Beautiful park! I am currently looking to buy a mobile home. What is the lot lease and HOA fees going for?

Very clean and well set up and organized. Each home has a beautiful front view making the whole park look extremely well taken care off and luxurious.It also has a wide range of activities and the center park has a beautiful view for those who enjoy a nice and quite afternoon or evening walk.Most people that i came across, seemed friendly and welcoming. Although I only visited a relative few times, it was enough to leave me stunning and amazed how well this place is taken care off. This is the first park on my list of liking.For those looking for a mobile park, i recommend to check this one out otherwise you will miss out.

Lovely place to live. Seems quiet and peaceful. Not too much traffic. The people we know that love her are very happy with the property.

Tennis and basketball court, laundry room, hot water therapy pool, billiard table, volleyball net on a large grassy greenbelt, lots of guest parking

You think those reviews with disdain for management are one-offs until you actually get here and realize that you wont live here completely at ease because you, unfortunately, have just even the slightest bit of concern in regard to some aspect of your residency at Adobe Wells.Otherwise, if you release all of your uninhibited trust unto your landlords, youll be comfortable living here.

Went to s party there at the club house #1. This is a mobile home park; one of the nicest that Ive seen. Grounds are very nice and the hall was big and nice. Kitchen and restrooms are a bit dated.

WARNING: Old ratings and review from when an old couple ran the park.Im a long time resident through 4 managers. Over the last 2 years the park has gone down hill, since Norm took over management. He cusses out the residents, is highly emotionally explosive and uses his authority to target people he doesnt like.There is a 300+ resident petition to have him removed. Home office hasnt responded.There will be backlash toward me and my family from this post. Ill be documenting it.*Yes, the plants are pretty. Yes, this park is predominately newer homes - dont let aesthetics fool you - the people are old, archaic and corrupt*Norm wont let anyone BBQ on the cement patio unless they pay $150.

Pretty cool place to swim and play some pool just as long as you know someone there its not open to the public

When one pulls into the main entrance, unit 1 should be right there. No, that would be smart. Then you have to find the guide. Confusing.

Lovely little estate in Sunnyvale. All houses different and detached with a nice central area with pool, hot tubs, play area etc. Love staying here.

Great place to live - Good position for commute to South bay businesses. Also, prices are a great midpoint alternative to renting an apartment or buying a house. Community has stringent credit requirements though - so be prepared.

Nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately my unit recently got the bicycle stolen twice and package once stolen from front door. Not so safe.

I lived here be four and really loved living in this park. One of the best I have lived in.

Friend lives in this development. From what I can see, the grounds are well-maintained, the homeowners take pride of their homes and the community is overall quiet.

Clean and safe roads, huge park and family fun. Also strictly a rule which is really annoying
