Excellent environment, clean and private. Terrific friendly staff. Ajhana, the staff in charge, was friendly and helpful. She knows the content of the store well and was patient for all my questions. She noticed I forgot an item after purchase and kept it behind the counter for me. Will definitely return to this place in the future.

Wound up showing up almost a half hour after close for an emergency bullet replacement. Jose was thankfully still there and was kind enough to oblige!!! Amazing service always but above and beyond in a day and age where people just seem put out by customers. 100% highly recommend!!

Personally Ive seen a lot of changes to this place in the last 2 years and i believe they are all for the best. The wooden pallet piles have been removed. The crater potholes have been filled. A brilliant idea. Btws. And the customer service in comparison to other places Ive been is great. You dont have to wait to get service you are acknowledged immediately when walking through the door. The rep on shift was very helpful with finding me something in my price range. I liked how I wasnt pressured to buy something expensive. I was assured that i was buying a good product and even offered a few others that didnt kill my pockets either. I was a bit confused when there was a mention of an arcade. However was politely told if i wanted to go in Id have to pay and even that small exchange of words was informational. Told me how much it would cost and the rules to follow. I will definitely be back.

Wow! What a fantastic place to frequent. The manager Janell has definitely change the place around. Her smile is bright and welcoming. She gives excellent customer service. GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Shes so knowledgeable about the products she selling and definitely doesnt try to oversell any item. Absolutely going to visit this location more often. The DVD selection was surprisingly filled with new genres. She even called to let me know when new arrivals are in. Thank you Janell. You are a blessing.

Staff turnover in this place is terrible, they write most of the reviews on here, then quit or get fired so the new staff writes new ones. I drive by here all the time but there is usually a couple cars out front and i have heard the horror stories about this place when there are guys hanging out in the back, so i thought i wait til its dead to go inside. I went in and picked up a few things for a female friend who is getting married next week...not too much, about $65 worth of stuff...i also decided to watch some movies so i said put $10 on my card please ..i paid her and went in back. The 1st 5 booths are OUT OF ORDER..the next 2 have broken door locks, the next one is also OUT OF ORDER along with the ones next to it....i finally found one booth where i had to stand up to watch movies because everything else is broken. My phone rang so i had to go outside to take a call, as i was walking out i told her i will be right back, i have to take a call and im gonna put the stuff i bought in my car...she said nodded. i was on the phone for EXACTLY 37 seconds and i was outside for less than 1 minutes total...i walk back in and she says hey....you need to put $9 on your card to go back in...i said i just put $10 on it and i have only been outside for 1 minute?!. She looks at me with her METH TEETH and says, sorry, theres the door if you dont like it. NO PROBLEM. Keep letting guys stand in the back spending ZERO money while the paying customers walk out the door.

Will never go back to this place, went there tonight and there was a creepy guy standing outside looking at me and my girlfriend mostly her making us extremely uncomfortable and tried to get our attention and I ignored him the worker came outside and just bullshited with him and went back inside, i was about to call police but didnt, I wont be coming back to that store. This was at 12:10am the worker was a guy with a small beard.
