North County Village

They don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back. They’re quick to take your money and quick to give you a write up but won’t fix anything around the actual park like fences. Management genuinely doesn’t care.

How can you not like going to the North country village

Greetings, this would be a pleasant place to live. Large shade trees, they cut the grass, nice pool, 55 years old or older age restriction

The park itself is really quite nice. Ut the management leaves a lot to be desired

The rules are absurd - you can own your home, but they charge pet rent for indoor cats/dogs. You rent the lot your house sits on, but they dont do maintenance, you do, and it must be to their specifications. Any complaints are answered with if you dont like it, you can move your trailer. The park itself is pretty quiet, we have 2 pools and a shadeless gravel playground. Its near great walking paths and close to shops and things. A new bright LOUD ballpark was just put in next door to us. There are pros and cons, which is true of any park. We have many free-range children who actually play outside, which I think is awesome. I just recommend that you do your homework and make sure you can live with the rules before you buy.

Called from Alabama to inquire about Sites, Cost, size, availability, etc . Getting info from Rosy seemed very difficult. I was asking “normal’ questions, but Hung Up On! Nice. Thanks for the Unpleasantness, Rosy!

Would like to go back and view potentially staying a while. Nice area being developed. Soon to be joining the serounding cities

Welp its a place to live so its lit to me

I live here and its horrible. Dogs roaming everywhere, the people who own try to make more money off of you, the pools barely open and they dont clean up the so called back forty which is supposed to be where theres a basketball court and a soccer field. Its just all tall weeds, the basketball court is all cracked concrete. Theres just so much weeds and trash back there.

The streets are terrible!!! They keep raising lot rent but dont do any repairs on anything. There are giant holes in the road! The pools are awful and are closed down 50% of the time during the summer. I didnt go at all last couple years because of how gross the water looked how cold the water was and then it was closed a few times. It seems they only enforce the rules for the white residents. You can do whatever you want if you are Hispanic.

Weird street parking laws and watch out for the tow trucks theyre tow happy so one wrong move youll pay the price..

Aaaaannddd they raise the rent almost every other month up to 50$ and it just goes up. If you like being charged for mostly everything or getting towed or potholes in your own driveway without ever getting fixed, or fighting with random crackheads move here. You will not live happily even if you own youre mobile home they are still up youre butt! Ok bye.

Not the worst place to live

If I could Id give a negative 5 star rating I would.Not only does managment lie and harass the residents but they see nothing wrong with throwing families out of their homes.This may seem like a cute quiet neighborhood but its far from it. I lived here for 5 Years and when my husband and I ran into some financial problem we were unable to catch up because the management made it impossible. I wish I would have never encountered a more difficult place to stay. If anyone is thinkling about making this place home I stronly suggest you dont.

Bad management I just recently got a DV I showed the management staff the DV DECREE it is a legal documentation and they dont recognize the DV ever happened. I tried to have my ex removed from the paperwork ...they refuse nothing they can do about her removal. Now just sold the house to get away from the headaches and get a new start in life.

Do not ever consider moving to this place. The office is full of people wth a slum lord mentality, there are false promises posted on the ads, there hasnt been sufficient road work done in the past 10 years, and the LLC that owns this establishment looks for every possible way to nickel and dime you. Their late fees are unreasonable and each time one is late, the office threatens to send the account to attorneys. The have a high population of strictly Spanish speaking tenants who they never provide services to communicate wth them. Both of their pools are never available at the same time when they are not beig worked on. The services, such as laundry and parks, they provide are poorly outdated and managed. This community also suffers from the problem of the office having a deal with certain tow companies to provide cars for their quota. There is permitted parking but they never communciate as to which parking needs to be permitted or not. The drains do not work properly in this neighborhood, leaving giant puddles of standing water whenever it rains for more than a couple days. Just dont move here, the contractual system they have is ineffective and is ultimately for the company to take advantage of people financially.

Worst place to live. I regret every single day moving here. Rent is ridiculous for the kind of place, the fence is falling down and management said there is nothing they can do about it streets are horrible driveways, sidewalks. The “playground” is from 1980’s kids can’t even play on them Because they are so old and dangerous. There is always trash on one of the entrances. This place is a shame!!!!!!

This is really good place to live 3 partys in the strigh since we here in the music all load no complaints good

I have drove in this area several times in the morning. Seems to be better than most parks I have been in.

Terrible management. Grounds and overall property not upkept well. High amount of crime and gunshots heard nightly. Do yourself a favor and dont live here. Dont let your loved ones live here especially if they have children!

I love this area

This Trailer park is a joke!! We are now getting eviction notices with the trailer park claiming that the dogs we have are too vicious, because they are pittbulls and they bark. This Trailer Park is a SH** hole and is completely not worth living in. Theres always loud neighbors, nosey neighbors, and very rude all about. So before you decide to move in here be aware of the landlords who abuse their power. It IS a hassle to deal with and is NOT worth dealing with. Dont TRUST anyone who claims this is a good trailer park. This park SUCKS A**, the landlords ARE ASSHO***.

I live across the street from this compound, the people in there live like its the wild wild west they dump trash in our neighborhood regularly and all along riverdale.

The bus stop is far and the sidewalks are very poor showing a senescence of how the trailer park has been maintained very poorly over the years. The management complains about skirting knowingly knowing that the park has skunks, racoons, stray cats and dogs roaming the park and living under trailers. The problem with loose wild animals running viciously is it makes the park uninhabitable therefore causing any residents the right to give 30 day notice of vacating premeisis. This falls under landlord/ tennant rights in the state of Colorado. There is no beautiful parks and pest control does not exist so mosquitos are all over as are many dangerous spiders. It feels like a neglected part of Adams county Colorado the unemployment is high and the crime is as well.

Loud everywhere

Giving this park a one star not because it deserves it but cant do any lower. The park is a complete pigs pen. Houses with bullets and a very active drug dealing circle. The rent keeps increasing every month yet no remodeling is done around the park by management. They go around making this fines every single month to houses meanwhile their pool is in poor state the fence surrounding the park is literally falling apart paint is chipping away. The grass around the main office is yellow common grounds behind houses are unlit dirty and filled with weeds and tall grass they advertise 2 parks a basketball court and soccer field the soccer field has a tree growing in between the goalies with tall grass an unlit place un fenced and with mattresses and trash around the play areas for children need remodeling. Theres two parking spots for visitors in the whole park because you cant use the office even after office hours because they will tow you . And even these visitor spots are used by the resident with these parking permits they give out without assigning a specific space to park in ...(they sell more permits then they have space). They will harass you for 55 cents but will charge 10 dollars and wash their hands saying it was some machine error. Horrible place to live in .

Not very receptive to their clients needs they forget who is paying them they threatened their clients with dumping trash on the Side Road next to trailer park when they dont even know if it is the people living there dumping trash

Been living here for like 8 years and it was way better back then but its still OK around here but hate it when see junk everywhere and no wonder because he took the trash cans away from the parks
