Went with a group of friends and had fun. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Several different types of roller skates to choose from. The facility was clean and everything was working properly.

Very bad experience! Truly dont recommend this place to anyone to bring their kids or celebrate a birthday party. We came here for a birthday party and the only thing good was the music. Games machine $1per play for tickets after spending $20 I had 100 tickets, you have to manually count the tickets because they dont have a machine to count them and the tickets you cant exchange them for candy you have to buy them $3 each (wow). Seriously need to be more transparent and honest. Brittany was good and apologize for the confusion. (Management correct the issues and focus more on customer experience not everything is about making money stop being so greedy)

Its roller skating need I say more, bring the kids and even grandma because they will all have a great time here. They have pizza and games for the kids and wings and beer for the adults. Great music and atmosphere for all.

Beautiful huge wooden floor and the graffiti artwork throughout the rink is incredible! The staff are always kind, courteous, and willing to help. They have several varieties of roller skates (and rollerblades) available for rent incase you dont have your own. As avid skaters, this is hands down one of our favorite rinks.Birthday parties, private parties, public sessions, adult sessions, and various skating class to boot! This rink has it all. Dont forget laser tag and arcades games too!

Everything is good the only thing is the music. Not that i dont like it because everybody has is diferent and likes diferent things but the thing is that there are hispanics sometimes a more than half of the people hispanic and while that being the case, i think they should put more hispanic music, idk, it was good till they changed the dj.They need a hispanic dj because they put everything not just spanish or inglish, like the last one he put everything and he was op

After careful consideration I gave this rink a generous 3 stars. The website is beautiful and I drove all the way from Sarasota, a good hour and 10 minutes from us. We saw an ad for a Trolls Skate. My daughter is obsessed with the trolls movies and when I saw that poppy and branch was going to be there OF COURSE I was going to take her. We got here and there was about 7 cars in the parking lot. Yikes... we got in and I immediately noticed no trolls decorations at all! I was wondering if it was the trolls skate or if I came on the wrong day or something but the girl said that it was. I found it also strange how bright it was inside. Normally the lights are dimmed or dark and there are colored lights and disco balls but none were on. They had all the building lights on and on the rink itself if you looked up and tried to see if there were any strobe lights on and they were on, but you couldn’t tell because the regular lights were on so bright.I have been skating for many years and never saw all the lights on like this except when the session is over and it’s time to leave they turn everything on. I asked the DJ who told me he didn’t know why and acted as though he really didn’t care anyway. The “trolls” came out which was poppy and dj suki not branch, and didn’t seem very exited. We got here on time and left ten minutes early and they played one trolls song on the way out the door. Bummer it wasn’t actually playing during the skate. The music was kid friendly which was great though. I bought my daughter something from the gift shop and she gave my daughter the toy and said two dollars please. I reached out to give her the cash and a buzzer rang and the girl said oh that buzzer means I have to go help someone else and she walked away.I saw another employee go behind the counter and I said can I pay you for this toy and he said yeah, so I give him the money and we go out and then the girl comes running over to us and said “you have to pay for that”. I was like I paid already to the guy over there. We went to go get pizza and drink with our tickets and the guy gave us one pizza and I told him I gave him two tickets and he forgot and looking to see if I did then finally gave me the second one. Just a cluster. We brought our own skates so I can’t rate the quality of their rentals. It was alright but so much could have been done differently to make today a really cool event and maybe had a better turnout!

Great value! Went skating on Thursday, was $5 for 2 hours. The community was fun and supportive, and the music was solid. 10/10 would go again.

My family and i visited from riverview fl and we had a great time everyone was so friendly, helpful and what impressed the most Alfie he is AMAZING !!! I literally watched him sanitizeeverything before he gave it to me he went above and beyond he is a true multitaker we will definitely be back.

Fun place to take family and friends!

