A fantastic old building with tons of character and a variety of insanely talented artists and creators. Weve been tenants in a few different spaces in the building over the last five years and couldnt be happier with where we call home.

100+ year old former factory, now houses art studios and creative businesses. They have an open house annually, otherwise you must be invited in by an artist.

Love the Delavan center! Full of a wide variety of professional artists and craftsmen!

Very disappointed that the open studios are no more. The public looked forward to this yearly event.

Anthony Rotolo is suite 246 contacted me about a gallery show.i send him about 6 pieces.. he said he sold 3 signed pieces worth about 125 dollars each. He sold them at a discount without consulting me 1st. Rotolo only paid me 52 dollars for all 3!! he still has the rest of my pieces and refuses to return them after constantly asking him for over 3 months. Do not do business with Anthony Rotolo.. he is a thief and a scam artist
