I took my application back today and got to see one of the 3 bedroom trailers on the lot thats for rent and its nice.

Like my new living space.

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to move to consider Bluebonnet, such a beautiful park when you are driving into it makes it easy to feel like home.

I have been a resident for three years, and have loved Bluebonnet Estates, is a great place to live it has plenty of space for children to run around and is very safe. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean quiet place to live.

Good place to live, my family lived here for over one year and never had problems with them.

Since Tina took over as the property management I have noticed a significant change in the quality of living here. All my requests are taken care of promptly and done correctly. I am very pleased with management team and looking forward to continuing to being a resident here. The pool is always clean and very nice. They do a good job at keeping unwanted guests in the area and make it a peaceful enjoyable environment for the family.

I came in to the office and ask a ton of questions. Requested a tour of some homes. Tina was beyond what I could have asked for. She was kind, knowledgeable, she was honest, she made me feel important and cared about my family: I would hope everyone would be the same way. I’m excited to live here and I am so thankful to Tina for taking the time when I knew she was super busy. This company is very lucky to have her.

Angela showed some properties to us and was very professional and courteous. Very helpful in trying to find ya what we needed. The management at bluebonnet is wonderful

Great place to call home.

Since Tina has come to manage this property, she has been so prompt on getting work orders done. She is kind and thoughtful. She has done such wonderful things for the kids in our community. She threw a party for the 4th of July and the families all cakeTogether and she was outside talking and meeting families. We finally feel likeSomeone cares. And getting jobs done.We are thankful for her and all her ideas to make us feel special.

My wife, kids, and I have been here for 10+ years, and I will say this place has had its ups and downs, but what neighborhoods do you know that dont? Compared to past management and maintenance crew(which havent always been great) we now have a crew that is helpful and diligent in their efforts. Mrs. Vicki has always been awesome and helpful, and she has dealt with a lot of drama and problems, but she has always been here and fair in her efforts. Now, Mrs. Tina (who Vicki recently hired) is the manager and she is a perfect fit. Very friendly, and will help you the best she can. Together, they have started to turn this neighborhood around and make it better. Any where you go, you will have to deal with crime, crazy neighbors from time to time, and other issues. That being said, the management we have now are here to help keep those situations under control as much as possible. Its not the Ritz, but its clean, safe, and well managed.

The new management has made great strides in fixing the place up. Its not a bad place to live if youre needing a place to park a mobile home.

I have lived here for just over two years and the new management is doing a great job, the place is kept up well and the rent is fair priced. I would definitely say its one of temples best trailer parks by far. Its also very quiet and safe for children and the elderly and its close to all your shopping needs.

This trailer park has some kind of arrangement with a few tow companies around here mostly rapid recovery from belton.. they have a scam going on where they will tow any vehicle for any reason even out of drive ways.!! It’s happened to me.. I had 3 different vehicles towed in one week for three different reasons

Parking has improved my parents have lived here for eight years now. And theyve had their ups and downs. I will say that I know how much her paying and I think there is way too much considering that I got house with the same price.

The swimming pool whats sparkling clean grounds for clutter-free and trash of trash explaining the details of renting lots versus renting trailers I highly recommend Bluebonnet estates to the elderly or to the family oriented

Hard to get in and out, kids are not polite. Management has a over the top strict policy about towing cars.

The new manger is very kind and she is getting all together like it should be and the new manager drives around the park and check out the houses and MAKE SURE THE LAWNS ARE DONE !!! That right there is a blessing in it self !!!! Cause other manger alot times didnt come around and look at the the park and check out their yards !!!! I hope and pray that they will keep this manger for a long while ... I have been here many many years and the park is starting to look like it suppose too.Since the new manger has come in and Im veryyyyy thankful we have someone that really cares about the tenants and the way the parks looks now !!!

It is a very strict mobile home modular home whatever you want to call it living they are very strict on all the rules however the mobile homes are nice clean affordable but the lots thereare little thats all I got to say about that

So i went by there today and toom a look around Tina was a wonderful help and down to earth relatable and honest, the homes are lovely on the property and the experience made me really look fowar to our family being part of the community. Thanks tina!

Management, maintenance, where do i start? better off getting an apartment. location is always congested, pool full, dogs and cats everywhere. not worth spending money when a fire occurs to a neighbor, they didnt even bother to help them. all they wanted was their money. sad.

Nice trailer park with a safe community atmosphere. Pool and party room available for residents. Nice place for children.

Friends lives here. They seem happy. The park has a lot of restrictions. Kind of seems a bit run down to me in most areas. Lots of family with children. Small play area with too many children trying to use it at once. Seems like a close knit community with some.

Nice side of town, and in July the best spot to be on

If i could give them no stars i would. Stay away from this place, we moved out 3 months ago and have still not gotten our deposit back even though Vicky and bonnie told me we would. This place is unorganized. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My niece lives here and looks great from what I saw

This place sucks. Not all the trailers are nice. They don’t do any repairs that aren’t plumbing or ac related. I’ve been asking for a YEAR for my kitchen floor to be repaired and nothing has been done. Last night I fell through the kitchen floor. Thank god it wasn’t one of my toddlers.

Lets get this out there. This is a mobile home park. The maintanance Isnt %100 but theres someone there. The cost of living is considerably low and they are flexible with payments and such. It doesnt feel like a trailor park it feels like a community and thats why Im getting another place in it when I move in a month. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for their first place or are on a shorter budget.

If i could leave a zero i would. Every month, they try and find reasons to give you 25 dollar violiations. My brand new 2016 trailer was falling apart the first month we moved in. Really to be honest, the management SUCKS D**K!! They can never explain clearly why they are giving you a violation, and the regional manager Vicki, is a raging B&#Ch!! If i could thunder punch anybody in this world, it would be you Vicki, you mam, are a rude, condensending, and you suck suck at your job!!

Worked as maintenance for them, was repeatedly told that I wasnt allowed to work on peoples trailers who desperately needed maintenance. I quit due to TERRIBLE leadership and tenants flatening the tires on my personal vehicle because of maintenance I was NOT allowed to do. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! AT ALL COSTS!!! @ the guy that said they have flexible payments... THAT IS A LIE!!! They are RUTHELESS if you miss a payment, I know that for a fact!!
