Beautiful scenery and lake view. Watch out for golf carts and golf balls. Its about a 35-45 minute walk to the end of the trail from the road.

Nice long trail. 4 miles if u count return.. Since there are no trees on the trail, go early or around dusk although it will get dark soon. Nice lake view at the end. Parking is available just before the golf course.

Trails are clean and entertaining! Restrooms are very clean, but do lock after dark. Youll need a code to get in. I did not try out the golf center or course.

Incredible place to enjoy the outdoors. You park at the first clubhouse and start on the walking trail right there. The paths are dirt and not paved so wear shoes that can get a little dirty. The walk was about 3.5 miles in total, all the way to the water and back.

Paths are in good condition but the shore front rest are is in need of major maintenance.

Nice quiet trail by the lake, you have to walk on the cart paths for the golf course which is scary because most them them are flying around and not paying attention but once you get past that part of the trail its great!

A nice way through prairie landscape with Lake Lewisville within view.

First time running the trail. Packed dirt with some loose stone. Very flat and easy. I suspect it gets muddy with rain, but it was mostly dry today. Markers every 1/4 mile. Very quiet, with some nice views of the lake. 4 mile loop to the edge of the water and back to parking (2mi each way). Trail does continue up the road for quite a ways if you need more miles.

Why cant you have a site that states the entry fees or a phone number that a human will answer?

I saw I saw one gravel path through the area. Very pretty and looks like a wonderful place for walking or biking.

We enjoy walking and riding bikes in this park. Easy access from the golf course parking or via paths if you live in the area. Great view of the lake if you go out to the point.

If youre looking for a place to enjoy nature and some quiet time, youre better off watching National Geographic at a Chuck E. Cheese. I walked down the heavily littered Nature Path for a little bit, got tired of dodging golf carts. Maybe I should have stuck it out and walked further, but my nerves couldnt take it.

Its absolutely fine. Consider it Mixed use nature/light recreational. In 10 years with urban sprawl, it will be thought of as heaven.
