I just love this place so much! Ms. Hannah is so friendly, knowledgeable, and is excellent at making you feel comfortable there! She was very real about what to expect from each item and the sizing that would be appropriate. I absolutely appreciate an awesome employee like that! I shop here fairly often and refuse to go anywhere else.

The customer service and staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. The main lady constantly gave snarky comments and used a frustrating tone, which is not very good when you are trying to gain the trust of you customers. I would much rather go to an adult store where the staff is friendly and disarming, not assuming and rude. I would highly recommend you avoid this store along with its staff. I am definitely never coming here again.

Hannah (associate) made the first experience Ive had in a lingerie store very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and deserves a raise. The only reason I wish I could rate 4.5 stars is that the manequins need to be changed more often. Wanted to buy an outfit on display but was not available for purchase. Management should pay more attention to this or have staff do routine adjustments.

Really uncomfortable environmentWas hardly given any personal space while viewing items and it made me leave without getting what I came for. Also, when asking if they sell dental dams they said no I can just go to planned parenthood. People should really carry more lgbtqi+ products.

Came to this boutique after passing it a few times, I went in just to check it out. I was greeted when I walked in, didnt get the creepy vibe like you do at other places and thats very important to me as a woman. It was clean, and well organized. The sales associate Jessica was very polite and professional. When I had questions about a product I felt very pleased with how knowledgeable she was about anything I asked about. She helped me from start to finish including asking if I needed any lubes, toy cleansers or batteries. I was very happy with my experience at this shop, and I am also extremely pleased with the products I purchased, quality products, exceptional service no gimmicks. I recently visited the Westshore area with my wife. We found this cute boutique close by. When we entered, we were greeted by friendly staff. There were so many options, we couldnt make a decision. They offered us a glass of wine and beer and a place to sit and think while we thought about all our options. Would definitely recommend this place, as they have something for everyone!

To begin with, I love the vibe of this place. It does not look or feel sleezy/trashy. Equally awesome, Heather is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and demonstrated great customer service. This is a great store! They have a great selection of clothes for dancers and now have a club-ware section as well. There was plenty of accessories, such as shoes, fishnet, gloves, thongs, and jewelry, to compliment what ever you wear. My favorite section was the corset and decorative bra area that has matching sequin shorts and ruffle shorts that look great when matched up with the corsets and bras. The toy section is filled with a great selection of up to date items that fit all budgets. The staff is friendly, well educated on all the products in the store, and are very helpful in helping you find the right outfit.

My wife and i went in there wanting to buy new stuff at first we were excited to visit this store for the first time as soon as we arrived there was this lady so rude not even greet us at all her first words were does both of you have an id? And then added can you leave your drinks in the car ... i felt uncomfortable by the fact that in the door does not specify No drinks or food and her attitude yikes!!! Its unfortunate it does not have any empathy towards customers .

I stumbled upon this store on Google when I was visiting the area and Im glad I did. They have incredible reviews and its all true!! They are super nice and they are clearly educated on the products. This place is THE BEST!!! As a female, I have felt a little creeped out at some adult shops in the past but this store was very nonthreatening. I have truly never experienced this level of customer service. The woman that helped me was extremely professional and knowledgeable! She showed me what I was looking for and answered a bunch of questions about some new things they had (one of which I ended up buying and loving). The store and staff are definitely the best around!!

Ive gone into some adult stores and have felt uneasy the entire time I was in the store but with this store its not like that at all!! They have an all girl staff and on top of that the girls are very knowledgeable and helpful! I walked in not knowing what I wanted at all and walked out the happiest woman with my new toy-friend ;) I will recommend this adult store to all of my friends, ladies and gentlemen (Yes, they have section for men as well!) I went in with my boyfriend one night just to browse & was unexpectedly impressed. We were immediately greeted by a staff member, who explained the layout of the store, & encouraged us to explore & ask any questions. I especially liked the fact that all the toys on display had a nearby demo unpackaged & loaded with batteries (& the sales lady said that if we found something that did NOT have a demo, she would happily unwrap a new one for us to look at). I was similarly pleased with the number of oils, gels & massage candles that they had in stock (something like 20 different types of massage candles alone!), so I will DEFINITELY be back for some of those (the Naked in the Woods candle is a really nice scent that was recommended). The store also had a lot of costumes, bathing suits & clubwear as well, if youre looking for something along those lines. These guys will definitely be our new go-to now that our other novelty store has closed!

I went into this store and this older woman named Heather was there, she stuck herself so far up my behind I was shocked I was able to walk still. She was very rude, and talked WAY too much about stuff I cared NOTHING about. I felt like she believed I was ignorant to this sort of thing. I tried telling her that I was just browsing, and I was fully aware what wanted, and would know it when I seen it. She continued to almost demand answers to questions I was not willing to answer, she was very pushy... And I felt like I was being watched. I did what I could to ignore her presence, and I figured she had gotten the hint... Then I heard her mumbling under her breath, what, I have no idea, she was very rude, pushy, and unprofessional.
