If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would! This is the worst place ever!! The people at the office are rude/incompetent and unprofessional it’s extremely disgusting the way they treat residents. Their money hungry towing company will take any car at any time just because they feel like it.

Now the owner of the place is threatening with removing people fences for not having the yard mowed to his standard. I hate living here, they are constantly raising your rent, towing your cars or giving you warnings for stupid stuff. Frankly I feel bullied by management. Im seriously considering hiring a lawyer. It cant be right for anyone to be bulling us in our own homes. And making us feel worried in our own rented space.

Huge neighborhood feel. Didnt feel at all like i was driving through a trailor park but rather a rural neighborhood.

Its a trailer park. Its neat. Was a delivery driver and the people were nice enough. Go during night and youll find some free cats and dogs running around.

The manager we currently have is atleast trying to straighten this park up. She is doing more than the previous manager

Clean and well kept always. Id like to also mention that the maintenance guy resolved wildlife issues like racoons for the tenants in the most humain way even more invested than his job requirements expect, not to mention more than I could see myself doing.

I live here. Purchased our home here. Lot rent started at $333.00 per month and now we pay almost $850+water, trash. They took down everyones fencing and now pets have no protection from other pets that run loose. We have already had 1 fatality of a little dog. They made guest parking as well as those of us that live here extremely difficult. A lot of tenets have to park outside the park on the street leaving our vehicles out of site and subsequently open for robbery and vandalism. Which has picked up.

Nice mobile home community. No fences around lots.

I have lived at Friendly Village for 9 years and dealt with different managers with bad experiences. Since Silvia took over our experience has drastically changed. We are no longer harassed by the tow truck and live peacefully. The overall appearance of the park is looking better and I can approach her with any concerns without being judged. She is making a difference and I have to say its going in the right direction.

Nice community my niece and her husband newlyweds with new born baby just recently bought a home here. Not to accessible to stores only one lil store about half mile away so if your not mobile than walking would good for the body thats if you are going to 7_11 or main intersection. Ifconviently located by schools, and and events park beautiful surroundings.

This place sucks, its a dump the owners are in it for the money, They do not invest in the community. I dont live there, but Im ashamed its part of my community. Its clear the owners have no cares. As i drive by the sprinklers are broken soaring straight into the air all streets have potholes trash. The rent is so high, people who live there scrape by to pay the rent and theres no money to invest in fixing up there broken down trailers. Its an ugly pit.

A surprisingly nice facility. Plenty of space for a gathering, fairly clean. Limited parking, but plenty on the street if youre willing to walk a short distance. I believe they have kitchen facilities as well.

Hate visiting my relatives after it snows because they dont hire snow removal service and the park is nothing but hills and are currently iced over.

This management is corrupt, They dont care about anything unless its money.The new management wants to kick us out but cant because he needs money,The strategy they are useing will eventually kick us all out so they can build bigger places and get more money, They wont clean the water because they dont care there is no other reason why.Now with the new management they want us out, the old manager sold us to a greedy fat guy for money so she could live in peace with us out of the picture, the new manager lets his employees run around haveing fun and playing around,Ive seen one have fun buy shooting animals with a pellet gun and leave as soon a car passes through the street. The streets arent better,all the streets are broken and un cheeked maybe because the employees are haveing fun killing things rather than working. They made us take out our fences for no reason, now peoples homes are getting mugged because of that now anyone can walk about your home with nothing stopping them. If your looking for a good place to raise kids and start a life dont live here, they will make your life miserable and your kids life in danger so please do not take the chance.

No parking for visitors and they call a tow truck if u park in front of the trailors for more than 30min EVERY TIME

I highly wouldn’t suggest to live here. Management is terrible here, they’re so rude and disrespectful. They have created a lot problems at the park and haven’t dealt with any of the complaints. The manager lady is very rude, she really has her head up her ass. Earlier this morning she even got out her car in the middle of the road and came up to me asking if I had problem with her and harassed me.I don’t think this is how management should treat the people that live there like that. Definitely don’t move here, unless you want to over pay and be controlled by management.

Very bad place to live ( Drugs and violence ) goes on kids run amok. Problems every year with swimming pool.

It has gone downhill drastically since i was there last 7 years ago. Its dirty, roads need repairs, they dont take reposibikity for their property they expect the homeowners to be responsible for all things on the land space they are renting trees etc vs the owners of the park who technically own the land. Was just really disheartened. I heard a lot of complaints from people there and i believe they are still justified. Sad very sad. I would only suggest moving there if it was a last resort.

Jeff wiebold property manager and his daughter asha wiebold real estate agent for the park used there positions at front range trailer park in broomfield to sell me there home in as is condition. At the time of the sale the home was not up to park standards. Then they instantly started harassing me to fix there mess i tried to sell in dec but jeff told me to wait till spring. Now i want to sell as is just like they did but they wont let me until i fix there mess. Before you think of buying a home here read the reviews for frontrange, kimberly hills and friendly village of the Rockies all parks are owned by kingsley management and they all have horrible reviews.

This place is really bad, if your looking for a mobile home in thornton check out pine lake ranch its much better. FVOTR has a terrible parking situation please NOTE i have never lived here but attended a birthday party here and my car was towed i was parked on a side street no sign anywhere saying there was no parking allowed. the street always have pot holes in them and management is very slow to respond

Not very happy with this park. We have lived here almost 2 years. They rasied the rent already and the trash. They want us to keep our yards pretty and do work on them. Yet there are rickety stairs that need fixing. Playground needs maintance. Could probably use a security guard at night to make sure peoples windows dont get smashed in. There seems to be double standards in regards to rules. Now they are talking about making people take their fences down. When they told me after We moved in that we had to put one up in 30 days. Because of our dog.

The manager is nice and knows whats she is doing.I am very comfotable living in this neighboorhood.

When they allowed kinds in this park it went down hill. Property damage went up.

I would give -10 if I could. They are jerks. And they never clear the snow off the streets. It has to be 3 feet high for them to remove it. Or else you are SOL.

The management sucks! Ive been living here for almost a year and if it wasnt for us owning our trailer we would have been gone a long time ago! The xtra charge for the water and now xtra charge for trash?!?! They fixed the roads lol no they didnt just because you put up a white picket fence doesnt make the place look nicer just sayin

This places suck they dont clean snow on winter they charge extra water saying the last month the bill wasnt accurate and no parking for visitors and the office they have rude people whom dont know how to do their job

A friend of the family whos lived and sold houses here for years was told to take his fence down and remove his dog which happens to be a service animal. DONT MOVE HERE .
