We have 3 kids and love this place. This places always takes care of the little ones with so many kid events and makes a great family outing.

Great afternoon bowling with our daughter. Believe it or not it was her first time bowling.The shoes did not smell and the rest room was clean.A nice older man said he is a bowling coach and gave us some tips.Plenty of parking and easy to get to location.We will be back.

Good drinks, friendly staff, surprising level pool tables, good prices, and a great bowling experience ( considering whats going on ). Plus, its only 2 miles from my house . I WOULD drive to go there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food comes out timely and hot but on the pricey end for a bowling alley.I was part of a birthday party and the hostess was attentive and nice. I would definitely recommend this venue for events albeit be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. This is paid in the form of up to date decor and all digital touchscreen machines. Definitely an upgrade from the usual neighborhood bowling alleys.

Lanes, balls & pins all in excellent condition. Lovely staff. Ample parking day or night. People spouting howdy neighbor.

We are pre bowling and chris the manager didn’t care we was pre bowling and put music on which when ur pre bowling for a league u do not put music on. And he’s not fit for a manager he’s rudeFor the person that replied when we pre bowled no one was bowling lol the place was dead and the manager was rude. Chris look like he was unhappy. There was no music playing until the manager got upset about the chicken wing complain than he decided to play music. Chris is very unprofessional ever his coworker agreed with his rudeness

Me and my family absolutely love this bowling alley. We have always gone here. We enjoy the cosmic bowling the most on the weekends. Although we do wish it would start sooner it will always be worth going here. I 100% reccomend coming here.

May 28th ...My brother, his girlfriend and I decided we wanted to go bowling . Well unfortunately an emergency happened and had to have EMS come. The manager (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was VERY hands on & was very quick to help us to ensure everything was good. I appreciate his help so much tonight. Not only this but it was SUPER clean and they are practicing social distancing for bowling.Thank you so much to that manager whom helped us tonight! ️

Came on a field trip for summer camp today. The kids loved it! We all had a blast, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Bowling is fun but I really need to do some more practice. This was unlimited bowl on Thursday night and my moms birthday. We had a ball! Music was good and the lights made it even more exciting. We had wings and pizza. It was tasty.

Totally disgusted with this place tonight! I went with my fiancé and our 5 year old, as going bowling is pretty much the only time we spend out of the house with everything going on. Our normal bowling alley has every other lane open to allow for social distancing, but tonight there was a long wait so we went here. This place not only had pretty much every lane filled, but every one was cramped together with absolutely NO space, and certainly not even close to 6ft. Nothing was cleaned off, I literally had to wipe down everything myself. When we first got there it was not that bad with the amount of people, but by our second game they put a large group in our SAME lane when there were a few empty lanes that were open on the other side. I explained my concerns to the manager and he did not seem to care. We definitely will not be coming back..It was very concerning that no one there tonight seemed to care about personal space, let alone social distancing..

They are not following proper social distancing measures, there were entirely too many people cramped in the building with 1 large league running into when another large league was supposed to begin... peoples old napkins, old food and cups sat untouched by staff the tables were not wiped down very unhappy

Sunday nights are for free bowling but for tournaments.

The bowling lane is very good take care of with perfect amount of oil. Some place is too oily and its dangerous. This place is clean and the food taste is pretty good for the game place like this. I love the plat bread there.

Place has come a long way. Havnt been here in 15 years and the updates are spot on. Food prices are excellent... except they charge $4 for a side of tots lol. Must be a typo. Come on sundays for early bird specials. Highly recommended!

My wife, myself, and a married couple of friends visit occasionally. The Alley itself is in pretty good shape. The lanes never really give us any issues and the scoreboards are easy to use.While the food isnt that great, its still not bad and can easily tide you over until you eat something else later. Ive had a few times were the chips were slightly soggy etc. It can often get busy there so sometimes the food takes a little bit.The bar is definitely pretty nice as well. Ive had the same Lady-Bartender each time over the last several visits. Shes friendly, quick, and the drinks are tasty.All around this place is pretty nice. Everywhere has something that isnt perfect, but they make up for it in other ways.If you like to bowl, enjoy good drinks, and a decent atmosphere, BCB is the place to go.

