Decaying urban historical structure. Any chance of salvaging? Would be nice to see the building restored - Severely damaged though.

This place is a mess but I know it can be remodeled to look beautiful again instead of being locked & boarded up. Place cpuld use one.

Interesting place to look at. Part of Toledos History for sure. Cant wait until someone takes an interest in it and restore it.

Very cool building and to comment on some of the previous posts, the building is being restored but is taking longer than expected due to permit delays.
