I absolutely love this bowling alley, and we have a blast everytime we go. Also, the staff are awesome! They really go out of their way to accommodate you. This last time we were there, a staff member named Jamie really impressed me with how friendly and professional she was. Thank you for giving my family and I a fun and safe place to go that helps us forget the world we are living in, even for an hour.

A male employee was very rude and using profanity towards me and my friends for having our mask down for a minute. When everyone else did not have their mask, and kicked us out. Not even a warning...

Only place within 30 miles so we have to put up with it if we want to bowl. The owner is HORRIBLE and doesnt care about this facility like he does his other ones. So stupid as this place could be a gold mine being the only thing for this type of entertainment in town! He doesnt care, management sucks but thats only because of the owner, all of the bowlers are upset about HORRIBLE lane conditions and machines constantly breaking down. We tell management but thats where it ends because the owner never addresses anything. With great management and owner support this would be an amazing facility.

Great bowling alley. You can order beer from the bar. Food is actually really good too. They have an arcade as wellShoes are clean, good selection of balls. It makes for a fun night of family fun!

Amazing bowling lanes! Mondays are all day bowling for the lane and shoes which is fun for family and friends, great place to just enjoy time with others and get a nice game of bowling in.

We went to pins & ales (the bar side) the staff was friendly and helpful on both sides... Getting our shoes on one side & our lane & drinks & food on the other. It was for a group activity and not everyone showed up at once so we kept the staff on their toes adding more people to the two lanes we had but the staff never got frustrated with us.

I questioned rather leaving a review was the right thing to do, and I wasnt going to. But I feel like someone needs to see it so that it gets addressed.I came in last night to get some info about booking a birthday party for my daughter, overheard several employees gathered around a square table behind the counter bragging about how someone had just lied to get rid of a male co-worker and how gullible their boss was for believing them.They saw me standing there and made their way to the counter, I was told I needed to talk to someone named Katie to get info on parties, called the number on the card I was given and it was just the phone at the front desk and the girl that answered the phone was clearly annoyed that she had to take the time to answer the phone.Ultimately decided that between hearing gossip on someone losing their job and how it seemed to be a running joke, and on top of the hassle and treatment over trying to book a party that I would just go else where.

Food was delicious, staff friendly, bowling package great price! Establishment was clean and Covid conscious. Would visit again.

Wasnt happy with my visit last night, staff was very rude to me and my girlfriend. They were too busy talking about someone that didnt work there anymore and seemed annoyed anytime someone approached the counter. I waited several minutes to place a order at the cafe counter and the food quality was not that great and arrived to our table cold. My girlfriend was ready to cry. Had one of the games in their arcade take my money, and the lady behind the counter basically accused me of lying when I told her about it, though she did refund me. Did not bother to redeem any tickets, as I already felt like they were annoyed to have anyone there. Will not visit this location again.

Lets be honest it has zero competition. But the staff is friendly. The fries are better then normal bowling alley food. The lanes and arcade is clean and fun. We did the virtual rollar coaster ride, which was really fun. Im sure we will be spending a lot of money here. ;) But its a great date spot or family friendly place to go.

It was about 80 degrees in the adult bowling lanes. Pizza took a long time to arrive. The only bright spot was good beer. Avoid this place because Ive never had a good experience here.

Worst place for anything! Food over priced lanes always broken. They talk about social distancing but 15 people in one group and not following state rules or cdc rules but make the league bowlers wear theres. Lead by 3xample the bowling house is garbage!

A huge thanks to the lady at the counter and the gentlemen that helped make an autistic boys birthday by going above and beyond I do believe the gentlemen may have been a manager. This was my kiddos first outting in 4 months due to covid and appreciate everything that they did. My family is very appreciative and impressed.

Its not very often that I give either a one or a five-star rating to any business - however all-star bowling and entertainment definitely not only deserves, but earns the FULL FIVE STARS. Out of the many bowling alleys I have visited over the past couple of years this is definitely by far, the best establishment Ive been to. The place is impeccably clean, the service was polite and very timely. The lanes are immaculate and well taken care of and the ball return and pin reset machines work as if theyre brand new still. I will most definitely refer anybody I know and bring along friends of my own. They do events such as beer pong poker trivia karaoke etc. Im honestly surprised that this place does not receive more business than it does! The pricing is very similar if not cheaper than other bowling alleys Ive been to, and not only this but they have packaged deals that you get more bang for your buck. Theres arcades, bowling, laser tag, a rock climbing wall, pool, and much more. Im completely impressed with this establishment! Good job guys!

