Monday was our first time to this location . Brandon was an all star and or favorite dock personnel . He did an outstanding job explaining the surrounding areas as well as a superb check in/out. He helped us navigate the garage as well since we hadn’t been there. He went out of his way and over the top to accommodate us. We will be back to Harbour Island. Thank you so much for taking great care of our family and our puppy.

Had the pleasure of using the Harbour Island location this week for the first time. In the morning a very nice young man checked us in, sorry, I think his name was Aiden. Later that afternoon upon docking, we met John. We had to wait to check out, as John had to quickly take out a boat to assist another member who had a fouled prop from their anchor line. We were very impressed with how quickly he helped the family in need . John quickly returned and completed our checked out. He spent 15 mins talking with me about the club and this particular location, super nice guy. The pontoon we used was very nicely equipped and was super clean. We had 4 guests on board and all commented on what a great time they had. We will be back for sure. Thank you John, Graham B.

Ive been a member since 2011 and I think it just keeps getting better @ our doc master Aidon was professional just an all around nice young man that got us on our way . My daughter and I had an amazing day and highly recommend this location for great service!

We have used this facility for watching our daughter sailing nearby and leased a zodiac. Each time we have come away feeling John and his educated team of freedom boat club are providing world class service. John is very knowledgeable on conditions and what we should be careful about. So easy and makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

The new Harbor Island location of FBC is open, and amazing. The boats are brand new and beautiful, and the location just cant be beat!Right below American Social at The Pointe, you can just hop on a boat and explore the river, or out into the bay for fishing or just wind in the sun fun. Captain Jace and John are always on their game, making sure your day out is smooth and your launch and return as fast as possible.If you are a member, try a launch out of this perfect location; if you are not yet a member of Freedom... what are you waiting for?

Im a new member and just completed my new member orientation yesterday. They showed me how to control one of the boats, understand signage, who has right of way, safety, and other stuff like proper docking. Also if you require training on anything, you can ask anytime. John (Mgr) and Captain Matt treated me well and hope to continue a good relationship between this site and others. Will update when I have taken out a couple boats.