The place is dirty and dingy, especially the restrooms. There isnt a large variety of arcade games to choose from and a few machines were down when I went. The staff seem nice and friendly though. A bit expensive in my opinion, and the music is a tad too loud in that I could barely hear the employees speaking to me a few feet away.Skee Ball game only awards 12 tickets regardless of your score and appears to be a bit malfunctional, so dont bother with it.Overall, not horrible, but definitely in need of improvement in a lot of ways, including hygiene and prices.(Edited to add photos)

Great skate park! The parking is a bit rough, however, the interior is clean and decently spacious. The music is great, the DJ kept everyone jookin and groovin.

My granddaughter had a birthday there today. Great hostess Camille. Pizza was good. Skate time was 2 and a half hours. Bathrooms need work. The doors to the toilets do not secure well. I would book another party there.

Our grandsons birthday party. Staff was cordial, efficient. Pizza was good. Ordered mozzarella sticks. They use a pager device alerting when your order is ready. Nice and clean. Kids well treated eith skate games.

Really good place to enjoy be with family or friends

Here on vacation, drove an hr to get to this place. Closed..... website showed they would be open from 8:30 to 11:30pm Sunday night March 15th. If your going to cancel an event or a session at least post it publicly. Your calendar and website shows that your open, your clearly not as I’m writing this review in your parking lot.

Helpful staff that are all obviously are on top of their game. Never waited more than a minute for anything and all staff was excellent. Wish there were more healthy options for adults that dont eat carbs and value vitamins and nutrients. Was there one single vegetable item other than fries?

Wow..was the word.The music was great,the food was hot and fresh, customer service was great and the prices was so low that you wouldnt have a reason to say you couldnt go skating.

Dont even bother...IF they have skates theyll either be the wrong size or broken. Food is a joke it took them 35 minutes to make half cold cheese sticks. They were burning food left and right so it stunk of burnt pizza. Half the games are out of order. Just save your money.

It was fun, no drama..

Was on vacation here in Florida and wanted to go skating and check it out. We drove just over an hour from where we were staying for their late night skate that was posted on the website and on their calendar. Got here at 9 and it was closed. Not happy at all. Just wasted our entire night. THANK YOU SKATEWORLD OF TAMPA.

Had the WORST customer service and terrible experience for my children and my boys birthday party! Food was cold late, we were un notified off our food on the way. The game arcades games were not working taking our coins, and our host was not even taking care of us. Definitely NOT recommended for birthdays. Huge waste of my sons birthday !!

Seriously stood up at the front to get in for 20 minutes! A nice girl came and said sorry just a minute and still no one came so we left after driving an hour to go there. Not a good first impression at all

At first I didn’t want to but my partner insisted i come inside. This will tire your torso, an ab blasting, hip thrusting, back breaking, ankle blistering fun time.I didn’t realize how fun this location would be, as an avid skater, freelance entertainer everyone loved me! The music was loud, the rink was slippery and I was wet as a walrus. My partner was dancing and having a blast, a special occasion like this deserves ever star possible!Come inside for a good time!

Great place. Lots of fun but old rink in need of service and several video games were broken which keeps it from 5 stars. Will go back though.

Took my daughter and her friend to the rink on Memorial Day. Place was just about empty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Four stars because my experiences there have been good but it seems to take a seriously long time for the snack bar to get the food out when you order something hot.

The skate center was filled with different events going on. There are skate lessons, hockey practice, or even roller derby! AC is working just fine when I was there so enjoy!!

Roller Derby!! Check on out the Tampa Roller Derby team! They have games for adults and Juniors. So much fun to watch or play. They need officials as well which can be on skates or off skates

Good date night but better for kids.

Came all the way from New Port Richey to meet up with family members and had 2 of my three children skating and asked if the offered any military discounts and at first I was told yes and then a little bit later I decided to join my kids and got ready to pay for myself and was then told they dont honor military personnel, I was quite shocked and disappointed. First and last visit for me and my three young boys.