We were there Saturday for a birthday party. I bought 3 unlimited attraction passes! My card was charged 90 and 80 for 3 unlimited passes. They tried to tell me my card wasn’t charged for the 90 but it absolutely was. Not only we were over charged but every kid who ate the ice cream from there ended up with food poisoning. We called on Sunday and let them know what happened with the food. I called last night again once I noticed my card was charged double was told they would have a manager call. Never received a call and when I said we also got food poisoning from the ice cream she said nobody said anything about that. So they are still serving bad ice cream. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend going there. HOWEVER the party manager Bethany is a delight and awesome to work with. She needs paid more than she’s paid to put up with what she puts up with

Held our group event here. Staff provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs. They worked within our budget and provided a great experience for an active group of young cub scouts and families. The pizza we ordered was good. Bottomless drinks were a bonus. They prepped the event space well in advance and looked classy. Give them a try!

My husband and i go on weeknights because he works weekends, the food isnt great but the bowling is super fun and drinks are okay.

Super fun place to go and hang out! With AMAZING PIZZA! Its the best Ive ever had. The laser tagging area is so fun and very well kept. This is a great place to go and trust that you will have a great time no matter your age!

Horrible service! Booked a party online and when I showed up they had no idea about the party. Employee was not apologetic kept blaming it on the system. Nothing was offered to make things right I finally had to ask what she was going to do. All I got was 10%. I will for sure next time go into salt lake for my kids’ birthday parties they deserve the money I spent here. $200 for nothing but stress and arguing. Wish I could give no stars

I really like the upgrades this All-star has received. The games seem to be getting better. Shouldnt cost so much to play them though. The bowling is always fun. Lanes are clean. Friendly atmosphere and good customer service here. The food is . Good variety. There also is a bar closed off from the rest of their place. Dont know much about that. I drink no longer so ya.... Looking for a good place to take the fam for some fun there here is one of the best spots in Tooele!

Im pretty disappointed overall. We decided to take advantage of the unlimited pass for $20. They were severely understaffed with only 3 employees working! The kids used their arcade cards and that was pretty much it. They had nobody at the bumper cars, nobody at the rock climb wall and nobody at laser tag. So we payed $20 per child for a few arcade games. They did offer to extend our bowling for an hour, which was nice. I felt bad for the staff, bad for our kids, and even worse for our pocketbooks. Bummer!

Probably the nicest place in all of Tooele. In the 21 and over lounge.Great Inexspensive cocktails, excellent food menu as well. Pretty Bartenders. Pool tables and dining are inviting too. Clean and airy. Smoking area too.

Had a great time here bowling. It was pretty busy but the employees were working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Their laser tag is also interesting. I do wish the employees looked a little happier though. I know it was busy, but they are working at a fun center and sad looking employees can sometimes put people off.

Best entertainment place in Tooele

If your going there to bowl and thats it its good, the Tooele location lets see where do I start first of all get your gaming machines fixed because at least half of them dont work. I went to the bathroom the toilet didnt flush. For a guy with alot of money maybe you should spent some to fix up that dump, or lower your prices cause its pretty ghetto.

Plenty of activities for a great family outing or kids birthday party, even fun dates. They have bowling, an arcade, and laser tag. They also offer food choices. Very enjoyable!

The summer specials made fun here very affordable. The laser tag was very fun, and in a nice facility. The bowling was great too. Food was good and surprisingly a good price for a place like this. They were under construction adding new attractions when we went. Im excited to try their new stuff!

We just went bowling with a big group of almost 30. They were fantastic! The general manager was so kind and fun with our kids. This will definitely be a new family tradition here. It was clean and everything was in good working order. Thanks All Star Lanes!

A little run down we had some issues with their equipment (the bowling alley and we couldnt load money for the arcade ar the machine) while we were there. It was a cheap place to take 8 of us to go bowling and their food is decent and it wasnt overpriced. However we probably wont be back.

Expensive to bowl, 2 people 1 adult 1 child was over $17 for 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon that was slow. Man y arcade games didnt work. However my kiddo loved it!

Bowling is good. Arcade not too good, half of the arcade didnt work, and not too many stuff to choose from with the tickets won. Overall not too bad but need some attention to it.

Loved it. Gotta go if you have kids. Young ones will love the bowling and games and adults too. Young kids 4 or younger arent tall enough for the bumper cars but they have laser tag too and a sweet arcade room

Pretty good. They charge you hourly now instead of per game, so its great if you have a small group.

Went in to take my niece and nephew to play some games on Monday the 7th of January. There was two teenagers and an older lady working. Right off the bat the older lady at the desk was very rude rolling her eyes at us. Half the games did not work and we lost about five dollars, however with the horrible customer service we did not feel comfortable going up to the desk. Come time to cash in their ticket this same lady just watched us stand at the counter. The younger girl walked over to help us, she was very nice.

I still am giving 5 stars even though they wouldnt let me bring in my pizza. This place has reasonable price and it pretty much the only real entertainment center in Tooele. They have bowling, arcade games, And laser tag. I only did the bowling but I plan on going back soon for the laser tag.

