Dangerous to Have live wires hanging out where kids play. And to have no water caps. It has been brought to management’s attention last year and still nothing has been done.

Its NOT YOU RUN-of the mill trailer park

One of our vehicles died and could not be restarted. As it was after hours, we could not get a tow ourselves until the next morning and so the park had the vehicle towed (which is within their rights).However, when I called just to get the name or number of the tow company they used, the lady who answered the phone was quite rude and HUNG UP ON ME twice. The second time she said: It is on a poster. We cant answer towing questions. before hanging up. No mention of the location of said poster either.This is absolutely horrible customer service AND management. I was extremely polite both times and simply asked for the towing companys name or number. I understand if there is a company policy but this was not even a polite explanation of policy. It was plain rudeness, especially to be intentionally hung up on twice.

Lived here in 1999 to 2011. Was nice then. but went through the park just the other day. DAMN. WHAT a dump now. Sad but glad I dont live there anymore. Rules are rules. Enforce them. What a dump.

The Only reason this place gets one star is because its open. Beyond that its a dump as you will read in other posts, short history: many stolen cars, gangs and drug dealers have been found here over the years, We are inundated with illegal aliens mostly from Mexico, but from other places too, interestingly they most all have jobs, and the management is happy to hire illegal labor to do the jobs, all of them. There is at least 3 undocumented illegal immigrants that work very regular for the manager/park.1-2 are citizens.The park itself doesnt get a regular cleaning or ever get repaired, only when the electricity or water breaks, do we get repairs,, we have more weeds than I have ever seen, and near a constant flood in the park making it unplayable, the tennis court is really non existant with no paint or surface or NET. the basketball courts have no lines and only the nets I made by hand. 1 left. the only swings are the 4 I made, and the last time the playground equipment was cleaned painted or serviced is when the Nice lady did it 3 yrs. ago just before she moved, again, yes she did it many times over the years. Our current manager of too many years is quite frankly old and not interested in anything except fixing the mobile homes he has seized or brought in, and are for sale, as they are repaired. I have no idea whom owns these many empty shells. We need a new young aggressive Manager to run and fix the park.Lately the problem I see is Code Violations, such as things unrepaired or fixed by unlicensed people, and residents not enforced to follow code as to building, and location of structures, and hard walls and dumping of trash and not green waste. extensions on homes beyond boundaries,...The list of violations goes on and on...Lastly The Manager, Prefers to Yell and Scream in anyones face that crosses him or asks a awkward question like are you going to mow the grass, finally? or are you going to fix the patio roof that blew off 3 days after you so poorly fixed it and maybe bring the picnic benches back? Just yelling and screaming about dont tell me how to do my job.I told him he is cheap, he said you think I make it cheap I said Yea You Make it Cheapnow we dont talk he wont change...signed : A Resident for more than 10 yrs.

Great place to live

The noise is quiet. The area is safe. Its near Arizona Mills mall.

Used to live there.... management at that time was useless. Maybe there are new managers now, I dont know...

Dirty and damaged, been here since I was a kid the playground gets damaged constantly and they removed the benches because they where getting tagged a lot at some point and they have never added them back.

Felt like neighbors kept to themselves. Has a very big park and field with play area swings and sorts for kids. Has two pools, laundry mat on site, club house for rent for social events and parties with kitchen. aside from the issue of the landscaping being neglected of the trailer park. I find it to be a descent place to call home.

Just talked to the manager who decided talking was him yelling and screaming at me, not listening to anything I said or why I was calling, then hanging up on me. Totally disrespectful and rude. A horrible person.

One of the worst mobile home parks Ive ever seen. Crime is rampant and the homes are literally falling apart. It does not seem to have any kind of community standards. The only plus is the larger Lots.
