This is my new go to for all things aquatic. Will is not just a business owner. Hes a passionate enthusiastic who actually loves what he does. Never had anyone willing to spend as much time going over details without spending thousands of dollars first.

THEYRE PERMANENTLY CLOSEDIve drove here 5 times over a year and I would like to inform all of you not to waste your time and gas every time its closed and everything inside is taken apart no fish or even water in the tanks. THEYER CLOSED FOR GOOD IT SEEMS. However the phone still rings but no one will answer. When you go to the website it says closed for remodeling but i have seen no sort of Improvement in the condition of the shop.Like to conclude its a let down I looked through the posts by people when the shop was running and it sounds like the perfect place for salt water hobbyists. So I wish the shop owner the best and hope he comes back but it seems like its not going to happen sadly THE HOURS OF SERVICE MONDAY - SUNDAY READS CLOSED ON DOOR.

The shop looks like its coming together very well.Im very excited for it to be open!

Writing this while sitting in my car. No sign, nothing on the door saying hours changed. Was going to check them out but just drove an extra 40 minutes round trip to find the 12-8 store not open at 6pm. Awesome.

I always wanted a saltwater tank and finally took the plunge. The staff at Epic Oceans helped throughout the process. The helped with the size and placement what types of coral to buy, but more importantly helped chose which fish would work best with the tank. The tank looks beautiful, I am so happy I went with Epic Oceans.

We have seen great reviews on epic oceans so we came all the way from Scottsdale to check it out but when we came all the lights were out and the store website said that they were open but the doors were locked so we decided to come back another time now we are on front of the store and once again the doors are locked and we have called several times and no one picks up I do not suggest this place for anyone looking to get into a store!

Ive been here twice, once about a year ago. And again today! Still closed and website closed for remodeling! No store is closed for a year for remodeling, Im thinking there perminatly closed at this point!

My girlfriend and I recently bought a tank as a hobby and really didnt know much of anything. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. And if he didnt have the answer, he was able to search for one.All of the fish in all of the tanks are very healthy and appear to be very happy as well. There was both freshwater and saltwater tanks, and they had a very good selection, including corals and freshwater plants I would recommend this store to a noob like me, and even someone more experienced.

Im at the store now, the store is closed second time this happens. First time there was a note. The guy who works here sold me a fish, gave him all the info on what I had in the tank with even pics. He said it would be fine...Didnt make it thru the night. His response was well it happens. $50 down the drain

Ive always wanted a reef tank with live coral, and wow did the guy running the store know his stuff. He talked with me for like 20 minutes, and I didnt even buy anything. Definitely the place Im going back to when ready.

Drove 15min to take a look on a FRIDAY at 1pm and when we get here its closed. All doors are locked and no answer to their phone. Definitely not happy.

Never made it inside. We waited an hour past the time the shop was supposed to open for the owner to show up and open up shop. He finally did make it but instead went and talked to his employee by his car for a further ten minutes even though he saw us waiting there and I know the employee knew. As he finally started heading to the door my wife and I had enough and decided wed rather not do business with someone who obviously was not serious about what they do or about helping possible patrons who had already waited over an hour with two small children.I dont think its fair to give less than 3 stars because I didnt actually go inside, but I never will go back either.

The fish are awesome here. The owner is very knowledgeable

Algea farm. Corals in such poor shape i wouldnt put them in my tank even if they were given to me

Understaffed, poor selection of livestock, dirty tanks, pretty sure the staff was high

I have came here not one but 3 days and they were closed at 3 oclock one day and yesterday and today I came at 7:30 and today 6:50 and they are closed I drove 37 minutes here every time and have yet to be able to get inside I will never drive over here again

Will has helped us immensely with converting afresh water tank to a salt water. He has gone above and beyond any expectations weve had.
