The place is kid friendly, however it is spendy! You have to pay to enter ( including adults that dont engage or participate) then you have to pay to purchase their socks $2.99, the staff are not real kid friendly and somewhat rude, if you sit on massage chairs you are reprimanded unless you pay, with you cant sit on them free, get off, otherwise the beeping wont stop. You have to pay $10 to secure your belongings. No outside food is allowed, even for children with good restrictions, apparently. Overall, a great place to let your little ones room free and get their energy out.

My daughter got flu A from there last weekend. Does this place even disinfect their facility/equipment thoroughly? I unloaded a bottle of disinfectant on my daughters hands as well. Cant prevent it if a fun zone doesnt disinfect though...

Great place for the kids to actually run and play! We did not have the best experience with having a party there but the kids were unaware of any downfalls. Since I love the layout w/ all the tubes and slides for the kids this place earns 5 stars for that alone. Its pricey to get in but you can stay all day

I had my daughters 7th Birthday Celebration there. She loved it and so did all Kids (and their adults). My party attendant was fun and very attentive. We also had a visit from Billy the Bee himself. We go to Billy Bees often for Church functions and the service is always stellar. The staff is courteous and the facility is always clean when I am there. There is always plenty of space to store our shoes and other belonging. What a great way to spend an afternoon.

My granddaughter loves this place..Its actually a cheap place to keep kids occupied for hours...she never gets bored.... Weve been many times.

Great place to take the kids and just have a ball. You can also leave your little ones for 2 hours and the staff keeps them busy well you go shopping or on a dinner date.

My 2 year old daughter and 6 year old nephew had a great time here. There was plenty to keep them entertained for the hour we spent there. My biggest complaint is that you have to pay for EVERYBODY that enters, even if they dont participate. Im 6 months pregnant and clearly not climbing, jumping, or sliding down anything but still had to pay. Doesnt make sense to pay to sit at a table for an hour.

Kids had fun. Staff were pretty good at socializing amongst themselves. Felt like we were a burden to their days. Some had headphones in, some had their kids at work with them, etc. Not one smiling face

Fair price, one adult and a child was about $22.00. Worth every penny. Lots to do for kids and the parents can play too instead of sitting around on their phones. They have a toddler area which is nice. They also have a 5 & Under area as well. Place is well kept and the bathrooms are nice for changing. They do have a family bathroom.

Fun place for kids. Lots of tubes and slides. The place is definitely showing its age and needs a good cleaning. Adults, if you kids needs help finding their way around, wear and extra pair of pants or bring knee guards, you will be crawling through the nets and tubes too. It takes a toll on your knee caps. It would be a 5 star if the place was cleaned and maintained better.

Every. Single. Trip. My kids get sick visiting here. They claim they sanitize it but I find it very hard to believe. We were just there and a few days later my kids got the flu. Sick kids everywhere coughing with runny noses. Partially the parents fault for bringing their sick kids out in a public place but Billy Beez should also do a better job sanitizing. We were there three hours and I didnt see a single employee with disinfectant or anything. The kids will have fun here but expect them to be sick from their visit.

The kids really enjoyed the place. It was a little packed and some parents did poorly removing children from the bottom of the slides so that the other kids could utilize it.

My daughter and I had a blast here... Crawling through the tunnels and going down the slides together was a great time. Food and drinks went over priced like some other places. Didnt have socks but they sold us really cool Billy bee socks for 3 dollars. Great for kids 2 through adult.

This is a great, fun place for children and families. My brother and I met there with our grandchildren for a family reunion. Everyone had a great time and received much good exercise. There are places to climb and slides of various sizes for different age levels. My favorite activity is the trampoline and then the slides. This is a safe and secure place. Always have a good time here.

A great place for the kids to spend all that extra energy. Admission is for the entire day come and go as you please but keep youre wristbands on. Food and some arcade games are available but the main attraction is the tube city.

We were here at the end of August 2019. It was raining and I needed to take the kids somewhere to burn off some energy as we were visiting family in a very small house. This place was amazing! It was like an adult sized McDonalds play place. My 3 1/2 year old was a little timid at first, not really understanding what she could go and do. My 8 month old loved the area with all the foam balls. He was very excited about the middle fan that shot the balls up into the air. I went up in the tunnels and down the slides with my daughter and, honestly, I didnt want to leave! Very easy to spend several hours. I think we were there between 3-4.

Kids love it here. Spent about $35 for 4 hours of play for myself and my son, as well as a little bit of crappy food and flat soda.Although its starting to show age, its mostly in good shape. An employee was sharing with me that the maintenance isnt very good, so there are a few things that dont work properly or at all.Announced at 7:12pm that theyre closing in 40 minutes. They close at 8pm.At 7:25pm, an employee told me that he was closing the ball gun station because “I have to close this so I can clean it up”. I said “So youre closing it before you close?” His response: “I have to clean it up and Im leaving at 8.” Again, they close the whole place at 8.10 minutes later, I saw “CAUTION WET FLOOR” signs blocking another area. Again, the place doesnt close for 25 minutes.Ive never seen a place in such a hurry to kick out their patrons.

