Last Tuesday I mustard up the courage to finally go into the jack and Jill store. Im so glad that I did, Reina was so warm and welcoming I didnt feel odd about buying products. The staff are super friendly and I definitely recommend anyone whos going to an adult store for the first time head on over to jack and Jill.

The best customer service I have ever experienced, the sales associate Daniel was the nicest, sweetest, down to earth honest person that i have ever met from one of these stores. I will always make the 30 minute drive to come to this store just to deal with the sales associate. Someone who will guide you in the right direction!!!!

Thad never visited your location on North Dale Mabry and anticipated your reopening and boy was it worth the wait! Not only was everything organized and eye appealing, the variety and choices were unexpected.... and you even had a room to try on my selections!However, the main reason I will return and tell my friends about your store is the great service Jesenia is provided!!! Went there about a week ago with some of my friends. Ill admit I was little nervous especially with bringing my friends (esp. One who has never been to an adult store before). As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere was nice, its not as big as other stores but that helps for a more comfortable intimate environment, and the worker there - Her name is Tina- was very helpful and educational about the stuff we were looking into to. Selection is great as well! Very worth the drive from Brandon EDIT- been coming here the past year or so and honestly feel like it’s the best place to come! The employees are always helpful and informative(Shoutout to Jessie!)! Highly recommend

I ordered some shoes with them weeks ago. I left my number and asked them to leave a message on my voicemeil in case i dont answer. I called back every week to check on my order. I was always told that it hasnt arrived until last week. Last week i was told that they came in, were put on the shelve and pretty much sold instantly. Why even bother and order through them??? Apparently the owner brings the shoes whenever she or he feels like swinging by... how can this happen? Im seriously upset. There are many more stores out there with a better selection and much better service. Save your time if you are looking for something they dont have.