I used to work here and I hardly go back because of the other employees verbally harassing me and causing me to quit. The older lady that works there is incredibly rude to certain employees and well as customers. I used to spend a lot of time in my shifts working with customers to try and make up for how rude she was to them. I really do think that this place needs some serious improvements in both the staff as well as equipment. Its very hard to even get through a game without having to have someone fix the lane.

Fun place to go. They serve lots of different variety of cold beer and they serve alcohol as well. Good kitchen and lots of things to keep you entertained. Fair priced and seem to have a friendly staff.

Getting a facelift inside was perfect! Lots of FUN. But.. there is a guy that works the bowling counter who is rude! An adult person that has medical issues that is unable to pickup more that 8lbs and asked for bumpers wanted these things, he told them no, that only 12 yrs and under can have the bumpers. He argued with many people about it. Then blamed the owner saying its the owners rules. Not very good in my book!

Its fun, has laser tag and bowling. The halls they have for use arent great. The staff is friendly the environment is clean.

The costumer service is good, along with their bowling lanes. The arcade isnt as great as everything else, but their laser tag is fantastic.

Someone has a good idea started here. Our lane (and several others) I noticed kept getting stuck and we ended up waiting time after time for an employee to go behind the scenes and fix it. They gave us more time to finish our game but if youre in any type of hurry you might want to just go fishing instead.....

I love bowling here. I love how quick the staff is to help and provide service. The arcade is full of new and fun games. The laser tag room is a really fun lay out. The bar is hopping. Everything from the arcade to the bathrooms is always clean! Great experience for the whole family.

Great place to bowl with the family

My son & I went bowling after many years apart. It was a blast, made better by the cance to get to get to know each other I a non stress environment thi. DJ was cool!! The card tournament was even better and the staff was friendly!

Our experience was not great. Not because the place was necessarily bad, but we ended up in instacare because a friendly patron thought she was being helpful by giving us lightweight bowling balls when we were in the middle of paying and didnt even finish getting shoes. We had eight kiddos we were trying to organize with only three adults . My two year old ended up getting one of those balls, tripping, and landing us at instacare (hey, thats only a three minutes drive away!). My only complaint about them, is they didnt offer to refund the two games and rentals I had purchased already that me and the injured child wouldnt be able to use. So we had Dr bills, dental bills, we paid for two unplayed games/rentals and I dont know how long it will be before my son will want to go bowling.Other patrons were really helpful as they got napkins for my son and Band-Aids while I tried to find where the blood was coming from and tried to comfort him. They then held those napkins to his chin while I called my husband and made a game plan.

If your thinking about eating here you need to go with lie 3 hours in advance. I was the second person here 1 hour later my food wasnt ready . Neither mine or my husbands . And it was wings and a sandwich wow !! At least 1 beer was free since they took forever . And had to cancel my order . Service was good . Thats it .

This bowling alley is one of the best Ive been to in a long time! Lanes are very clean and well managed! Arcade is very nice! This is also a kind friendly place! Great place to spend time with friends and family!

Bar is great. Arcade is fun. They even have laser tag and rock climbing wall. Best thing is they can play our baseball games.

We enjoy the summer discount bowling and if you are there before 11 you get free shoes. Today (7-11-17) we arrived at the counter at 10:57. There was no one else in line but the manager was talking to another employee. She did know we were there. She came to help us and we were charged $25 for the 6 of us. I reminded her that we were here before 11am, the rule for free shoes. She apologized and said that her computer reads 11 and the free shoes dont apply. Being the manager, I know she could have not even charged for the shoes. So, not willing to pay $25, I took my kids and walked out. All Star Lanes, you lost money today. You could have made $12 plus whatever we would spend on refreshments, but instead of honoring your Before 11am rule, you forced us in a different direction.I have worked retail and fast food. I KNOW there is always a way to please a customer. It was NOT my fault you were occupied with an employee. I was there. I was in line before 11.You should have honored your advertisement.

Not only did our lane keep having problems, but I was very unhappy with the content they were displaying in the public portion of their bowling lanes during their cosmic bowling hours. The majority of the music videos they had playing on their projectors had an extensive amount of soft porn, which should never be displayed in any public setting. I was there with my family and it was a very uncomfortable experience. If they want to display that in their private portion, fine. But putting it in the public portion is seriously unacceptable and I hope that management seriously considers that. Bowling in the dark with lights is way fun, but that put a serious damper on things. Until something changes I will not be returning.

This place was a blast for all ages. We went bowling with my two young daughters (3 & 1) and they loved it, not to mention the arcade room is awesome, laser tag, bumper cars and Bonneville Brewery has a mini bar and a place to get food. My daughter asked to go back the very next morning lol
