RUN!!! RUN AWAY!!! Was all set to purchase a home in this community....it was #24 - a 20 yr old home. The first time I saw it there was a brand new hot water heater waiting to be installed. I was thrilled - gave me a sense that things were maintained. Well, I was VERY SADLY mistaken. Before I signed the paperwork to close the deal, I decided to have the home inspected. (Huge cost, but well worth it!!) The hot water heater was indeed replaced, but the maintenance man DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THE MOLD that was in the water heater closet. They tried selling me a mobile home that had MOLD!!!!! They tell you they have their own inspectors - at least she kept saying something gets inspected - have no idea what! But wait! it gets worse when I go across the street to their Meadowood Location..... #218 it is only a year old, spent another chunk to inspect... structurally damaged!!!! was damaged upon moving it into the current spot!!! Master bedroom wall bows in due to the damage.DO NOT RENT, DO NOT BUY ..... RUN!!!!1

Anitas, the office lady was the ENTIRE reason we ended up not buying. She was AWFUL to deal with. Made many mistakes, was dismissive, and SO RUDE (almost combative). Also, the company itself is very shady. If you MUST go here, RENT. DONT BUY!!!

I thought it was a bit rundown and the trailers was older. I would rather be in a more upgraded place. Owners need to put HOA in place, upgrade and charge a bit more money. Who wants to live nextdoor to someone who had an unkept yard and a new.

Has low life running the place, places are always being robbed, manager and assist manager only care about themselves. Has at least 90% empty trailers because of the way the manager and assist manager run people out of their homes, just so they can put claim to them. Do not bother coming to this place unless you dont plan on leaving with less than you came with.

The people in the office are rude. They only wanna send people out aka to work on stuff when they feel like it. No body is ever in the office. No body likes to answer the phones down there. They let u go without hot water for 4 days. They switch my water bill acct in there name in oct. and now trying to charge me for my bill even tho I’m not the one who switched it to their name. All I’m saying is I wouldn’t move here or even give it an good review. U can guarantee that I will be leaving ASAP!!!!

I used to be scared to go in this trailer court. They have cleaned it up and the trailers are very nice

Right now rain is flooding in my back door. And no one answers the phone. Theres not even an emergency line.To be completely honest they dont even deserve the one star. I have called them 12 times today and nobody has ever answered. When they renewed my lease the dates are a year behind and here I cant even get anybody to solve the problem. Im so angry right now with this place. They dont care about the people they dont care about their trailers all they care about is their money. Making sure that everybody is paying and if they dont pay they get 3 days notice to get the h*** out. I would never suggest someone move here. And if I could backup time and know what I know now I never would have moved here. And now Im stuck till kid graduates. Just 2 more yrs maybe less.And just so everybody knows when I 1st moved here 5 years ago it was a great place. Something happened with management and now everything is messed up.

Dont spray the trailers for bugs. Lots of repairs needed and no one ever comes to fix them.

Not the best place. Been here 3 years its enough. Corperate and management could do better. To deal with the real issues. Finishing this year and moving out of state.
