Had a birthday party here last weekend and could not be more satisfied with the results! All of the kids had a super good time. The birthday boy was definitely made to feel special with all the goodies. The staff was spectacular and went above and beyond what I’d expected. My wife was very impressed with how the details were covered beforehand. I would definitely recommend United Skates to anyone thinking of having a kids party.

Such a great little spot for skating. Went during midday and skating specials were so affordable. This facility is not the most up to date but in my humble opinion it adds to the fun of skating and takes you back in time. Staff was friendly and DJ music was great!

Very family friendly, very nice staff. Watched as they were wiping down the arcade games when we were leaving, and temperature checks at the door. Pizza is amazing! Wasnt like the cheap tomato sauce and crust was perfect!! ( Were funny about our pizza ) Prize selection was pretty good. They offer family deals and lessons, regular skates and training skates, and skate buddies. Good spot for young ones to have fun on a Saturday morning. Weve been here before a few years ago, today, and will be back again in the future.

I just picked up skating 2 months ago and had been here a few times and loved it . Now I have my own pair. I needed some rhythm wheels and the shop was closed on the one free night I had .. I told Amber my dilemma and she opened the shop for me new wheels, bearings, loosened my trucks and toe stops . Shes very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.. Jay

I usually have a great time. I come with my children and solo on adult nights. Cane on Halloween with family. Didnt care for the employees attitudes I encountered. Some good some not but itll definitely make me look at other skating before I make an 1 1/2 drive for my kids to go to somewhere familiar to celebrate my sons birthday weekend.

Great place to have good, clean fun. We just recently hosted our kids joint birthday party here, and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE start to finish. Kids had a blast, adults had fun, and us parents even had fun!BIG THANKS TO OUR PARTY ATTENDANT, KAYLA! She was absolutely amazing, kept us informed of events throughout the entire party, food and drinks stocked up at all times. Great value for the price, would highly recommend and would do it again!

My sons favorite place to be. This was his go to when he was having a bad day, to unwind or just have fun with his family and friends. This was One of the last places he went to during the week his life was taken by a drunk driver. We want to have a family memorial night here in honor of my sons life doing what he loved the most... I always have a great time here. Its only five or six dollars each time I go skating its so worth the two hours of skate time that me and my sister or best friend get to have together!Pretty clean and pretty fun! A go to place.

Great place, went for the costume skate with my girlfriend and had a really good time. There was a good crowd and everyone seemed polite. I definitely plan on going back.

I was just at a birthday party at United Skate this weekend. All the staff were helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Unfortunately, I fell and broke my arm before the party was over. The staff immediately jumped in to help with anything I needed. The next day they ever sent me beautiful flowers that wished me a fast recovery. This was so heart warming to my family and me. I will not be skating anytime soon but I would highly recommend United Skates to any one looking for a caring, helpful establishment.

United Skates is so fun! A great rink for skating and the hockey league is great for kids development. Even before Covid-19 they had a very clean atmosphere with cleaning before and after events. Miss it so much and cannot wait for hockey to return!

The employees were super friendly and helpful so that deserves 5 stars but overall it was a 3 star experience.

Staff was super friendly and professional but giving this a 4 stars because at least 4 machines ate my tokens and was shorted. What a pain.

Went for a birthday party. The kids had a blast. They were pretty well organized with the flow of the party and had many games to play outside of the skating. The DJ was great with music choice and multiple birthday shout outs. The pizza came and went so fast I didnt get to try any, but the kids seemed to enjoy it.

Customers were disrespectful plus the staff. i called and they hanged up on me. kids were going fast and making people fall by roller skating right by them. i did not like the experience.

United Skates of America in Tampa is a fantastic rink! The staff is incredible (especially the manager, Amber!), they keep it clean, and they know how to keep the AC blasting!The Wednesday night adult nights are a blast and the Djs always now how to keep the crowd moving. We highly suggest it!

Great place! Took my kids (6 and 7 years old) here to kill some time but they loved it so much we spent the entire night here! I enjoyed myself as much as they did, if not more. By the end they really didnt need the skate assist.

I enjoyed the Adult Skate Night on Sunday 9pm to 12am. The music, people, and food was Great, especially the Hot Chocolate Chip Cookies. I only saved one star for us that are 40+ and would love to hear more of the 80s-90s skate songs. And Ill be returning for sure. Staff thumbs-up...

The best place to go skating and help you with class

Havent been here in years but i remember years ago it used to be so drama filled and children have no manners or respect i sure hope it has changed since there are alot of good reviews. I always went to brandon astro skate they are great and drama free.

We had an absolute blast for our son’s party, from set up to clean up United Skates took care of everything. Our host Brittany was THE BEST! Highly recommend a party here and ask for Brittany!

I have visited there twice now with two different School groups. Their STEM program is awesome. The activities for this program are will prepared and the students learn a lot. The interactivity of these activities is great. The skating and lunch afterwards is appealing to the students.

