Staff was very rude about the return policy. I asked her if something doesn’t fit if I could return it. I came and had to return it later as expected because it was a “one size fits all”. She told me they don’t do cash back which is bs. So I traded it out and she continued to tell me I couldn’t return anything ever again. Not coming back. I had multiple things that didn’t fit and yes I read the sizing for everything.

Great selection, and the lady that helped me was super nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

Great place to go if you dont mind being accused of stealing and being strip searched. Be prepared to remove your bra and hat. Everything theyre selling to be had online for half the price. I have never encountered policies this place has in my entire life. Go to Spencers at the mall if you dont want to be harassed

Walking in with my friend with her 9month old sleeping child, face completely covered and in her small car seat so she couldnt see anything, (seat was draped with the blanket) we were immediately greeted with rudeness and attitude. The larger women came up to my friend and raised her hand in her face saying You cant bring your child in here. And pointed toward the door. We walked out. Dont go to that place, god forbid if your a mother of an infant traveling.

The bigger size lady was rude and didnt try to help us. She just kept gossiping in the back with some blonde female. I will never go back to this store. We were also not given a friendly greeting when we stepped in which turned us off completely. We are not criminals so dont treat us like that. Just a very unpleasant experience.
