I live here. They hike up the lot rent every year by unnecessary high amounts, never take care of the playground, theres trash broken glass and profanity spray painted all over the place. Ive caught 5 people trying to break into my car, and recently I didnt have any safe water for over a week. Im moving as soon as I can. For the insane amount they are charging me for lot rent, Id expect them to at least keep the playground nice. Smh.

This place is awesome. Always pretty chill. Rooms to hold parties. Calm and sunny during summer. Two pools. One big and one kiddie pool. Awesome during summer. Beautiful during spring. And ok during winter. I would recommend to anyone. Just some houses to get rid of that no one uses. But houses are beautiful.

It’s a very calm community, and when I need anything from the office I always get a good response, Norma is very helpful, kind and is great with people!!! It’s always nice to run into office staff that are able to deal with people..

I live for i think 7 years and its a good place to live.

Love everything about this place! Where to start? As soon as you walk in there you see the office nice and clean. Well organized as well as welcomed by the manager and staff. All my questioned were well answered and the manager did a phenomenal job of explaining every question I had or any information. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a new place to call home.

I dont recommend living here especially with the manager! She tell you she going do stuff but never doesnt! Also the rent does go higher each month! Thankfully Im moving soon.

I was planning on coming to the open house on Saturday 2/11 from 10 am to 3 pm. As I drove up a road, I saw no signage for the open house. The homes I did see we not very well kept. Several of the trailers had no skirting around the base.I made my way back to the sales office, which had a sign OPEN, but the doors were locked. I waited a bit figuring the sales people were out showing homes. There should have been a sign posted saying they were out of the office and an approximate time they would be back or a phone number to call.This is one area I will not be coming back to when Im ready to move.

Bad management lot rent always going up

Ill bump them up to 2 stars. The problem still remains that they raise the rent hundreds of dollars a year every year. The rent increases far outpace any wage increases. You have a dilapidated park and a pool. Other than that you are charging 800+ a month for a piece of dirt.I will confirm what Susie Pearce has said and the sewer backed up and flowed into my bathtub one time!!. Water pressure has damaged some of the pipes in the mobile home. I dont think they put a water regulator on between us and the main. You are lucky to get a concrete slab because ours is literally just dirt and mud! Some of which is sank into the ground. Not only do they race cars but they ride mini bikes and other stuff on the weekends when the staff isnt around as much. The park put in retarded speed bumps now that will tear up your car if its too low. You have to go over them at 1-3 mph per hour. Very poorly done!

This park management has raised the rate by 40 dollars but they do nothing to add or keep up the community. The baby pool was closed all summer, the playground sucks, a lot of the street lamps are out. Honestly to pay 839.00 dollars a month in LOT RENT is insane!!!! People live in trailers because they are poor if youre ripping them off at least do a little something with the money for the community.

This is a Mobile Home Community over priced lots you pay for a slab of cement nothing more.Snow removal is a joke sewers over flow andKids race cars on the back street

If you are looking to move into a mobile home park, dont move here!!!! They do not care about people whatsoever. The lot fees go up almost every year, and there is no benefit to residents. This park only wants money. I have lived there a little over 2 years, and there has been 3 different managers because the corporation that owns woodland hills treats their employees and residents like toilet paper. Worst mobile home park in the Westminster/Thornton area!!!!!!!!!!

Went there on 4/25/18 for info, map, and units for sale, approximately noonish. whoever the lady was that was working, was an ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of other locations, so I dont care.

Management having tenants vehicles towed for parking in front of their own residents without notice is very low. Just before Christmas. Way to go Scrooge! Heartless!!!

Woodlands hills manager jenell is the rudest she thinks she can talk anyway to everyone!! Well she met the wrong woman... she gave my cashiers ck away lol n then wanted to get rude about it !!! I called her so called boss Sherita lol she was a joke as well!!! Who runs this place? Cuz they get a big fat F!!! Sherita said Ron bunce dose but refused to give me his number!!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRUEL AND HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO MANAGE. ITS A SHAME RESIDENTS WHO PAY FOR THERE LOT SPACE HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PARKING ON THE CURB BECAUSE MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE THEM TOWED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
