The place itself is not bad. It has More games than the one on airport. But as soon as we walked in. The employees had to intervene to stop two woman from fighting. After they were screaming at each other. At a childrens birthday party no less.

Excellent! They have u to sanitize your hands and take your temperature when u entire the building. And they was constantly wiping down the equipment sanitizer all over. Great job! See yall soon... Thanks!!

Most of the rides were out of service. Games were out of service. Kind of a waste.. I do like that they updated to the cards tho

Pretty annoyed with them had my sons birthday there on the 15th was told partys would be split and they over laped so people were bumping into each other when i promised my family they wouldnt have to worry then bought the biggest package spent 230 dollars just for my host to go mia had to go looking for her a few times most of the time she was flirting with the boy checking people in and she was late coming in and the manager had to set us up which was alot better she was at least able to find i had my sons birthday at this location 2 years ago and he had a blast the host was amazing and had a set schedule so everthing wasnt jamed up. This time it was like my head was running around trying to do everthing and was never told the kids could pause there play bands so they could get more use out of them along with the store kept them instead of giving them back . Was just very disappointed in the whole situation.

It was Great except i feel they want to many tickets for there prizes,And when they sell you a bday cake they need to let ya know up front that its extra to have the picture of Chuck-E-Cheese on it

As an adult, its not my cup of tea, but my niece and nephew really enjoyed themselves, and thats all that matters.

The pizza is good but overpriced. I am not sure how they book parties but there should be at least a 15 minutes between bookings. While we had reservations we had to wait extra for our table because the previous party was still there. Kids love it and my great niece was excited about seeing Chuckie. Friends family and the excitement of the children made the visit worth it

What more could you want? Its like a Dave n Busters, but for the littles. The Monroe location has more to offer in the way of games, but both are fun and fairly clean for a place that has loads of children in and out all day. That being said, always be sure to clean your hands after lol.

Its nice if you go on non peak times. Pizza is good if its fresh some days its great and hot other days its old.. its a nice stop if you wanna hang out with the family for a few hours

Granddaughter had her birthday party here. There are lots of games to play. Kid friendly atmosphere. You can win tickets which can be traded in for prizes.

The staff there were very friendly and patient! They seemed to really enjoy helping out the kids. There were one or two machines out of order, but overall things were in good working order. Bathrooms were clean and staff picked up garbage from tables in a timely manner.

Lots of fun things for kids, and safe for everyone every one is stamped and no one can leave without their party

Pizza is wonderful but I didnt get any cause I was on the roof making repairs to the parapet wall that pulled away an put coping on, but still good day an lots of money, had 50 hrs last week

We went there on 1/25/20 worst experience ever. This is a place for kids. Adults fights. Cops were called. Cops being beat up. Guns were drawn. Robberys happened. My daughter and nephew were terrified. Toledo chuckle cheeses. Never again I will go there. I spent $45 on a card for them it was wasted. So disappointed

My son had his birthday here & he loved it so much that all my kids want their birthdays there too! Was very reasonably priced & my son left eith tons of goodies & got to play games all day long he said & he loved the ticket blaster! Even being 5 he got a LOT of tickets!

I dont generally recommend chuck e cheese but I cant say its not good. It feels a little gross with a bit of a foot smell, but other than that it is a good place for a kids birthday party. Its pretty cheap and the pizza is really good. If you can get past the foot smell than it is a great place to party.

It took a lot to get tickets for my kids and once they did anything under 200 tickets was a waste of time (they both had under 100). Pizza was good though. Sad they dont have anything special for the birthday child. Could have been a much better experience.

Exactly what youd expect. Loud obnoxious kids, parents trying to hold 7,320,637 tickets, 6 pops, a slice a pizza and their kids hands. Workers dont care when theres a problem(bought a TIMED game card, yet waited 10 minutes to get tickets that got stuck). Overall youre gonna spend $50-$100 to buy your kid a plastic slinky and some penny candy. Go to Dave n Busters its much better

Took my daughter there last night 01/25/2020 and it was a disaster. I get it was a Saturday but my lord I believe it was way over packed. Kids were coming up and pushing other kids away from playing games, stealing tickets, and taking cards out of other peoples hands! They were obviously understaffed or just didn’t care. A fight also broke out between two adults in front of all the kids. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, which is sad because I loved this place when I was a kid. Management needs to step it up! My daughter should not feel unsafe in a children’s place.

I enjoyed it this time. We got there when no one else was there and left when we seen it was getting busy. I dont like the fact that they started to sell beer, but I know people are just trying to compete for business. The manager working on the day we went was super awesome and friendly and even gave us the tickets that they won when they had to play the game. I would go back with the people working here, and as long as no other people were in here cuz to me the customers ruin everything around here.

We had our 7 year olds birthday party here and we all had a blast. Emily was our partys server and was absolutely fantastic, they are lucky to have her! She was so helpful and attentive and a true pro! Very satisfied and worth every penny.

Over priced ..$25 for 3 adult pops.. 3 pizzas and we brought our cake and icecream 8 kids $365 thats nuts 8 adults.

Kids had A LOT of fun and enjoyed dancing with Chuck E! The staff is always friendly and kind and they keep everything as clean as possible. With kids I know its hard to do but the do a wonderful job.

Was best time my kids have had there I a while .food was good kids at everything on there plates and the staff was very helpful and plight.

The service was terrible for my daughter bday Sunday, floors and tables were dirty. staff was really unorganized. We pay a lot of money and the whole experience was not the greatest at all. for the price me and my husband paid never again will i ever book a party there again

Count your tickets before you put in the machine, Ive never done that before but this time I did, every time I put in six tickets when theyre connected together it will count like 4 when I have three tickets that are connected together it would count them as one that was my experience today. So when I put tickets in today I put at least 500 in they gave me 327 I complained about it and nobody seemed surprised I still didnt get the amount that I put in there but start counting your tickets folks!

