Of course the water park isnt up and running right now and the grass is all brown but the big toy was cool, my grandson loved it. And the swings are awesomeSo were the other people at the park too.

We came here to try out the splash pad. There wasnt any parking due to construction, but we parked nearby at the cultural center. There was no one using the splash pad so we had it all to ourselves. My daughter had a blast. We didnt use the playground, but saw a family playing soccer in the field nearby. Seems like a decent place.

I love the spray park during the summer, but the equipment for kids to play on is horrible. Its just ropes to climb on and a swing set. I really wish theyd get better play equipment, especially for kids of different ability levels. One of my kids has cerebral palsy and there is nothing for him to play with here. He does enjoy the walk to the park, but the park is useless for him while other kids play.

I love this place people are phenomenal I dont care if poor and homeless people are there, those are Tacoma people and those are my people. Ive been going there for about 5 years every day sun or rain I go there twice a day now. Me and my daughter used to walk. Memories are all that we got

It was breath takingly beautiful with the falling leaves, the colors changing, and how quiet it is. Not much of a play area but if you smaller younger children (age5 and below) they might enjoy it. Beware of the ️️️squirrels

Not the best area since park is next to a cemetery but it works on hot days. Plenty of shade and the splash pad is great for little ones.

Very nice park with lots of shady and grassy areas for the kids to run and play. Also has a water spray park which the kids very much enjoyed.

Took my daughter to play at this park and its actually pretty nice. The only gripe is that the restrooms are locked, whats the point of having them if people cant use them.

I grew up around this park so my rating is a bit bias but its a beautiful park. Its maintenanced decently. The only issue is the attraction it has for the homeless. There are allot of homeless that hangout in the park and not all of them are sober. Its difficult walking past someone who seems as if they are over docing rolling uncontrollably and flailing while Im trying to walk past with my children and my dog. Difiently not a park you want to walk through alone

This park has a baseball field, basketball court, playground, benches, lots of grass and trees. There is a nice sprayground that is. open Spring/summer and is free. The downside is there is only street side parking, and the bathroom is not open in the winter. #LetsGuide #LocalGuides

Not in a great neighborhood but I has a cute little splash park the park itself is very small if you drive another mile or two down the road though you can go to a much bigger Splash Park at Star Center for free.
