5 Stars for the customer service but I was sold special glass for 2 Peter Maxx’s in 09’. Took them down to paint and realized one was completely ruined from the sun!!! I paid a lot of money for this NOT to happen. Both were located in the same place with the same exposure so I’d be careful with expensive artwork.

Did a great job reframing a picture for me

I have been a customer of Picture Perfect for many years, and always pleased with the results. Bonny, the owner, shows great patience with those who think they know what they want, but may not really know what is best. She adeptly guides to what is always a good choice, both in choosing art and also in framing. Her frames and framing are beautiful, her calligraphy is the best, and her custom work is outstanding. Never does it look like it came from one of those other stores. As for artwork, there is always a good selection at the store, but if you want something you dont see, chances are Bonny can get it. The finished product is always beautiful. Try her. You will see that she really knows her stuff!

Picture Perfect Gallery has framed over 9 prints for me and each one came out incredible. The staff was very helpful in showing and explaing the choices of frames, glass types and matings.