This is the place to go for adult skate!18 and up. Wednesday nights from 9pm to 12am. $10 admission skate rental additional. Bring your own skates if you have them. They have a concession stand w pizza, pretzel soda and basic snack foods. There is also a skate shop located inside that stays open till 11pm. They regularly host different themed events which makes it fun to skate there.

Drove an hour to come try on skates. Lady in the skate shop was rude as hell. Won’t be coming back

Our party host did a really great job with my daughters birthday. Its a bit pricey, but we had a great time and we were actually surprised that the food quality was better than we expected.

Fun place to go to skate. The cost is $5 to enter and rent roller skates. I suggest bringing quarters of you would like to lock a purse or bag in a locker. The lockers cost 50 cents for each use.

A must do on Sunday nights or anytime. Great family value entertainment!! Inclusive mindedness is totally necessary! Urban flare on Sundays nights is awesome!!

Music is great but if you are under eighteen you have to pay for skates even if you werent planing on skating. Extremly noisy and their are many triping hazards.

Great birthday party spot. My daughter loves going here. The staff this time around were friendly and helpful. Even though we were the last ones to leave before the next skate session, we didnt feel rushed to get out.

Place was well put together. They have gaming machines, a ticket reward system, diner places where u can sit and watch people skating at the floor, the have a DJ and events thought the night, also they have a safe environment. Its good for first dates, groups or family events. They are just missing some Spanish songs.

From the inexpensive admission and friendly staff, to the smooth, and well maintained skating floor rink, its always a great skate at United. The great jams are usually provided by a live, and friendly DJ so I end up going most Wednesday nights. Every Wednesday from 9:30pm - 12am Midnight are Adult Nights. I also go every Second Monday of every month for PRIDE Skate, as I enjoy the amateur Drag Show on skates and showing my own Pride. Come out and support your friends on PRIDE Skate nights that start at 9:30 and go until Midnight as well. Where else are you going to have this much fun?

I used to come to United Skates when I was in elementary school. In December 2019 I took my son for the first time and boy boy boy it smelled like pure feet and cheese. Everything literally looks the same from when I used to come to United Skates as a little girl. I think the carpet needs to be replaced ASAP, the smell was so freaking horrid I couldn’t wait to leave but I really wanted to stay because we were having a lot of fun. We ended up only staying for roughly an hour and a half. I just couldnt take the smell any longer. I heard there was another skating rink in Tampa, I may have to check them out because U tied Skates is great in a whole, it’s just that smell inside. Barf.

Amazing staff. I went there to fix my inline skates, and they spend quality of time giving me options and things that help me to buy the right tools. I highly recommend them.

Good, safe rink. Smooth floor, clean, well stocked skate shop. All together with a responsible owner. But theyre not babysitting your children, but giving them a safe environment to have fun.

The rink was a pleasent experience. The only issue was some of the speakers sounded blown. Other than that i would recommend anybody to swing by.

My son always has a great time when we go. The price on admission is not bad and the games are reasonably priced. They have free wifi, which is a plus and an on duty officer to ensure everyones safety. We will definitely be back.

This place is AMAZING for partys and having fun the only reason its 4 stars is the use the last 20 mins doing a party bus with all the kids its not fair when you pay alot to go skate and you just have to watch that

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday at United Skates of America and it was a great experience. I was able to drop off my decorations and instructions for decorating the night before so when I arrived everything was already put together, this made everything so much easier. Our Birthday Host Cheryl was AWESOME! From the time we entered the skating rink she made sure we had everything we needed and took care of our guest needs. I would definitely recommend hosting your childs birthday here because the services is great, cost is affordable, and the kids will have a blast.

Super crowded and no way to social distance

My kids had fun. They play games and the staff had contests set up. The only thing I didnt like is when my kids was asking the lady for help who worked behind the counter when you first come in she really wasnt helpful with them. Its like she just basically brushed them off. So, I would have to up and she her the same thing my kids asked them she would answer me with more respect. I hate when people do that to kids. At the end of the day they are still people just little people.

First time here and I can’t say enough about it! Very friendly staff. This place is impeccably clean. Inside AND out!! The pizza was actually really good! The crowd and atmosphere were really nice, friendly and respectful. This $$$ was very good as well. They had all kinds of specials to offer as a “bundle package” that you may not see online. I don’t think I’ll have any problem coming back here again real soon. Great job keeping a piece of Americana alive!

We had a fantastic experience at United Skates of America. We booked our daughters birthday party and it exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was professional and courteous. The facility itself is bright, clean and festive for parties and the arcade, as an added activity, is definitely a plus. Our hostess was Angela and she did an incredible job facilitating. Her manner of speech, attention to detail and ease of communication is to be commended. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this venue.

Very nice rink. They have wooden floors that are somewhat slick. They have all types of games and a skateshop that is very helpful.

Auch a great fun place I could have give 5 but I feel the should have like schedules for everyone like from kids to youth and teenagers to adults, cause sometimes there is small kids that dont know how to skate that might get into accidents with people who does know how to skate. Besides that everything is great the games the music exchanging the tickes all good
