Its a nice area to walk however trash and transients seem to frequent by the area. There are a few areas along the trail where youre able to rest and bird watch however a couple of these areas have been destroyed by mother nature and vandalism. Oh no there he is located need some help with great potential.
Beautiful view of downtown from the Fife river. Quiet, peaceful.. just a lil smelly
Kind of dumpy, the Honey bucket has not been serviced in nearly a month. No garbage cans to speak of, but somebody at one point left a big cardboard box for garbage that really will not work anymore once the rain starts again.
Very beautiful to much garbage in parking area the last time I was there I go once a week on sundays, othen then that if u look pass that its okay, I hope by today not it will be pick up
Im almost 100% certain that all these people who gave this place a good rating are either working for the city to make it look good or are delusional. The trail is literally only 5 mins of walking, it smells horrendous because of the sewage treatment plant, theres heroin needles everywhere, and the Puyallup River is polluted to Hell.
Easily the worst park Ive been to. Couldnt breathe heroin needles everywhere, anyone who rates this park good is lying
We went once, and it looked pretty neglected. And holy moly, the mosquitos! Probably wont go back.
Full of trash and homeless people. When you are there, watch your step. There are needles and urine water bottles all over the place.
Didnt get a lot of time to explore. So far it seems there is a lot of trails. But its a cool place to animal watch and enjoy the mountains.
Very good place for walking
Beautiful day, short walk with my dog.
Feeds my delusions, my husband and I are not together anymore due to my behavior
Drive by there all the time...see a lot of shopping carts.
Always enjoy walking the Furkids here
It stinks there, smells like they have a waste water and sewage treatment plant nearby because they do. I havent seen any living indicator species as of yet which is the hallmark of a healthy environment.
This is a wetland with trails that run through it. People often go bird-watching here. At the far end often times the Puyallup Indians are fishing the Puyallup River. Its on the outer edge of the port of Tacoma property. The parking lot is small but Ive never seen it full.
Some sort of trash receptacle is needed. Garbage everywhere. Clean up after yourselves people.
Dry lands in the summer
This a great place to go birding.
