We have been here for almost 2 years. Maintenance Is very quick when you let them know of a problem. We have had no issues. The area is pretty quiet, and surprisingly calm. Called about a leak this morning, it was fixed when we got home this afternoon. We have had an overall great experience renting from here.

STAY AWAY!! Manager will lose your rent check on purpose in order to charge late fees. Pick any other place. Nothing but hassles here.

We have lived here for over 3 years. It is getting better about repairs needed.

My aunt lives here and we went to go visit her only for a little while.

Properties are well kept but some of the things I see are concerning.

Its one of the cleaner mobile home parks, Ive seen. The roads though need some fixing.

I lived in this park since 2003. Had a few run in with the old manager, Felicia but overall, once you know her she is a great woman. She retired and new management came in. Oh boy! This lady, she is so unprofessional! And no one in that trailer park has a valid lease or written agreements. This place is turning into a dump! The new manager has a tenant in MY trailer and she will not leave. She owes the park nearly a grand. Guess who HAS to pay for the lot and water, ect. ME! So I guess, see you in court!?! I am hard to piss off but when I am pissed, I am a real bi*ch, so watch out!

Friendly office personnel and an amazing maintenance crew! The people who live there though are rude, tacky gossiping folks who would rather hinder their neighbors rather than help them. The children in that neighborhood are some of the most amazing helpful kids Ive ever had the privilege of getting to know!

Quiet place to live. One complaint is they will turn off water, without notice, to do repairs to water lines.