We were here for a tournament and it was very well done by the facility. Little wait, clean bathrooms, and decently priced bar. Would be happy to visit here again if I lived in the area.

Snack bar service is a little slow. They need at least two more working the floor on league nights.The prices in the pro shop are out of this world. Ouch!Other than that, it was real nice in there.

Its been a while since Ive been here but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the nice renovations they did. Took the kiddos bowling for the first time and we all had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was right for bowling. Food was good like I remember it.

Went with my daughter on Saturday, January 18th at 4:53 pm. After a long drive from home, we were told that we can not play until 9:30 pm because all the lanes were reserve for the league. They should fix their hours to state: Closed between 4:30pm-9:30pm on Saturdays or whatever days they practice. That way people do not waste their time going there. If you do not care for your customer, I am not going to care to go back.

Was a little warm inside. Bowling was fun. Arcade could take some updating.

The lemon pepper boneless chicken is good. The sausage, green peppers, onion flat bread was even better. Try it!

Food is mediocre at best. Cooks dont seem to have an ounce of care, as you can see that clearly displayed on their faces. However, disregarding the food, that is not the issue with this place. There seems to be no adult supervision with counter workers, technicians. Only adults I see working are in the bar. Lanes are CONSTANTLY failing, and take WAY too long to fix. Be prepared to be told, have patience. I should not have to hit the button for Lane service 5 times before I get an unenthusiastic, lack of willingness to help, like Im inconveniencing the kids behind the counter... Or even get acknowledged. There needs to be more front counter, and technical accountability. I really wish, truly, that there was a quality center around that actively shows they care about its league members, facility, and machines... Id be bowling there in a heartbeat.Also, you guys just going to ignore the electrical outlets on the tables? If youre going to have a feature or something for the bowlers to use, it would be nice if it worked....

We were there at noon for my Granddaughters 6th birthday. They had the Disney songs and videos on. They were spot on with the drinks, the pizza. And when the pitchers were almost empty and pizza gone, they were right there filling everything up. And of course the kids get a bowling pin that the guests sign. For a 6 year old you cant beat it. And you dont have to clean.

Its a cool place! Its been renovated and looks very nice. The food/bar area is laid back and the staff is friendly. They offer classes and regularly have league and cosmic bowling nights. The restrooms are one of the cleanest Ive ever seen.

It has been about 5 years since I was there. I watched a friend bowl, but didnt bowl myself. The bowling spaces have been nicely upgraded. The pathway behind the tall tables was not widened, unfortunately. The restroom looks much nicer and has been upgraded.

I love it when everything is a good deal!We went on a Sunday evening and got shoe rentals with three games for four people for $50! Thats awesome! We realized that we should have went on a Saturday instead because they have a deal going on for 6 people and a pizza at $54.99 with free shoe rental! Regardless, it was a great time and the lanes are organized very well. Employees removed prior balls that were left from the people who used our lane before and I mean, it was a great time. I have no complaints here!

When you think about a bowling alley you think about a bunch of people hanging around in the less than environment. This is just the opposite this place is clean the staff is friendly the food is delicious try the chicken nuggets for sure. After 11 they dim the lights and they put on neon lights. Separate areas and is that serves cocktails. All the scoring is digital screens highly recommended if youre going bowling.

I really missed Genny last night on league night because whatever server was assigned to my Lanes didnt even come around ALL NIGHT to ask if I needed anything. I had to get my own drinks from the bar where Genny served me with her always bright smile and friendly demeanor. Remembered what I ordered and got it to me quick. I hope to have Linda or Genny next week (and every week from here on out) to continue getting the excellent service I have come to expect from her. She spoils me! Three stars only because of how GREAT Genny is!

