I was here helping take care of the mother of a good friend. The security guys at the entrance were so wonderfully awesome about getting to know me and making sure to gain approval for my admittance. And they did this without being rude nor making me feel uncomfortable.The park is beautiful. One downside, easy to get lost and turned around on the streets.

I have a friend that I typically visit once a week. The friendly guard is use to seeing me and waves me into this 55+ neighborhood.

Quiet clean but rapidly changing.Part time tenants call the shots.Rules arent meant for all. Mustwatch what you say and to who.Gossip/ Rumors persist. EasyAccess in due to no changingof entry stickers in years. Couldbe no longer are security checksrequired to live here. No pm security patrolling grounds. Some outside crime now entering. Various age category seems toReside here now.And not seniorCitizens. Voting at meetings seem to be pre determined. Not fair in citations being given.Same for all. Rates all seem to vary from 1 to another . Are You PartOf The In Crowd Smiling FacesSometimes They Dont Tell The Truth..

I lived in this wonderful community for almost 10 years. Yes, it is a 55+ community, but the community has many activities going on, all the time. The working class, of folks are there to share experiences of Life with you during the coffee time, early, every morning.

Back in 1984-1988, we had a winter home here in The Meadows while we enjoyed our summer home in the Pinetop Country Club area. That was a long time ago.Almost three years ago now, I purchased a sweet little home here and lived for two years before trying my hand at living at a Sr. Complete Living Complex. I plan to come back early this summer and live again.The Meadows is a really nice place. The lots are full and homes are being purchased all the time. A lot of activity. If you live alone as I do, this is the place to make your home. 24 hour security the year around Come and see for yourself - you will be glad you did!!!

The Meadows is an oasis In Tempe Az, lovely grounds, huge shade trees, picnic area, shuffle board court, large laundry room, huge heated pool, beautiful recreation center. Library, gaming rooms, activities daily. Friendly neighbors gives this senior park a feeling of community.24 hour guarded entry gate. ️️️️️

Quiet and friendly senior modular home park. Pool and sauna, hot tub, pool tables, fitness center, media room, library, craft room, clubhouse that serves coffee all day. Weekly events, card games, bingo, hamburger day, dances, computer room, changing room, food pantry for the needy. Breakfast day, doughnut day Friday @6 a. m. 1$ doughnuts with free coffee and good company to chat with. Laundry facilitie, dog park. Close to mall and shopping. Great place to to rent or buy.

Its where I recently moved to, seems like a nice place to live, swimming pool, workout room, manufactured homes are kept up and a lot of big shady trees!
