not plowed when it was covered in snow I have visted my family multiple times and it never seems to change... It disappointing

I dont live here. Just visit.I attempted to rent here last time I was looking for a place.Its hit or miss . Some units are brand new, some are falling apart.Maintainece is a joke. I have 3 friends currently renting here.

Started out great, but went bad quickly! They give eviction notices before rent is even due! Forbid you should fall behind on rent AT ALL and they threaten to have the sheriff throw you out in as little as 10 days late and will also refuse to accept tje late payment unless you pay the next month in advance along with the overpriced bs late Fees! Also raised rent on us over 11% for us to renew our lease! Ill NEVER give them another dollar, or another chance!!!!!

Took 3 months to fix a leaking roof sounded like a running faucet pooring into my home when it rained, I called weekly when i put in a work order they came to the house said its raining we cant see the issue/its raining we cant get on the roof safety issue and closed the work order as fixed. Power went out on a saturday I had to call rhp propertys in surrounding citys to contact someone, the call is forwarded to a c/s line after hours for other rhps here its sent to a voicemail that cuts you off and hangs up after 10 seconds they work hard making sure to fix as little as possible, manhattan had to send their electrician so i would have power on the weekend they couldnt contact anyone here the temp was below freezing. Very money hungry group of people..... hahaha inconsistent with how they run their business? hillarious! Issues have been resolved? The electrician said it was a temp fix to get me through the night 2 months ago! I was told they were going to fix it correctly im still waiting.

Where in the lease agreement does it state trash removal procedures/policies concerning how high the lid on the trash cart has to be in order for trash services be rendered? If there is no stated RULES, why do you have the trash removal company REFUSE services? Do you honestly want your community FULL of trash? Why do you charge $12/month when trash IS NOT picked up?

I have lived in Meadowood since 2014 and the only reason we have stayed is because we cant afford to go anywhere else where we can stay in the Seamen school district. The corporation that owns this park wants everything to be perfect but they dont want to put out the money to fix things the residents would like fixed they ask them to pay out of pocket to fix. For example out carpet is filthy and falling apart I have 2 children that have asthma, we were told to get the info from a doctor stating that they are asmatics and why the removal of the carpet would be beneficial to my childrens health so we did and then we were told that we were approved but we had to pay out of pocket slum lord corporation. But hey if you dont care about your place falling apart and need easy access to almost any drug you need this is the place for you. If you want a nice safe friendly place to raise a family I would strongly suggest to keep looking.

Was better before ARC bought park..I lived there through many Managers & the last ones are the worst! Should have class action law suit done /Did many people WRONG!
