Games and food, great idea but it will cost you.Food choices are very limited. The food did come out hot and was decent.Prices however feel a little high. Personally I would eat somewhere else and then go to play games. There is a decent amount of game choices. If you do the math the games average about $1 each. Of course each game costs different and this depends on which token package you choose. There are tickets you can ear for prizes. Most of which is very expensive and have very limited options for cheap items such as candy etc.It is geared more towards adults or older kids.Overall it was fun and my family enjoyed their time.
It was the first time EVER to enjoy not only Dave and Busters but the first time EVER treating myself and my Oldest Son and daughter-in-law out to dinner. They had a play card and I was starving even though I dont (and dont) play gamesso I road with them and we ate good! My Nacho I chose was burnt and the chips where hard with minimum topping as you see, but the the rest was delicious!!!
For a busy Saturday night, we didn’t wait too long for anything, drinks were wonderful, and our server Vincent and the woman that was training (?) were both amazing. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely sold me on a drink I was unsure about. Both were wonderful and fun and make it a good experience :) plus, the arcade was really fun lol
Great place to have fun and play some old and new style arcade games. Some of the machine’s not working, only every second one is available due to COVID. Their reward program is not working properly, but that’s not their place fault, but Dave & Buster’s company itself. At the end of the day it’s about having fun and this place is a lot of fun. Wednesday is the best deal 50% off all the games.
The staff was very nice and accommodating! Everything was clean! They are following mask and other social distancing rules . My grands and family enjoyed. We will definitely be going back!!
A family of 5 is gonna spend about $250 in order eat and to have about 150 tokens each to spend if you get (2) 56 dollar play cards worth 375 tokens each. You will have to share cards but its the best value for that many people. Food is amazing, tons of games to choose from and a well stocked prize room. Lots of choices in prizes you can exchange the digital tickets you win at games for. Cost is the only reason it doesnt get a 5 star.
Fun adult place great food and drinks. This place has all the best games to choose from. Friendly staff. Games to win. Great prices.
At 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night the ladies restroom was absolutely disgusting with 6 plus stalls unable to be used because nobody had flushed them. I brought my family here for my sons 18th bday and ordered two $13 orders of nachos with little to no meat on them at all. Upon politely informing management I was offered little to no condolences and only a brief apology at best. The only part of our visit that was pleasurable was the service we received from our waitress Amanda w. Thank you!
Had quite a good time here but somehow it just seemed a bit underwhelming. Overall it was fun but I feel like it was more the group of friends rather than the games. We didnt eat any food so this it only rating the gameplay.
Our waiter Vincent was the best. Im hoping to have him again next time. Best service Ive ever had
We took our kids and they had a great time. It is really loud (not because of # of ppl, but everything else) making it difficult to have conversations at the table.while eating. Overall, we will be back.
Family fun take advantage of half off Wednesdays for most games.
Had to let bex know she was horrible with customer service But still thankful Toledo was open ..
Bar tenders were on top of things. Covid wise they kept things clean, wiped and plenty of sanitizer and gloves. Lots of fun.
SUCH GREAT FUN HERE! I CANT WAIT TO COME HERE WITH MY ADULT FRIENDS AND HAVE A BLAST
The arcade part is great fun. The food part.... not so much. And it the fries were cold.
Has a blast this was my second time going here had a blast love the atmosphere great times always fun
First, the food was just so-so and overpriced. My sons chicken tender meal was way over salted. Our server, Jeremy was pleasant, however. Next, their mask policy enforcement leaves much-to-be-desired, as there were many people in the game room either not wearing them properly or none at all. Lastly, my family and I had to leave early due to a fight breaking out between a group of teens in the game room without anyone over 21 with them (which is against their policy). The staffs response was very lackadaisical and they just seemed to watch it all happen. I highly doubt my family and I will return to this location.
Nice fun place for kids, yet how they have certain games shut off for social distancing is ridiculous. over half of the 2 player games have 1 side shut off for social distancing yet they have games where up to 4 people can play at once. not to mention 1 game that has been broke down for over a year
I had a great deal amount of fun
The games are always a hit and the food was delicious!!!! And I cant forget the amazing staff, the customer service was phenomenal.
While on the pricier side of food, think closer to Buffalo Wild Wings, it is really good. Their happy hour is at a decent time and offers good discounts on mixed drinks. The real fun lies in the arcade with fun for kids and adults alike. Definitely a good place to spend a good handful of hours in.
My family and I loves the games. I didnt Iike how noisy it was but that is how the business is with all the games. The food was wonderful. We were ignored by the servers which is why you got a 3 star.
