Location of the rv park is wonderful. Right off the interstate and less than 5 minutes from EVERYTHING. Some spots are SUPER close, but if youre always gone that dosent matter. (Pay the extra for a deluxe spot if you have kids/a dog, much better and dosent cost much more) The manager was BEYOND helpful. Also they arent like other rv parks who harass you about ANY little thing, yet the park was very quiet and orderly. Only complaint is most of the pads dont seem very level but its understandable. We have been to so many rv parks across Tx and this one has been the best as far as being close to everything, they dont nit pick you to death, prices are great and we had a spot with a big yard area so my son and his friends had a blast.

Its a quiet place to live...

The park is a little run down, but it is well located just off the freeway at Nugent and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and the cost is generally good. We have family living here and they really like the place, including the local wifi.

Best manager to date. Skylin is always so helpful and available.

I lived here back in 2016 and left in 2017..When I lived here they went through managers like crazy..They had a lot of managers who had no idea how to run a park.The worst by far was some short girl named Jamie..omg ! She and I exchanged words on more than one occasion. Rude! She was hardly ever at work.Youd be lucky if she came in once a week.People couldnt get their mail.Water was shut off constantly and rumor has it she was sleeping with several tenants while on the job..Dont know how true that it but she was a pretty loose broad..I am writing this review because I drove through bird creek and it looks like its come up a lot..It looks really nice now..Whatever manager they have now must be taking good care of it...I was happy with what I saw..I have friends who live here and would not mind moving back.

Sux for 4 months they never cut the grass around my rv and because of that someone tried to break in.i confronted the MGM asst mar and maint and nothing was done so it was time for me to go I went a d dont miss staying there

My daughter and I were there yesterday. She is moving to Temple and we were checking out RV parks. The manager was very nice and really made us feel comfortable. My daughter will be moving into this park soon. I have managed a KOA and a privately owned 70 site RV park. I am very comfortable with my daughter living here.

Very nice park with updates in progress. They have a pool, mailboxes for RVs in the office. The only reason I gave 4 stars, within the city of Temple (for RVs only) no fences for fur babies. They are in the process of building a new shower and laundry facility. The personnel is very nice and helpful!

The trailers are nice and up kept. Roads need alot of work too many pot holes. Love that they have pool.

Called for a stay left message on the phone but no return call. Stopped to do a night check in but none I could find . Appears there are spaces but unless it appears if its not m-f 9-5 you are out of luck. Took my money to another park..

Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff. Lots are spacious and well maintained.

The manager is friendly when she is there, but the office is frequently closed during regularly scheduled open times! We were there for a month and the office was closed on seven of the days it was scheduled to be open. The spaces for RVs are extremely unlevel.

Water is shut off at least once a month. Today it has been off for almost 7 hours. People cant cook dinner or even take a crap. No one is ever in the office nor do they answer the phone or the emergency number. BULLSHIT!!!

We have been here for a little over 2 weeks and will be staying through the end of the month. Pros: monthly rate is pretty low ($285), electric is $0.12 / kwh, water and sewer is included. Manager is very nice. Location makes access to IH35 and most of Temple easy. Wireless internet is pretty good - good signal strength limited to about 4 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up and they discourage streaming (not uncommon). Cons: pads are not particularly level, major construction on IH35 24 hours a day plus location next to the highway makes it noisy outside, streets are not in the best of repair, no fenced dog run (although there is a large grassy area for walking pets), office hours are erratic making picking up mail inconvenient.

This place is good but They go through managers like bath water and when they do get a manager they are always idiots.When i moved in here last year they had some ding bat manager.I think her name was either jamie or jesse but the woman was a complete moron.She was never there or always late and when she was on site she was but busy flirting with men to get anything done.You couldnt get this twits attention and when you did she didnt know what the hell you were talking about and she was so rude.Then they didnt have a manager for months.The one here now is pretty good.Shes always very polite.I hope she stays so they can stop hiring idiots.Its reasonbly priced and well kept.Scenery is pretty.They just have to watch who they hire.Thats my only issue.

There is a fat guy who drives a blue pt cruiser always threatening people with bats.

The roads are crazy. They have pot holes as big a truck. And when it rains the creak floods. And they dont take care of anything. Sorry but it the truth.
