Visited during a fun and festive art show. Had a chance to tour the apartments. They were so well done.

This place is incredible. Gorgeous interior and plans for future is an outstanding update for Syracuse. Looking forward to further updates and renovations!!

Its a great first-time art show place! As it was mine in the end of season show. You basically get to showcase your work anywhere, first come first serve basis. Screw in your work into white walls. I DO recommend bringing your own power tool. They only had one and some people werent patient. As I noticed when talking with other vendors, when you do the show again, you cant show previous work. Has to be all new to the gallery.

I have wanted to see the inside of this building for decades. Some great progress is being made in its rehabilitation. There is still a great deal to do.The basement has been partitioned into rehearsal space. The first floor has occupants in its studios. I look forward to seeing how much progress has been made in a few months.

Syracuse needs more places like this.

Went there recently for a showing. Really cool space filled with art, some nice jewelry. Lots of great stuff! Plus live music, the Ponchitos Taco Truck was out back AND free beer! What?!

Great place to play music for anyone that wants to enjoy themselves and play and not be bothered practicing

Nice art work very busy

This is such a great space for inspiration. There are many different our local artists also some businesses the deal with graphics. Me and my family got to paint some boards that are going to go up on abandoned houses and it was such an honor. My family and I were able to help Beautify Syracuse thanks to Rick that owns the gear Factory and adapt CNY public art task force

Ive been here for an art show and I was quite impressed by the reuse of this building there was a small shop inside along with amazing at I was able to tour some of the studio space offered here really cool roomy places multiple uses for everything here.