Drinks are very tasty. Games are kept in great shape, and youll have a blast with the whole family.
Staff is really helpful. Food is great. Has A1
The end-all-be-all the adult entertainment in the arcade Spectrum. This place is amazing to go to and play, whether youre with friends and family, or even co-workers or a business meeting this place is where its at. The only thing that I would have to say that made me rated 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of the drinks. Dont get me wrong, the drinks are delicious and very appealing but the cost is kind of out of this world. For instance, I got one that was basically a Moscow Mule, but it was made with strawberry puree and I also got to keep the cup so I can understand why that one cost a little bit more but $12 with tax is a little excessive. Other than that I love this place, the games and stuff are great to play and its a great place of business to go have some fun and let loose for a little bit and let the inner kid in you shine through.
Very fun. lots to do.
Social distancing still in place. Still fun.
So much fun! Every time I go here I have a great time. All the games usually work and I always get my money’s worth. Even though it’s more expensive than a regular arcade it’s better quality of games and prizes puts it on top. If you’re looking for something fun to do in Toledo I would always suggest going here. Never a bad experience, even with friends or family, I always have fun.
Sliders had actual bone in the meat. Almost chipped a tooth. All they did was take off bill.
Went two nights ago for food and games...My food was gross. The games were fun. Decided to go tonight for drinks and games so my designated driver (my teenage daughter) would have something to do and I truly believe they water the drinks down or just dont put alcohol in them... I have not drank a drop in two years and left sober after a few drinks. A lot of the games are out of order too.
Went here for a fun family experience and ended up with our server, Katy adding more to her tip. She changed the credit card slip to add $14 extra on top of my original $10 tip. We will never return. (Not to mention the food was terrible.
Games are fun but the place is pricey
Good food. Typical gaming experience you get fro. A chuck e cheese or any arcade. They have a pretty cool VR ride. Really expensive price section to redeem tickets at. (Like really expensive for most items) still nice place to be. Comfortable feel to the place.
Lots of fun. Excellent food. Kind of expensive.
Great gluten free hamburgers on a lettuce wrap
Dave and busters for the adults with parents that were to broke to take them to chucky cheeses. Its a lovely soccer mom atmosphere; where parents who want an excuse to dump there children, and drink overpriced alcohol while little timmy helps contribute to the spread of covid 19
I have personally only been here this one time but I will be going back it does get a little confusing when you first walk in I didnt know whether or not to go where the dining tables are or go over where the bar is there wasnt any clear description or Reason To Know where to go but I did find out that the Booths by the bar that are near the game room are first come first serve basis so if theres an empty Booth ticket then if you look over to your left when you first walk in the entrance if you go to the left thats just for eating. It was a bit more pricey than I thought for me and my daughter to eat and play it cost me about 100 bucks
It was a fun first time. However I really wish our waitress would have said she couldnt do the military and dine and play on per table. It wasnt explained clearly even when asked twice. We got the extra thinking we would save some money but we would have saved more just doing the military discount and getting a bigger package.
Very fun place to play games and eat. Kids had a blast playing games and so did the adults. Food was pretty good;nothing stand out, but not bad for the price. The true winner was the games though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again.
As a first-timer to Dave and Busters, this location was surprisingly fantastic! I had seen mixed reviews, but my experience was very good. The staff was welcoming, and the variety of games was astounding. Some good deals on both food and games are available, and I took advantage of that to try both the arcade and food. As mentioned, the arcade doesnt fail to impress. The food was also very good, but I stayed away from the table long enough that it got cold, and thats on me. Only real problem was the speed of service. I sat in my booth waiting to pay the bill for about 20 minutes before anyone showed up, and it wasnt busy in the slightest at the food area. Beyond that, though, great location! I definitely plan on returning!
More of an adult ish Chuckie cheese
Fast service friendly staff. I had my grandsons birthday there and couldnt have been more pleased. Food was great
Chuck E. Cheese meets the casino. I got a cheeseburger and fries. Looked better than it tasted. Looked real good but that was it. Kinda like the hottie you met at the bar and then find out they just lay there when you get home.
Right now its not all that great but to be fair it is because of covid-19 but over all it was fun
Always have a good time at D&B
Had a good time with the grandson.
We had the best time as a family. We came in, sat down to watch the falcons game, got up and played the arcade games, then went back and finished the game. The prize store is fun for the kids to go to and pick out their winnings. The staff is sweet fast and the food was perfect for game day. I would recommend stopping by if you have the time to spend.
Very fun! Kids love this place.