My kids and I were visiting when my daughter fell and injured her arm. Everyone was so helpful and seemed very concerned. We love visiting Skateworld, because its clean, the have great deals, the staff is nice and the music is always bumping.

Had a good time with friends on adult nite

I had my 5 yrs old Birthday party here. The kids had a blast. The adults skated and fell making funny memories. The nurf gun war was way fun and what a smart use of space.

Our family had a great time .

Wife had a wonderful birthday at adult night.

Although I didnt have to do anything. I really enjoyed watching our grands and daughters have fun. Just seeing the smiles on their faces made me happy

This place is only good if Ur going to bring Ur own skates. I tried on multiple pairs and all of them were going all over the place. The first pair kept rolling away from each other the next pair kept rolling strongly to the right and the ring goes to the left so I kept rolling into the walls. I am not a beginner skater its not me doing it wrong. At least they gave me a refund with no trouble.

It was very hot!! and the food was nasty an priced too too high. we had waited 50 minutes for the food, the guy said he forgot to buzz it.. overall it was not a great experience.

Fun place!!

The service was really good, but the skates hurt my feet, and gave me blisters even though I wore socks.The floor was a bit bumpy on the skate circle, and the arcade games were broken most of the time. I got 5 tokens taken by the game and the game wouldn’t return it.The pizza took a while to get to us, and it didn’t even taste fresh. The cookie dough dippin’ Dots only had 4 pieces of cookie dough.The only part of this experience that I enjoyed was talking to the workers. They were very nice, and very helpful.I won’t be returning, because of the blisters and bumpy floor.

Fun both times I went except both times they had a/c issues. 1st time it was completely out. It was almost unbearable, they had to open doors. 2nd time it was just hot inside.

Went on a Saturday afternoon with 3 kids in tow. Love that there was 6 birthday parties going but it didnt seem overly crowded. I like that they give complementary wrist guards for safety and that they have skate mates or walkers made for skating help for the little ones. The skate floor could use a refinishing for smoothness and the ac can stand be colder. Great crust on the pizza!

I love that they have so many different themes for fun. Last time we went it was a nerf battle. The reason i give it 4 starts is cause the food is expensive, 2.75$ for a small soda is expensive. The small soda cup is a good size but you cant get a refill. At the ens of the day its all worth it for a child to have fun.

Love the place. Last experience the workers had attitudes. Also dont like all the stopping for stupid games. Only get a few hours to skate just let us skate

The kids love coming here and it seems as though every child wants to have a skating party. I have been to Skateworld probably about 9 times in the past 3 years. I am definitely Over It!!! They do a great job with the parties and the host/hostesses are always cheerful and on point. Seriously, I pray that I never have to return for another party.

Great place but some things could be managed better. Mondays All you can eat pizza and skate sounds good but theyre usually out of pizza so very few people actually get a slice.

Ive been coming to this rink since elementary school. I have enjoyed bringing my private school, Center for Education, here for our graduation ceremony and prom for the last few years. They were very accommodating and professional. They were also very affordable. Anytime we need to book an event here we know will be treated well.

It is a good place to celebrate your childrens party. Those who work there are very friendly. The price of the party package as well as the food is good. The decor of the party area is quite acceptable, you only have to complement with balloons and particular articles of the subject that you have chosen (the photos on the wall are very nice). My only suggesting is to assign an employee to attend each party. On the day of my sons birthday there were 3 parties at the same time and a single person to attend 3. Of course that person was extremely busy and could not attend to all at the same time.

Nice big roller rink.

I waited for my food for over an hour and it took almost 30 minutes to return the money I used to come with my school fundraiser and this as been a place that my kids grew up learning how to skate. Honestly they lost my business and my respect.

The pizza is amazing and the workers are friendly. They have lights out times when they start the glow in the dark part of your experiance. The skates are comfortable, and their are blue blocks for you to sit on when youre tired.