Very nice bowling center. Lanes are very well kept. Restrooms are modern and Very clean. Large game room for the kids and kids at heart. They have a large bar and snack bar. Adequate parking and friendly help. Great place for a good time.

I enjoyed my time here. The staff was nice. The prices are EXTREMELY affordable for food and to bowl there. They had a wide variety of food to choose from, and it tasted decent. They even had screens between the bowling allies that showed the music video of whatever song was playing. Will certainly come back here.

Great environment and amazing food. I brought my girlfriend and kid here for open bowling. The staff were super nice and made the trip very welcoming. Definitely coming back soon.

A nice place for relaxation

Fun place to go. Lots of lanes, friendly people. Our lane had technical issues throughout our games, but were quickly resolved. The price was higher than expected. We had to rent the shoes and pay per game. Still, we had a good time.

I’ve been going to BCB for years because the staff is awesome and they make you feel like family. And the food is always great! James always makes sure my food is cooked just the way I like it. I really like the remodeling that they did as well, it looks great. Just an awesome place all around.

Staff claims masks are mandatory. However, I saw large groups with nobody wearing a mask even though they are mandatory by law in Hillsborough County.

I love bowling here, the approaches are always nice and slick, never tacky and the staff are very friendly.

Very friendly staff, best bowling pizza Ive ever had, well maintained (smooth) lanes, and up to date technology integration. Great place to take the kids, with the per bowler automatic retracting bumpers. A bar area is attached but separated with double doors inside in case you need a stronger drink. No drink refills on tea, but huge cup sizes.

Great price for bowling. Eat before you go, the food line is way too long for okay food.No, we were not in the large group. It was just me and my husband, we ordered nachos and fries. It took around 30-45 min to get our food. That is just too long for what we ordered. If the food had been amazing or unique(in a good way) I would not have had a problem. I may have even given 5 stars.

Nicely refinished bar area with a huge selection of TVs for all your favorite spring events. NFL Ticket on Sundays. This is a Browns Backer location so if the Browns are playing it will be packed and it will be on all the TVs.

Love Brandon Crossroads. They did a great job remodeling. Excellent food and drink. On busy days they could use more help in Concessions and the bar. We always go bowling on New Years eve and getting food and drinks is a nightmare. Hopefully they make some changes bring in the next New Year. Have also had numerous birthday parties here and they did a excellent job. Would recommend

I visited Brandon Crossroads Bowling while on vacation. I had an awesome time, and will definitely visit again. The staff was very friendly, and offered good food and drink recommendations. I highly recommend the BLT flatbread.

Best place to bowl in the area. I am there every Wednesday. Always a good time and they take care of us. Chris is the best!

I assume the burgers and fries are good because a lot of people ordered them. Dont know how much it costs to bowl as I was watching my nephew in a tournament. Also had plenty of parking.

This a must go place..the bowling alley is very good and peppered with wonderful song videos n super ambience ..Brandon crossroad bowl also has a gaming zone other than bowling alley and that too is very nice with amazing games...it will make ur weekend supercool ..

Its nice and cheap anything I would expect from a bowling alley

I was here for my oldest sons Special Olympic Bowling Competition. The family that owns the bowling alley had provided the lanes and lunch from the grill for all of the athletes completely free of charge. This was no small event, and required them to essentially close the bowling alley from use by the general public. This was a rather large expense for the owners, not including the loss of business while they hosted the competition. Im grateful to them for this service to the community and these wonderful athletes. The facilities themselves are top notch and clean. They have a beautiful full service bar, which was obviously not in use during this event. It is a wonderful, privately owned bowling alley that I would highly recommend to anyone in the Brandon area.

They have really upped the experience at this bowling alley. Plenty of seating for the masses at the Pepsi Tournament. Awesome upgrades to the setting areas with charge ports and outlets at many tables, couch seating for the bowlers, and new decor. Bathrooms are redone, with Dyson dryers, though the handicapped stalls are too narrow, and difficult to navigate. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Overall great time.
