Absolutely awesome place! The customer service is great and the owners are very kind. The very first time my family and I went we mistakenly came an hour early and they werent open yet. One of the owners was washing the Windows outside and my husband asked if they were open. He said they werent just yet but to give him a minute and hed let us in. That is customer service! We then booked my sons birthday there and it was a BLAST! My family and friends still talk about how great it was and how it made the older family members feel like kids again. The prices are extremely fair and it is so clean. They offer free water which I think is very thoughtful and have an area for little ones to play with toys. They also hold a lot of events for kids and teens to have fun safe places to go for movie nights, New Years, etc. I feel the owners put a lot of thought into this business and truly care about their patrons.

My kids love to go to bounce town. They have a blast, but...the last two times that we have gone, my kids left smelling like stinky socks and became sick during the days following both visits. This may be coincidence but neither my wife or I had seen anyone cleaning the play equipment like we had during prior visits. I would love for my kids to continue to go play there, but based on the last two visits, we will probably not be going back any time soon.

Super fun place. I wish it wasnt in the middle of nowhere and so hard to find! But it is worth it when you get there! Kids had a great time and so did I!

We love bounce town. Super fun. I wish it was a little cheaper, but its not outrageous. The kids always have lots of fun. There has been a few times when we go that it is really busy. My kids are small and sometimes get a bit trampled by the bigger kids.

We stopped by Bounce Town while in town visiting. My daughter loved this place! It is much cleaner than the indoor bounce places near us. She has been driving me crazy to go back. Next time when we are in town we will be spending a lot of time here.

My kids and I have been here several times and really enjoyed it. However, after this time I dont think we will be coming back. A lady (Im assuming the owner) was wandering around like a hawk looking for people to yell at. She even made me nervous and Im an adult! My 9 year said and I quote mom, shes like a witch each time I turn around shes there watching me! My kids only got yelled at once but every few minutes she was getting a new person in trouble. It made us feel uncomfortable to have her watching like that. I enjoyed the relaxed fun atmosphere that was here the other times we have played. I dont expect thato we will be back any time soon.

What a great place to bring the kids to. Super clean, friendly staff and a ton of things for the kids to have fun on. We will be back real soon and will be bringing some more friends and kids.

As someone that is involved in the inflatable rental industry myself, I was highly impressed with the inflatables provided and the overall play experience. Clearly the owner knows this industry well enough to know not to cut corners, and IT SHOWS!

Weve been back several times. Every time a great experience. Nice clean facility with good staff. Party area is ample and the slides, obstacle course, bounce castle are great. Being in Tooele, means it never gets too crowded. I hope they can grow a little bit. It would be nice if they had a couple more features, there are pleanty to serve the customers they currenttly have.

I loved going there my cousin had a birthday there and I had fun too bad it closed but yeah it was in the middle of nowhere and way too hard to find
