The place has definitely improved a lot since Ive lived here and how dare you slander the person who runs this place . He deserves five stars because hes been here for 15 years and is on top of his game, he dont allow criminals here he cant control tenants guest are. But he does the best he can,. And from experience hes a really a nice guy . but takes his job and this place serious. I feel safe here. He lives in the park so like I he wants to feel safe as well.

A very lovely place

Landlord is a very understanding person. Tries hard to make tenants happy. Nobody bugs you. Not a bad place.

I am sad for anyone who has to live in such a structure mobile home is nothing but a glorified cardboard box a new home could run as much as 30 or $40,000 and then 20 years later its not worth even a force of what you paid for it

Small. Area and kept clean

Quiet neighborhood. Clean and safe environment. Friendly tenants. Very helpful and accommodating manager. Very reasonable rent.

Rent is managable, PEOPLE KEEP OUT OF OTHERS BUSINESS, very safe actually, many newer homes, seems like down to earth people live there not rich gossipy snobs.

Typically trailer park problems with people living that close to each other but some new mobile homes but old some well kept up some not so well kept up