They were better before the whole pay a set price for a set amount of time deal.

I booked a party for my daughters birthday! It was so fun, the staff was incredible and the place itself was amazing. The kids had lots of fun and even the adults did too!

The place is way overpriced you spend $100 playing games takes forever to get your then when you do its $0.10 worth of that you can go to any carry out and spend a dollar fifty and get a whole bag

Playing with my child, putting tickets we won at the table with our stuff, more than 3k in tickets were stollen, we told the manager to check the cameras as there was only 3-4 other families in the place with us. The manager retuned- un appoligetic and told me due to the glare from the sun he couldnt see anything- the sun wasnt coming in the windows though... it was on the other side of the building. He handed me a 500 ticket coupon to replace the more than 3k we had. My daughter is horrified and im MAD! never again. So sad parents have to set an example of theivery for their children and management couldnt care less for the plight of my child.

Had my grand daughters 2nd bday party there and she had a blast. They also made me feel a little at ease knowing kids can play without worrying someone could take them

The place was REALLY dirty. Nobody seemed to anxious to clear the used tables. The entrance and foyer area were full of trash. Like an absurd amount of trash and cups and cigarette butts. I will say that the employee i dealt with was nice. The games worked and the food was fine. But, they need a clean up crew, bad.

Went here for my great nephews birthday; it was my first time attending a party at Chuck E. Cheese. The place was busy, but that is to be expected for a Saturday 2/10/18. Our host was Caleb and he was very helpful to my sister and niece when they had questions regarding the party. My great nephew had a great time, and the person who was dressed up did an excellent job interacting with my great nephew, and the other kids. The pizza was great; I was not expecting a stuff crust pizza, but it was. Our partys choice for the pizza was cheese pizza and peperoni pizza. The only negative was the restroom; it could of used a cleaning. Im not sure if it was just because it was so busy, or not. There was an employee doing some cleaning when I was leaving the restroom so it was getting some attention.

It was clean and the food was Good..

Coming here as a kid, I have 3 bad memories:1. Gross pizza2. Creepy animatronics3. The smell of sweaty socks & feet

I only give it a three because my kids really enjoy this place but it is trying to compete with Dave and Busters and is now serving beer, which coming from people who have been and some still are alcoholics in my family it really is not a good idea to mix family and beer, some people just dont know when to quit and then get on the road with their kids and hurt them or someone else, I just think adult stuff should stay that, same as Dave and Busters I think that is more for adults and Chuck E Cheese is supposed to be more for kids, but the competition thing is just ridiculous and I dont think I will be going back because of the whole alcohol thing. Otherwise it would be a great place, it is much cheaper than Dave and Busters and even has things my toddler can play even the older kids, but I dont believe in the safety that is why I only went to Dave and Busters once and dont plan on ever going back.

Love the fact that the token system was upgraded! I think the cards are awesome less of a chance of losing the card! However it seemed like a lot of the games were not giving out tickets which left my niece without. When we approached someone about it we were told flat out no. Other than that it was a good experience! Pizza is always great there! Prices are a little steep but you are well aware you are going to drop money before you go in.

Pizza is pretty good, lots of new games, and they offer an unlimited play option instead of carrying around tons of tokens. Kids had a great time.

Had a last minute party for my grandson. I had the ease of scheduling it the night before online. The girl that ran our party was spectacular! The only downside is that people let their children run loose. I came with my grandchildren and my son and DIL were able to take them right out. They arrived at a seperate time, so their stamp did not match my grandchildrens. They looked at them on the way out, but just let them go. Watch your kids and it wont be a problem, but for those who rely on it, it isnt foolproof. We overall had a wonderful time and would do it again!

One of my granddaughters favorite place to go its like an amusement park just for her of course the pizza is delicious and the endless salad buffet excellent I highly recommend this family friendly they even offer party packages with lots of entertainment and great customer service I highly recommend taking your family there or just one special little one besides you I mean

This place was pretty clean except for the mens restroom, which stunk EXTREMELY BAD! My wife and I took my son here to celebrate his 4th birthday, along with his grandma and grandpa, and his older nine-year-old sister. Everyone had an absolutely wonderful time, which is the only thing that TRULY mattered on this special day!

In my opinion, the pizza quality isnt that great for the price point, but its made up for by the variety of games and the play areas available for children. The tokens arent a horrible value, and there are usually coupons in the Sunday news or other coupon circulars you may receive in the mail. Ive never lost a child here, but they do stamp children and accompanying adults with UV activated ink serial numbers and check hands on the way out to make sure that nobody is trying to snatch a kid that isnt theirs.

I love them and the kids love them and would go every day if I let them.

My son lovea all the different activities you can do there. However, the play area with the slide and climbing needs to be seriously cleaned as it stinks so bad.

1st time ever and its exactly how you imagine.Chaos, singing/dancing mouse, pizza, games, and just wild.Employees here are fun, they are into it. They dance with the mouse and get the kids all hyped up.They stamp your hand so kids dont leave it the wrong people, which I think is really cool. I would have never thought of that.Arcade games are cheap, just 1 coin to play, so very reasonable for kids to play everything.Hand sanitizer dispenser are all throughout the place. Thats nice!We didnt eat there, but the pizza looks average at best. They do serve beer!Overall, I can see why its a kids dream to go there. Its fun for them and that is all thst matters. Check it out and you might even have your next b day party there. Lol!