Its a kids paradise. Fun for adults to enjoy as well. My kids have been going for a couple years and love it.

Kids loved it! One admission lets you come in and out as much as you want until they close. Adults can access the gyms although its not exactly easy for a full grown man to navigate them. A couple of the attractions werent working and it could use some brighter lighting.

Not enough ice or ice packs if a injury happens. Not enough tables and chairs to sit.

My best friend and I have daughters under 2. I dont know who had more fun, them or us. Definitely gonig back.

Its a nice place to let kids run around. Cleanliness: everything looks clean, but my child has gotten ill after visiting. Kind of expensive, but when theres snow on the ground this is one of a few places.

This place is awesome for the kids!!!But unfortunately, over half of the air guns that shoot the foam balls are broken and the trampoline was closed and broken. One of the main reasons I went there was the trampoline, I wish they told me it was down before I paid.They make adults who dont go in the play area parts take off their shoes, so wear good socks. I suggest that they pad the entire floor, because my feet hurt really bad from not wearing shoes and the employees got to wear them in the same spots where I couldnt while watching the kids play.There is 2 dangerous areas that need immediate attention before I will ever go back. 1.) There are electrical outlets with cords in direct play area where the foam ball guns are. Any kid can go unplugging the cords and playing with the outlets. 2.) There is a mat at the bottom of the colorful slides that is sliding off the ledge/large step down and I couldnt seem to push it up any further. I saw kids and adults stepping on this mat only to find there was nothing underneath to hold them and slipping and falling.Please correct those safety hazards for a better review and more customers.

Amazing! Drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was worth it. So much climbing and running and sliding that my kids laughed and played for hours. Lots of food options near by. Very accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained.

This is a great place and fun for the whole family. Ive brought my children here several times, including birthday celebrations and its always a great experience. I was surprised I had so much fun and so did my children. I definitely recommend Billy Beez for good family fun

We took our four year old grandson here and he loved it. At first, he was a little hesitant to climb up into the network of interconnected tubes and passages, so I went in with him to reassure him. Once he realized that everything was enclosed in mesh and you cant fall out anywhere, he got braver. Pretty soon he was scooting around exploring and investigating and having a great time and didnt need me. While adults like me can accompany kids through the elevated areas, be aware that some are a bit narrow, some require crawling on hands and knees, and generally if you are in questionable physical shape or a large size person, going up might not be for you. Anyone in average good health should be okay. If you stay on the ground, youll still be able to see your kids just about everywhere they go, so this is not a problem.

Clean and good for kids that can walk. Bring your knee pads if you are going to go in the tunnels with the kids. $$$

If you have kids who need to burn off some energy, this is the place to go. Have fun keeping up with them though!

This is a really fun place for children. We had a great time playing around with them.

Its quite expensive for what little they have. Plus you will get charged extra by the hour so keep an eye on the time! My daughter has fun and there isnt much to do around here so we go on the occasion.

This is a great place for the little ones but please tell me why the senior citizens have to pay? It’s one thing if the seniors were going to climb through the tunnels and/or go down the slides or play on the trampoline, but let’s keep it real, most of us can’t and don’t. Yet we have to pay to get in..... that’s what cracks me up. Totally rediculous.

Its a great place to take your young children to let them have fun and wear them out. There is so much to do its hard to keep up with where they are in the midst of all the fun going on. Its comforting to know they are not able to leave without you. The bathrooms are clean and the place is well kept. The only downfall is they have ridiculously priced food and not a good selection.

I was about to give this place 1 star but my son love the slides !! For this place to be something for kids to enjoy doesn’t have all it need ! The cafeteria is always empty, dirty and dusty! The pizza is bake in the morning and by 3 o clock is imposible eat it ! People that work there should be more enthusiastic because o kids go there, no need to be mean to a 3 years old ! Think about a more fun menu ! Cupcakes, ice creams, hot dogs, fries, nuggets, fruits, cookies, juices ....

Anne Marie the admissions supervisor is very rude has a bad attitude and swears in front of the kids, should not be working in a place where children are. Was complaining about her job the while we were checking out.

Absolutely loved this place! It looks relatively small from the front, but stretches far back! Your kids will be easily entertained for hours! I LOVE the fact that your party is checked in and out together. There is a designated person managing the door to ensure kids dont leave with the wrong families, etc. The bathrooms are awkwardly hidden in the back and have a deafening air vent system flowing through...but thats an incredibly small price to pay for how awesome this place is. Very fun and safe place!

Disappointed in the ball shooters many had x son them because they did not work. The ones that worked did not work well. 5 of us were admitted but the cashier made me feel badly when I took paper tattoos from a bowl labeled free tattoos saying it was only one per child. Really? And then the massage chairs next to where you take off your shoes sound an alarm if you sit on it without paying. Really? No music playing so it seemed like a sad playground to me.

My kids love going to Billy Bees. The price seems high and it deterred me for along time, but when i found out about the deal in getting 10 passes for a discount the price was well worth it. Bathrooms are well maintained.

