We had a fantastic afternoon! Small, but so lovely! Many tables and benches to have a picknick, some of them even directly on the shore with a view over Kennedy Space Center in the distance. There is a playground and many trees that provide shade. Best thing: many many squirrels running around, absolutely fun to watch them!

Always great. I always love going to this park. Its always really awsome to watch a launch from. It also sits almost directly across from the main launch pads. It. Is 13 miles away, but you get a direct view of the take off.you also get to experience the sound blast past you then watch the water ripple from the liftoff

A very nice family park. Full facility bathrooms. Benches, gazebo, playgrounds empty game field. Boardwalk along river edge.

This park is the standard american park. Has a restroom, bbq pits, plenty of tree coverage, a playground for children, plenty of seating, and even a small dock for watching the river or rockets launch from across the river.There is no jogging trail nor a specified workout area but their is copious room in the grass for a yoga class or something of that magnitude.

It was great. The large population of drunken homeless bums added a degree of ambiance.

The only thing this park is good for is viewing a KSC launch if you live nearby

Its a good park. They have clean bathrooms! That is very rare for a park. The playground equipment is nice. And my favorite part is the dock. You can sit, eat, and has a great view of the sunset and dolphins! My only complaint is that there arent that much parking spots, but other than that, 5 stars!

Watched the SpaceX dm2 launch from there. Picnic tables, shade trees and nice bathrooms. And the squirrels eat out of your hand.

The park is not huge but we love it. There are facilities, a nice playground, regular and childrens swings, a bunch of picnic pavilions, and a riverside dock/boardwalk with some seating and picnic tables with a great view of the Indian River.

The greatest park for my son and I! We can have a popsicle, play, fish and all while making new friends in a safe environment!

Beautiful park next to the river nice little playground with swing sets for the kiddos. Beautiful trees makes this a nice wooded area. The restrooms are the cleanest in town

Always a real treat to go to Manzo Park and sit down at the river. Love this place !!!!! The kids have a great playground area and the adults have a little slice of heaven!!

Had my nieces birthday party here. Fabulous location. It was windy and cool but a good time was had by all.

My Favorite Spot

Its a beautiful spot to watch the shuttle go up. So if youre ever in town on a night when the shuttle is going up all alone there on US1 will be the perfect place to watch.

It would be a super place to take your children. There is a lot of stuff for them to play on, sorry I didnt take a pic. We mostly stop because my husband or I need to use the bathroom. But there is also picnic tables under shelter that the homeless.. Im not judging cuz weve been there. I dont know why Titusville cant help them

Forget the Space Park, as Manzo Park is the best place to watch a launch in Titusville. The many trees give plenty of shade, with multiple picnic areas and sitting areas, as well as play areas for the kids. The bathrooms could use a little work, and they definitely need more parking, but they make up for it with dolphins, squirrels, and pelicans.

My husband and I like to sit in my car and eat lunch in this park you can see the Indian river a little and even tho I dont agree with the playgrounds being open they are.

Such a tiny, cute park, right on the water! Great views, for launches. We set up our hammock, chairs, had sandwiches, drinks, etc. The most perfect view, for the first night launch, for Space x-Falcon Heavy, set for 11:30p.m., unfortunately, it got bumped to 2:30-3:30a.m. after being there 3 hours already, we decided to head home & watch from our backyard. Lol! Still very cool.

It was very relaxing when I showed up, Im actually with a cast on my left foot so I can hardly walk. But with my walker and a little bit of help to get up on the sidewalk I was able to sit on the benches facing the park. The view is beautiful, and there are many squirrels living in this parks area, which is also wonderful to watch. The sidewalk goes all the way out to an area where you can rest and face the water too.

Just your average park. One of many parks in titusvill. Very small for a park, but it has everything that a park needs. Parking space for about 10 +or- 2. Public Bathrooms, a play area for kids, small pavilions if you want to cookout, trees, pathway to the water and saw a butterfly. By the doc it may be a possible fishing area, but I think it should go out further if its for fishing.

Clean bathroom and my grandsons had a blast. Has a long walk way that has 2 picnic tables. You can sit right by the Indian River and have a great picnic! Will be returning to this park! Highly recommended

This is a good park to picnic and bbq but homeless and drug dealers are a problem. Yes I witness an actual drug deal. The car stayed parked, no kids playing just the two people in the car and another car drove up, parked next to it, did a 2 second handshake and then drove away. If that wasnt a drug deal then it was the most awkward hello. They have clean bathrooms and lots of shade from the sun. Nice breeze from the river. But parks are for kids and families and yes, even single people, to enjoy nature. Shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable and constantly looking over your shoulder watching out for lurking suspicious looking adults.

This place is awesome! My family loved it. The Bangers and Mash were terrific!

Manzo Park is one of the best places to watch a Kennedy Space Center launch. Directly across the Indian River from Kennedy, the view of said launches is magnanimous. The playground area for children is small, but has potential for lots of fun anyway. There are BBQ pits, picnic tables and prior to Irma, an observation deck which I hope the county plans to rebuild. Peaceful and has a small field for playing frisbee or whatnot.

Great place to go and relax

Lots of friendly squirrels, tranquil, beautiful view of the water and the cape. As of Oct 2018, a majority of the waterfront in inaccessible due to the construction of a wood walkway.

Its a great place to bring the kids but off US1 busy street but soon after the childrens play set I totally forgot about the traffic.... as I was playing with the squirls time went by quickly and had to go..... CANT WAIT FOR MY KIDS TO BE HERE THEY WILL ENJOY IT.....

Very good enviorment. They have water spouts to clean your hands. The bathrooms are public and are not nasty. They also have outlets to charge any electronics. 10/10

Nice and Clean

Nice little park. They keep it up well and the view of the Space Center launches is as good as it gets. Unfortunately, it is a popular hangout for homeless folks, but the playground is safe and clean as are restrooms.

My little one calls it squirrel park cuz theyre everywhere!! She loves to bring nuts and feed them in between playing.

Guess they have nowhere else to go, but felt weird about homeless hanging out there. I counted7. Just scared 1 could be pedophile and sitting there to watch your kid. But nice shady place to play for kids, eat a picnic lunch or just sit and read a book.
