The staff in the Toms River Store on Hooper Avenue are outstanding. I needed their assistance three times and they assisted me above & beyond my expectations. I found everything that I was seeking with their help. They also made my check out a very nice experience.

We called for some supplies we were having difficulty finding. They had them and set then aside for us. Its great that they will hold something for you, for up to 24 hours!

The staff dont really know the store that well.. and you must really look for someone when you need someone. The check out area took way too long, and the manager walked away when they noticed another customer was visibly having an issue with the cashier.. wierd time to walk away just go be called back up front. Other then that. Everything was stocked and the store was clean.

Michaels has a great selection of crafts for kids. I go there frequently both as a teacher and for my own kids. There always seems to be a coupon available and that draws me in. They have some inexpensive home decor as well. I always find something when I go to Michaels.

I watched a MANAGER named SAM scream at an old woman when the power went out an then when my sister an I told her there was no need to be rude, she ran her mouth to us, without her mask on. Horrible experience. It wasnt until a sales employee came out to us to apologize for sams behavior that we went back in to get our stuff. Next time I wont be so nice.

Ok, ok, its time to admit that I have a problem....I am a compulsive crafter! I absolutely love Michaels and other craft stores. Since geography wins, Michaels it is....I can find everything easily, coupons make shopping affordable and the staff are amazingly helpful and outgoing!

Placed an order for pick up at 2:30 it’s now 9:50pm store closes in 10 mins and still haven’t received any update on order that’s a bit ridiculous

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How does one say they are open to do business, take your money and then not get you the product and have no human to speak with about where it is or how to cancel this?! Everything is a pre recorded message or a BOT on their so called “help chat”. Your website says you won’t be charged until you get the product but they charged me as soon as they have it. IF YOURE NOT GOING TO BE EFFICIENT YOU MIND AS WELL HAVE CLOSED ALL TOGETHER! Genuinely disappointed and will never shop here again after all the money I’ve spent here when I was able to ACTUALLY get the products.

I am a regular here at Michaels! Their supply of Happy Planner products, along with seasonal items are awesome! Love the constant coupons! And the staff there is very nice! My only complaint is that there are times I go in on my lunch break and theres a long line at the cash wrap. It sometimes take forever to get another cashier up to the register. Once that cashier gets there, the line gets cut down.

The store doesnt have a large selection of hanging artificial flowering baskets i was supposed to get half off reg item and didnt get it.

However, We found what we were looking for to decorate our front porch for the Fall Season. Some items were outrageously priced! They did have Sale running which was 40%-50% off original ticketed prices. That was awesome!!

I am not a fan of the business model they use where everything is priced very high and you must wait for sales and coupons to get it at a competitive price and my rating reflects that.When you sign up for email offers (which you pretty much have to) you can expect to get a flooded inbox with emails arriving daily.I will continue to shop here because of its proximity but if a competitor offered fair pricing without jumping through all the hoops I would easily stop shopping here. It would serve them better to offer a membership program where you pay $X/year to just get straightforward pricing all the time.

Excellent customer service. Tamara tends to be top dog when it comes to helping me with my projects however I have found the majority of Staff theyre very knowledgeable and interested in helping me whenever I need. Shelves are stocked store is clean Im in and out quickly love Michaels. I am a small business owner and Shop there often do to these positive traits.

Good place to find materials for any kind of craft project you may have in mind. They have a large selection of baking pans and decorating materials now. Make sure to look in your phone for a coupon you most likely find one. Also they have discounts for teachers and military. No much help in the floor.

Went to Michaels in Brick to get parts to fix a bracelet. Absolutely no one was around to help. The cashiers told me they couldnt help. I drove to Toms River and there I found Dillon. He was wonderful helping me pick out the right items for my project. Id just like to give him a shout out for being such a good employee. It was late, he could have said he was busy....but no...he went out of his way to help me. Thank you!!!!! You are a rare find now-a-days
