Nice well maintained park. Lots of ducks/geese and a nice pond. Good play ground equipment for kids. I like to come and take walks and enjoy the scenery.

It was nice, clean, kids have a lot to play on, 2 water fountains, good walk ways, cute places for trash. The only thing I wonder about is that weird metal thing I guess is suppose to be art

Great place to take your kids or grandchildren to play and watch the geese and squirrels running around. Places to grill food and tables for a picnic.

This park is great for a long walk with the kids. The path is paved and perfect for little ones riding their bikes.

Took my grandbabies to the park and had a awesome time. Wasnt a lot of people there so it was really nice.

We are so happy to have been introduced to this park. Its beautiful, quite large with plenty of play areas and a splash pad, and gorgeous water features. There are geese and ducks and s fishing pier and small stone bridges. The park has a lot of picnic tables and benches placed around the various play areas and near the water. The trees are gorgeous, very mature, and provide a good amount of shaded spots to relax under. The bathrooms are pretty clean and have toilet paper. There are plenty of garbage cans around and the grounds are very well maintained. Theres a little free library available there too. I cant say enough good things about this park. We plan to go back often.

This is a beautiful park, with a splash pad, dog park, disc golf, nice play areas for kids, several baseball fields and very nice walking trails that are open so you feel very safe

I was driving to Memphis from Dallas and wanted to stop for some exercise. Nice park with a decent trail. Was also thankful for the bathroom. :-D I might make this a regular stop.

Nice place to sit and watch the Ducks its relaxing everybody enjoys the park the time you can say it and meditate on God goodness I love the part me and my husband and my sister we go to the park quite often sometimes we get out and walk and exercise which is good for your health so many things you can do at the park you can have a gathering picnics birthday parties I could go on and on I love to watch the Ducks I love to feed them I just love to look at them they are so enjoyable I thank God for the park this is from Mary Nelson and Willie Nelson and Pam Bradley thank you for the park

Beautiful day at the park. I did notice people feeding the ducks bread. Not the first time. Not entirely their fault when the only sign is covered by tree limbs. More signs are needed especially to the left of the sign when facing the sign. This would help a lot.

Nice local park, city updates the kids play areas on a regular basis. Edges of the pond recently renovated. Frisbee golf course and several pavilions for larger gatherings and a ton of shaded picnic tables.

The kids love it.The water park my daughter of 5 just cant get enough of it.Our son of 3 likes the duck at the kids park with the merry-go-round .

Throw bread on a small fish hook and catch catfish all day

While the park does look better wee must think about ease of access i noticed two restrooms which is great but the placement is really out of the way for the thousands of people who ise the trail each week, also the water fountain is so far out of the way its so crazy! You figure their would be some kind of ease of access so ladies if you need to tinkle while walking the linger trails be cautious as this park does not seem to cater for those few who wind up in emergency situations. Other than this its beautiful and real caters to the citizens of texarkana.

This is absolutely one of the most scenic parks we have ever been too! Its beautiful here. Always so clean. The maintenance people are friendly and constantly working. I felt safe and comfortable bringing my family here as well as coming here to run alone. The little playa lakes offer nice views and the play equipment is well maintained. When the weather is cooperating it makes for a wonderful day!

Stopped by for the first time in years and WOW it looks so much better. Enjoyed a walk around the lake with the wife, and returned home. Will be going back more often.

This is the perfect place to come and sit down and enjoy the view and the time of your day theres plenty of places for your children to run around and play and plenty of places for you to sit and relax they do have lots of events that normally happen here every year like the fishing derby for example

Seen it from a distance for some time. Not local so cant frequent park. Movie last night with family was so much fun great idea. If it keeps going I would gladly drive an hour from Mt Pleasant Tex to spend evening in park with my Arkanas family. Thanks nice park!

There are several baseball diamonds and watching kid baseball is so entertaining. A large duck pond attracts huge Canadian geese in season and more domestic ones during cold months. The childrens playground has varied equipment and there is plenty of picnicking spots, some covered with grills provided. A couple of old figjter jets are on display. Maybe one day theyll resurrect the zoo of my childhood and miniature golf.

I love this park. My wife and myself love to take our dog to to dog park to have some fun and fresh air. The people are always friendly and the drivers are very careful of the pedestrians wether on 2 or 4 paws.

Its calm and nice. A great view and wonderful walking trail stretching around the park. Perfect for family events with an option to reserve a pavilion to host any kind of event or you can use one of the many picnic tables to have a day out and enjoy time with everyone. It is also pet friendly so bringem.

Huge park for family to walk, jogging or picnic. Airplane site to take pictures of old plane. Nice lake with ducks swimming around. Plenty of parking spaces available.
