Very small for a trampoline place. There were two boys there, one who claims his parent owns the place, who were very rude to my kids. Followed them around calling them names, got annoyed if my kids used the foam pit at all. I normally would not mention rude kids in a review since they can be anywhere, but if one of their parents really does own this place then they need to know their son is driving customers away.

I stopped in pre jump time to make arrangements. Came back later in the day with all of my jumpers. The same employee I had arranged pricing with earlier said she couldn’t do it at the agreed amount.We won’t be back. I’ll drive to salt lake before I give them another dime. The kids did have fun though.

Don’t go for “Toddler time”. No protections for young kids and they allow older kids (like Daniel) to threaten and jump around toddlers without repercussion. Poorly managed and supervised operation. No CDC recommendations are followed like any responsible business should. Toddler time is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Spare yourself the stress.

Went during the toddler time. It was fun and the kids loved it. I wish they would fix the parent seating, thats the only reason for 4 stars, the couches are uncomfortable or broken. Bring gipper socks or youll need to purchase them there

I had a lot of fun with my cousins we went early a do it wasn’t very busy but there was a kid that jumped on my cousin but she was okay but hats no the places fault they it says they have laser I’ve never seen them but I loved it!

The place is fine but members of the staff are horrible they will ban you boot you or whatever they decide to do to you and your stuck losing days from your month pass if you go don’t by a month pass but I recommend not to go at all

It was hot and they had the AC off, the disco lights were turned off and the hallway and rooms are small, be careful when sitting down on their couches because they have bars in the sitting areas where you wouldn’t expect.Other than that, the trampolines, foam pit, plastic ball and play areas are super fun. Great bright colors for the kids.

Very fun and a good place to hang with friends. The only downside is that food isnt aloud in the building unless you get a party room.

We love this place! Its a bit pricey but worth it. However, every Tuesday from 10-3 its toddlers only jumping for only $5! We go every week now and my 4 year old LOVES it! The guy who works there is really nice and great with the kids and you can tell he loves his job. Great place.

Great fun for the kids but I am so concerned about the kids on the high wall of the foam pit. Some sort of netting needs to be put up along the West side.

We had our daughters party here last night. The kids all enjoyed it and played the whole time. The party room was nicely decorated and comfortable for our group. The only downside was the young lady at the front desk who seemed like her job was the worst form of punishment imaginable. When we went to check in, she couldnt find the reservation and rudely commented I dont see your reservation. I gave her the confirmation text and she finally let us in after acting as though we had inconvenienced her, instead of her inconveniencing the customer. Other than that, we had fun!

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I brought my 5 year old daughter here and the employees were playing rap music that my daughter pointed out kept swearing. The music playing said “pus*y and many more explicit words. The employee was jumping around which I thought was unproffesional. After asking them to change the music that swore they did which was nice. But would not acknowledge me after I was saying goodbye and thank you. Was not a very kid friendly place. This was on 10/2/19

Great for the kids, the party rooms were very small, they said 50 people would fit, if they were all standing none the less everyone enjoyed themself

Had a birthday party here and all of the kids had a blast!

Kids liked it, smelled like feet, guess thats what you get where people wear no shoes.

It was ok. Pretty small and dirty. Couches where the parents wait are broken and torn. Will not be going back

I am giving 2 stars because my daughter injured herself which is not their fault but they did t offer to call an ambulance. It was a few months ago. The place itself is nice. Just wish someone would have asked if we needed anything.

Staff is great! Ive been during the toddler hours a few times. Love it. Foam pit, ball pit, dodgeball area, plus several other trampolines. They do a lot with the small space they have.

Friendly staff. Kids had a great time. Only one foam pit but plenty of trampolines to jump on.

The actual place is good but one day me and my cousins went and there was socks and tissues in the kids ball pit. that makes me not want to sepend time and money here.

Giving three stars because I didn’t look around the corner at the front entrance but wouldn’t recommend for kids over the age of seven. It is a very small facility and the trampolines are too small for older kids. I know that hiring people can be difficult and not many people are willing to work but please think about making your employees take out their piercings or other body modifications. I’m not against it but some other people might be.

This place is so fun! My grandson had his birthday party in one of the rooms. Great for all ages from grandma to the 2 year old.

I have been here several times with my two year old and she loves it!

The place is a lot smaller than I expected. The b-day party room was rather small as well. There are a lot of low points in the roof so be careful! I guess I just expected more when I heard trampoline park from others. And the foam pit is kinda shallow. Might be ok for little kids but I hit the bottom pretty good. Hurt a little. My opinion is they buy out anytime fitness and expand. Otherwise Ill go to SLC from now on. Regardless of size the kids did have a blast only reason it got three stars.

My 2 year olds favorite place!

We had alot of fun here. The young man Jake was very helpful. It wasnt busy and he took a few minutes to interact with my kiddos. At first I thought it was a little pricey for one hour,but after about 45 mins the the kiddos started slowing down. Thanks Drop Zone well be back.

Paid lots of money for 4 kids, it was so hot in the building that they came home sick from the heat! Do they not have airconditioning or are they to cheat to turn it on?

Love that its right in Tooele so we dont have to drive hour one way too have some fun. But it is a little smaller than other competitors not in Tooele. But the prices are similar to other locations.