Food was good, but over priced. Service was slow to arrive, but apologized and let us know of happy hour specials. Ordered happy hour specials, but when returned with them, informed us we were 6 minutes late, and would have to pay full price. We kept the drinks, but returned the appetizer when they couldnt even produce the happy hour item at regular full price. Dinner was fine. When desert was ordered, talked us into a better selection for three to share. It was not. Slow to get check, slow to cash out.
Honestly it was a pretty good time. They have something for those people with Celiacs like me, their service was attentive as a food place, and the games were legitimately fun. Downsides include the overabundance of young children, and a few games were not operating properly (controls sticking, gun tracking failing, etc). Would advise going on a day that is not the weekend.
We ordered burgers, they were overcooked. I asked for one of specialty burgers without pickles or onions with bacon and all I got was a burger with cheese and pickles on the side (still got charged extra to add bacon even though I didnt get it). My daughter ordered veggies with her burger and got fries. One of my other daughters ordered rice and that wasnt even cooked all the way, it was still hard. We also waited forever to get get our drink order put in, then also even longer just to get them. I usually dont complain, but my daughters wouldnt even eat the burgers because they were so over cooked.
Had great customer service, fun environment, fun games and fun times. Awesome waiter, forgot his name but he was very patient, kind and quick. Afro American guy, with braid to the back,
Great place. Our waitress Olivia was amazing. I proposed to my future wife here. would definitely recommend coming here for great food and great working staff. Plus its lots of fun.
Great management and service. Place is clean, super fun. All the games work well and are newer and fun to play for adults and kids. And the food is incredible, everything tasted so good and was well priced. The bar tender was amazing, she took great care of all her guests. Well be back soon!
OK, not a bad place to eat at. My group of friends did have a great time. Our server was amazing!! My portobello burger was delicious, but get fries with it. The salad it comes with is not worth it. Speaking of salads, my husband got the Lawnmower salad. As you can see in my pics it looks nothing like the one from the menu. It only had four small pieces of chicken, about four pieces of avocado and he said it was very water with all the lettuce. I would think that if a salad cost $12.99, it should rock our world. I guess not. The chocolate fondue was a good price and they give you alot to dip, but the chocolate was flavorless. Good brownies although! Drinks were all too sweet. The games cost 7-14 tokens... Ouch! Will not be back, would rather go to Chucky n Cheese.
First time Friday night and had a blast! Very friendly! I’m looking forward to going back to try the food! It looked amazing!
Fun but a little pricey. Food was ok
The gaming is fun here, but the restaurant is in dire need of direction. A manager is needed that can provide consistency in not only food, but service. Staff training is severely lacking. The draft beer is not being held at optimum temperature, there are no chilled glasses, and there is a complete lack of structure. The first week I went, the server was on top of everything and the wings were perfect (the rest of the food wasnt). The second time was so bad I dont have enough room or desire to write it all. Just disappointing.
Great place for young adults who still have an appropriate love for Chuck-E Cheese and want to let their inner child out. Personally wish parents would find a babysitter for the little ones. But thats just my opinion on the matter.
Too expensive... wont go back
As it was my first time at Dave & Busters I was very impressed with everything. I have to say the bathroom, game room and the bar & restaurant was very clean. Waitresses and Waiters were very polite. I will be going back
I mean it’s a cool place if you want to gourmet prices for subpar food. It’s a cool place if you like waiting 10-15 minutes before a server gets to you. It’s also cool if you enjoy letting your beer sit empty for 10-15 minutes as well. As long as you’re there to play games and not for the old “dine and play combo extraordinaire” then it’s a great place to spend $200 in an hour.
Great service good atmosphere
I spent 50 dollars on the meal. Then when we go to play games, I go to the bar to get a beer for my guests and I and get nothing but a hassle from the bartenders. They say I need more than one Id for the three beers ordered. Im 41 years old. The people Im with are as old as I am. Why the hassle? Wont be going back.
Had a blast. My fiancee and I had a great time and enjoyed the food. Looking forward to relocating here
1/29/2020 UPDATE! We had a great time in the gaming area as always still feel like the big wheel game has been rigged, we havent seen one jackpot in the last year when we used to be able to get 4 out of 10 tries. We FINALLY ate here again after 2 years of just playing games because of poor service and had fantastic service and the food was what we had expected and beyond. We spoke with Frank the restaurant manager and told him it was a much better experience. However I left one star off the mens restroom had a few stalls that had been clogged and I let a game attendant know and by the time we left it still wasnt cleaned.OLD REVIEW Food is decent just order an appetizer and be done with it . The service is so bad slow, rude, and even after the manager said he would take care of it we sat without drinks for another 10 minutes. We eat before or after but do order apps with our tickets from the bar. The drinks from the bar are strong and good the ones weve tasted. You can carry drinks around the game room! The games are awesome but on regular price days a $20 power card wont will only get you about 15 minutes of play time. We only go on Wednesdays the games are half price.