Ugly feeling. They demand to tell the exact number of people the day before and pay full price for party before all your guests arrive. Two of our little guests got sick but I still had to pay $60 for them. When I asked for some kind of compensation the manager could not help. Kids got thirsty but they told me to buy water in cafe though there was lemonade left from our party. The host does not know how to communicate with kids, shows no emotions, can not answer the question.

This place is sooooo much fun for kids and adults playing with the kids! We have been going here for years now and still have a blast. The slides range from slow and fun to pretty intense (even I screamed going down one of them. Definitely a great way to have some fun with the whole family while at Destiny USA.

Billy Beez is a fun safe place for kids to play. Especially in the winter when you really cannot go out and play. Definitely had so much fun when we were there.We will be back soon.

They had no soda, and no food for over an hour after opening, which was delayed an hour due to a private party. We came from out of town and didnt know till we got here. But the kids working here are friendly, especially the young man behind the food counter, and he ran his tail off. So kudos to the staff!!! Grandson had fun so thats what really counts. Great lost kid program.

This place is great! Its big enough for parents to follow their kids, but not if your a parent on the bigger side. I am a stick and there were a few places that I was like ummm nope I dont bend that way but 98% is adult friendly even if you are a bigger size like my love. He followed our kids around and only had trouble in one or two places.

We went early to beat the crowds. I have a son who tends to want to be away from people and usually lasts an hour to hour and half at playgrounds or play places. Even as they got busyer my son was able to have enough room to play and stayed for almost three and a half hours.

Usually everything works but I guess not this time the air guns didnt worl ballz were flat

Very clean, and very kid conscious. Easy to let your child run wild, and due to the way it is designed, they usually end up at the same middle area. At the door, you and your kid get matching bracelets to make sure you leave with who you came in with, and a card in case you lose tge bracelet. Socks are required, so dont wear flip flops. My 2 year old loved it, definitely a great price for the fun they have.

We love Billy Beez...I love watching the overgrown adults play with their children. AND...I love the enthusiasm from the children when they come in. This is truly a kid friendly zone.

Last year I brought my niece here along with my mom, dad and sister to celebrate her Birthday. We had such an awesome time and they were so accommodating with my mother. My mom has a handicap and cannot walk without her walker but still wanted to sit on the sidelines and watch us have fun...they graciously allowed her to sit off to the side. this year they returned and did not have the same experience. My mom was not allowed in without paying admission in the event that she would try to experience the activities, My mom cannot even walk without assistance and simply wanted to be able to be with the family as mush as she could. Instead she sat outside on a bench in the mall. My niece was also limited on the time she could be on the trampoline (even though there were no kids waiting to get on). I understand rules are there to protect all parties but when you pay for an all day event and are timed on how long you can participate in an activity its simply surprising. My father concluded that the staff just werent the same as last year and he doesnt think its worth the drive or the money. I also noticed while reading reviews that the company itself doesnt respond to customer reviews - disheartening to see that they might not even be reading them

Waited 45 minutes in line. 3 employees were behind the counter, but only one was actually working and checking people in. I asked to speak with the manager(who apparently was one of the people doing nothing behind the counter) only to be told very rudely by her that “this is the way it is”. What a joke. This place needs some serious management changes.

Fun indoor activities for kids, but rather exploitative in charging parents for standing inside to keep an eye on their kids. Also, wear socks to this place if you go in the summer.

The kids dont get bored here! Pretty secure entry and exit, so you can let the kids run without thinking theyre going to leave on their own or with somebody else. As always, idiots have made their marks. Its obvious that somebody was too self important to wait at the exit, and the gate is pried out. During peak times, the city kids flood the place and are less than courteous. They will push your kid out of the way.The real reason for 3 stars; we scheduled a birthday party there for last spring. We set up for a room, and when we got there were told that we didnt actually commit to anything and they would be more than happy to charge us to set up some tables in the hallway outside of the store. So long, safety and security. Not to mention, really?? We worked something out to allow the kids to play and then use a semi private area after the current group left, but it was embarrassing and took 45 minutes to even come to that conclusion. 45 minutes with 20 kids who just want to play is fun. To make matters worse, our pizza order was an hour and a half late. My advice; make sure you have everything in order a few times before bringing your party.

Truly an amazing place. Very nice security for the kids. I can let my kids run off and go in different directions because they cant get out of the play area. Many employees watching the doors and kids have to wear Id tags.

Wasnt too busy considering its mid-winter break. But everything in the food counter was out of order... the popcorn machine, nacho machine and something else (cant remember) plus the drink cooler was empty, one soap dispenser wasnt working and they were out of papertowels... but the kids had fun, they didnt notice.

They had one section taped off so we could t play in it. When I went to the concession stand there was nobody there, I waited for a while and nobody came. The sign says if you need someone to go to the front desk but you cant get to the front desk unless your entire party goes with you. . . Also there werent enough tables for parents to sit at so every time you got up someone took your table.
