Great course for a quick, fun, yet challenging round. Course conditions arent always the best but its a great value for the price! Membership rates are very affordable too. Friendly staff with a pretty decent food service & bar.

Great small course with a wondeful variety of holes to hit long drives and technical shots. Plays fast. Great for beginners and those needed a fast 9 nine. Clubhouse staff is friendly. And the price is unbeatable!

I’m a beginner golfer and this was my first outing by myself. The staff was great and the course was well kept. It’s an executive course, so there are lots of par 3s, and only a couple of par 5s. But the price range is right, and it is just a fun place to develop your game.

Our tee time was at 9:42 and we didn’t even get a cart till 10:18 because it was so backed up. Every hole had 2-4 groups waiting to tee off. Took us 3 hours and 15 minutes to play 9 so we didn’t even get to finish. And to top it all off, the greens were more like sand traps.

Played 10 times in 4 weeks, asked about membership, greens were good shape 3/20. Showed up 10 min early like always, there was 3 groups ahead of me and 1 was a five some, asked if I could go off the back 9 with no one on hole 9, and the starter gave me so much attitude. Said something to Christine (she’s awesome) about the starter and she just said ohhh that’s Tom... That’s not okay, there tee times are too close... it’s SLOW and they couldn’t care less. If you take customer service seriously, like any good course should... DONT PLAY HERE, hey Tom I went off the back... and you will never get another dollar from me.

This is a FUN executive (SHORT) course! Lots of 60-100 yard holes. Perfect for a girlfriend or wife who wants to get out and play and boost the confidence of her swing. I see Lots of couples who play here! The greens are in good condition (nov 2018) and the rate of play on thanksgiving was just fine. They sell beer and wine and even liquor here!

Decent short course. Some tees are dirt and some greens are weedy. Pace of play can be an issue, but for the price its worth it if its not too busy.

Challenging holes with sandtraps and water on 16 of 18 holes. Very reasonable rates. Great grill with fair prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Practice green and sand trap. All kinds of wildlife,including a big alligator! My only regret is that there is no driving range.

Great course for novice golfers. My only issue is that my family was hit into for 6 holes because they are not very experienced. We let one group play through only to see foursomes bumper to bumper all the way back to the first hole. Needless to say, we stopped after 9 holes even though we paid for 18. Great food and very friendly staff though. I recommend this course but would play best ball if you have inexperienced players with you.

The people running this course did not respect social distancing at all. Had multiple people sitting around talking and drinking in groups of more than 10. Had more than 1 person in each cart and barely cleaned each cart before passing it on to the next group. I almost never leave reviews but felt the blatant lack of safety warranted one in this situation.

Was very excited to try this golf club but had a personal emergency making me miss the tee-time. When I called in the cashier, Keith, was rude and just kept telling me I’d have to pay again if I wanted to play there.

Had a Fun time today. All 4 of us had our own Golf Carts to keep our Social Distancing.

Had a blast. Course was great. Fairways and greens were great. Tee boxes needed a bit of TLC

Nice little executive course, mostly par 3s with a few par 4s sprinkled in. Great place to work on your short game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had no issue with pace of play on a weekday morning. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were all in good shape. Would definately recommend if you are looking to play a shorter course that provides a moderate challenge.

Neat course. Enough par 4s to make it feel like a legit outing for real golfers. Par 3s had character. Great price. Would play again and recommend.

Im not a golfer, I went to accompany a family member to learn about Golf. The price is much cheaper than other courses for renting what you need, and golf cart included. ( I called around) I really enjoyed the experience also there is a small food area. Which the prices are much cheaper than expected.

Course is in good shape, although there is a lot of inconsistency in green speeds. Pace of play is very slow, which I suppose is to be expected with so many par three holes. I had a good time overall, but probably wont be back.

Best bang for your buck with awesome greens even in rainy season!

I was driving down Countryway and a golf ball hit the front of my car. This is a real danger because it can cause injury as well as damage! I think they need to take more precautions, because this isn’t the first time this has happened! I don’t know how this is legal, but mark my words someone will be seriously injured in the future if they don’t get this under control. Then they will be dealing with lawsuits, paperwork, and shoulda, coulda, woulda’s.

Course is fun to play, but Ive never played a slower rate of play. If you dont mind waiting 10-15 minutes between holes for a cheap rate.

This was my first time golfing at a course like this and it was super fun. I only golfed 14 holes and was very satisfied with the grounds and upkeep of the facility. The other golfers seemed friendly and really enjoyed my time here.

Fantastic executive course. Fun to play and still has some challenging holes. Pace of play can get a little slow when busy as many holes are short but very fun. Great course for younger players or those looking for short game and closing shot challenges.

Went to tgi fridays have no clue how this coralates with the golf club

Always looking to try a new golf course when I come down to the Tampa area. Groupon had this Hot deal for this course and wanted to give it a try. Knowing it was an executive course with limited driving possibilities, the price of 21 bucks per person including car was worth a try.The course itself was ok but the fairways and greens were in average overall condition. The course was packed as this place seems to have specials for all and not just on groupon. 18 holes took almost 4 hours and most holes were backed up 2 parties deep. From my understanding, this is typical for the owner to do this, as in, over schedule the course.Dont believe Ill every come back here again when there are so many golf courses available.

Not a bad course... Mainly go because its affordable. The Greens are pretty terrible tho... Patches of grass filled in all over, bumpy. Not really that big a deal though as I just play for fun. $14-$16 a person for 18 holes and a cart, cant really complain.

The place is $15 to play and the food is mostly less than $5.Sure. The greens arent winning awards, and there is a 54 yard hole. But were both kidding if we say we dont need to work on our short game...and its less than a buck a hole.Does exactly what it should. For a price you wont beat

Im as green to this sport as you can get. I found this course to be half assed in its upkeep. Great place to practice and the price is right for that. As a newbie, Ill go back again but I look forward to growing out of it.

Short course, good challenge.

Executive course, some nice long holes and a lot of short ones, pretty good amount of water, and the bunkers are never really in play, I like this course a lot.

My dad has been going to this golf course for over 15 years and Ive been going with him the past 10 years. We have always enjoyed this course, but recently experienced the worst possible customer service. We had no tee time, but asked the man at the register if we could still play. He did tell us that it wasnt a problem. We proceeded to go outside and load our clubs on the cart. The man outside told us we would need to wait about 30 minutes. Again, not a problem and we started putting on the practice green. The man came back to us 5 minutes later and said we can play now but we would have to be paired up with two ladies. We told the man we would wait and it wasnt a problem. He then told us we have to wait until 4:00 then which was 3 hours away. He said it very rudely so we told him we will just get a refund. The man then followed us saying rude remarks and the guy at the register started being incredibly rude and refusing a refund. Of course my dad and i would not leave without a refund so he threatened to call the cops. I then asked him to call his manager and he finally did and we got our refund. I do plan on calling the manager myself with the disrespectful service we got. Had they told us they were to busy to take walk ins then there would have been no issue. Or had they not made disrespectful remarks. We plan on never using this course again now. Thanks Countryway you lost 2 loyal customers that came at least once a month and the rest of our family and friends that played.