Had a great time and the food and drinks where served in a timely manner and with a great waitress it was my first time going but it was a great experience that made me want to come back again and I look forward to doing so.
I have visited this location a few times now. It has always been good and I have never had a complaint. Recently however it feels like it has gone down hill. The service isnt the best and you have to stand around to find someone. Our food came out slightly above cold. I ordered the dip trio and one of the main dips was not present and they just tried to replace it with a small salsa cup. I had to ask for the other dip to come out with my order. Our frozen margaritas was not frozen and very watered down. We kept trying to give more and more chances, there just seemed to be so many errors. Hopefully they figure out whats wrong so I can continue to come back and enjoy Dave and Busters like how I used too.
Great date night for me and my man
Honestly if you go there, just go for the games.... We spent well over 100$ and our two kids didnt hardly play many games before running out of tokens on the cards. The only thing I thought was fun was the virtual reality jurassic world. You may as well eat first then go, if u like any of the games. Kind of a rip off.
This palce is always fun for the family. Weds are double play. The eat and play options are a good deal.
The most nasty food I’ve ever tried in my life. The brussels sprouts were completely raw. The avocado corn toasts lacked any corn or pizazz whatsoever. My husbands sliders were ok.All of the kids food was disgusting as well. Grilled cheese ...the cheese was not melted... the chicken was bland and nasty...the rice was dry ....the hot dog bread things were disgusting too. It was too packed ...too crowded. There was nothing I like about this place. Cheesy teenage video arcade basically. The waitress was nice but she was too overworked
Great service! Food was okay, standard bar food type choices. Lots of activity going on around you and constantly loud. Kids had fun playing games. I purchased 2 cards $15/ each both had 75 tokens on them. Kids earned enough tokens to redeem for a couple of candies and toys.
The woman who checked us in was very friendly! Also, everything was very clean and everyone was wearing masks. The only thing that kinda sucked was some of the games being shut down, but is understandable.
Had a blast but too the waiter forever to take our order. Food was good and we got a play so it was a good deal.
Food was good. A little high on prices, in my opinion. But overall, was worth the trip and of course you have loads of games. Service was good as well.
I loved it. The games are really good. The food is good and its very easy to the game cards then the tokens. The people who work here are very nice and kind. This is a family friendly place to spend time with friends or family
Great food!!! games were a little pricey. Wait staff and gameroom staff were great. Will go again but only when there are specials spent $180 for 6adults and 2 kids and only played a few games each. Wasnt very many people there for a weekend and it must be due to the pricing. This place could be so much better if it wasnt so pricey and the plates were a little bigger or maybe a little more fun. Seems like there wasnt as much care put into the food menu as much as the drink menu.
Want to zone for a few hours with your pals, watch some sports, chow down on some great food and drinks! They got it. Plenty of seating, tons of TVs. Sports everywhere! And 10 feet to the left tons of video games and challenge games for cheap prizes.Always a fun time. Come get your D&B on. Get app first, save yourself some money on your recharge of the game cards.
Had a good time!
Went here with my husband on a Saturday night and had a lot of fun! We spent about $50 and played about 18 games each. We didnt order drinks, but you can get them at the bar and go into the game room with them and drink while you play. There is some cool virtual reality games. The place was mostly clean and the atmosphere was good.
Called them on 4th of July at 730 said they closed at midnight drove an hr to get there than they said at 8 they decided to close at 9 this place is a joke dont waste your money
Always have a great time. Just wish some games werent too expensive to play.
Was not as fun as the commercials made it seam. The advertising makes it out to be an adult establishment, this simply isnt true in any way, shape or form. It might be good for families with pre-teens or young teens. I paid $85 for a meal, drink, and game card for me and one other person. Thats with eat and play deal, no alcohol and we ordered burgers(I have to admit they where tasty), I cant imagine what it would cost a family of any size.
Had lots of fun! Food was great! Love the drinks!
Do not care if you come there or not they do not need us or our money we will not go there any more we were going there 4 time a month but the service is slow. Bad bad when you do not need good customers that keep coming back so i will go spend my money at the casino they have good food and service we just like to have fun
Good place for a date nite. My nachos were spicy and very good. My drink was good! My waitress was not very good. Unfortunately, she did not follow up and we had to remind her of things we asked for.
