This park and its neighbors are a glistening hidden gem tucked into a quiet corner of the hilltop. A beautiful playground surrounded by lush gardens with plenty of lawn for soccer, croquet, tag, or cornhole. If you show love in this place itll love you right back. Before long, youll be a neighbor too.

These people are constant Joggers at this park. So dont statr a fieght with Reney the park bully. Someone scrached the front bumper on his car over there at the store...

The playground has cool toys and is small and more private so kids are safer I think.

Small seems more like a little hide away spot to sit in the middle of down town. Didnt think the jail was literally that close lol.

Tacoma city parks are unbelievable.

Great place for apartment dwellers and others to come and relax, read and enjoy a pleasant day. Several long benches and couple picnic tables available. Nice shade available and a good-sized play area with toys for the kids.

This is a beautiful little neighborhood park! Always kids playing and there is a community garden as well. The people around this park are very active as a community.

Nice little park in a great location considering neighboring apartments. Also has a nice field area for family picnics, bbqs and or sports. Definitely would spend time hanging out here with my family.

This park is great. I live literally right next door to it for the past 6 years. the Tacoma metro parks and also the I st. neighborhood always have fun events and special things for the kids to do. its a tight little community that really cares. they have a community garden, with plots open for kids to plant. every year toward the end of the summer, they host #nationalnightout. food, entertainment, so much fun for the kids! parks like this is how we help keep our kids out of trouble and off the video games!

Other than a couple of homeless people floating around its a nice little Park swings climb toys picnic tables and have a tetherball and basketball court

Its a quaint little park go for the quick dog walk or play with the young ones. Theirs even a small store right there...:--).

I love that the playground is fenced off from the street and rest of the park behind a community garden. Community events are held here from time to time
