I have lived here for 2 years. When I gave 2 stars I tried my best to be objective. Why this place gets 2 star from a tenant? Here is the straight answer:Let me start with the pro side: The place is nice and close to most companies. That is the only pro side of this place.The con sides are:First of of: Management! This place is managed by ghosts! Seriously as a tenant you have absolutely no right to contact to LandLord, LandLord must be a ghost that collecting millions of dollars every year. As a tenant all you can do is contact some workers. Thats it. The workers will tell you: We have no right to consider your request. If you say OK then I want to talk with someone who has these rights There will be no response. The workers split into 2 groups. One group is trying their best to be helpful with their limited ability. The other group is extremely rude and never helps if you need.Secondly, the place is expensive if you consider the low school ratings. Elementary school rating was 5 and now it is 6. Still low. When you compare the prices of this place compare with another apartment which has that low school ratings. You will see that this place is slightly expensive.Oh! I remember one more pro side: There is security car ringing around during nights. It is a plus!As a result with a better pricing and kind staff and more transparency this place can increase its rating however with my sincere judgement it is at most 2 out of 5.

*!*!*!*RENTER BEWARE*!*!*!* DO NOT RENT HERE*!*!*!* Really, just google the owner. He’s been sued MULTIPLE times. The “property managers” here (Nazia & Candi) have no idea what they’re doing. They advertise a rent price, but what they fail to advertise is that all utilities are due on the first as well. I, personally, like to split up my bills so that I’m not broke. We signed a lease last year, and they lost it. We originally got a least takeover, and WE had to pay to have the carpets shampooed. WE would have had to pay to have our dirty walls painted. They didn’t do a walk-through when we first moved in or when we signed a new lease. They treat you like you were born yesterday with any maintenance-related issue. There are a grand total of 6 (yes, SIX) guest parking spots in the entire park. Our mailboxes were ransacked a few months back, and instead of increasing the lack of security, they simply said “well did you call the cops?” No, cause nothing was STOLEN, but come the f*** on. We ended up getting the Ring doorbell for that issue alone. I have been a renter for 16 years now, have lived in 12 complexes, and have NEVER been so unhappy with a company than I have been here. We will be hiring an attorney when we leave here to make sure we get our security deposit back. These people are shady.

The grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a large outdoor heated pool with nice deck surrounding it. There is a covered area for washing your car. It is located behind The Fish Market a long-time Santa Clara restaurant eith excellent food and good happy hour prices.

Very well maintained, clean, and if you have the right neighbors, super quiet. They are picky with who they let in, so the demographic is quite nice for a MHP. The location is unbeatable. Staff is nice. I just wish the pool would open up again soon. =D

I have lived in this place for 2 years and this is the worst place I have lived. The management is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and scammers. They forced us to pay 1700$ for the cleaning and repair after vacating the place. For a spot on the carpet, they charged us for the carpet replacement. They themself broke a cover over the Microwave and charged us 325$ for the replacement of the full Microwave. Also the guest parking is such a problem, there are only 14 guest parkings in the whole mobile community. Stay away from this place!!

Park has no visitors parking ever ..they need to quit letting tentents Park in visitor spots and they need too stay consistent with their rules for everyone...only big issue here is visitor parking..theres no where to Park
