This is a nicely kept mobile home park in Campbell, California. We have friends who have lived here for years. But lets face it the nicer the mobile home park is,, the more rules and restrictions there are. This one has quite a few rules and a lot of restrictions. Such as if you have a cat and want to let it outside it must be on a leash. Our friends have two cats both rescues from the local pound. Neither like the leash rule. What I found rather nice about the place is theres actually enough space between the homes to allow for a small garden. Our friends grew there own tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, lettuce, three types of onion and strawberries. All within a 10*10 ft. Space. Now thats urban gardening at its best. Its also tucked away from the main street so you dont hear the traffic noice. Having lived in the country for so long when we go to the city. I find all the noice that is constantly going on is tiring and stress full. Especially now that we have social distancing due to covid-19.. most people I have found find it easier to socialize outside due to the 6 ft. Apart recommendation but if you trying to talk to someone and theres a lot of back ground noice. You find yourself stressed trying to hear and be heard. So it was nice to be able relax to visit with friends without the stress of back ground noice.
I have lived in this park for 10 years. I have been through 4 different Park Managers. The current park manager couple are fantastic! They have worked hard the past 2 years to make this place even better. There are rules you must follow just like any other place you would live. There are families, single people, young and the elderly all here living together. Since we are a smaller park, you tend to get to know your neighbors. I love living here and love the neighbors who have become a part of my family. The old office by the laundry room has been converted to a 1 bedroom apartment. The laundry room is still available for those who need it. The pool is well maintained as are the landscaping and streets. You must have a guest parking pass in order to use guest parking. if you are having work done in your driveway or home and cant park in your driveway, the management team is very understanding and will let you park in guest parking. If you dont live in the park or visit here, then please do not leave bad comments. Most of us here are good people and take care of our neighbors and friends.El Dorado is a great place to live!
Nice mobile home park off of 101 very convenient to the freeway and shopping centers
My sister bought a mobile home here and very beautiful park
What is the current land lease price? I am considering buying soon.
Current residents, no they did not remove the laundry room, they converted what used to be a real estate agent office in the park to a 1 bedroom 1 Bath apt. The residents of the park are a diverse range of families and when you get to know that you begin to understand the importance of communication and truly respecting others. They have the lowest incoming rent in the area, the NEW management is very considerate of the tenants privacy and dont favor anyone over another. There are rules just like all the parks and you receive a copy of them before you sign up to live here. They are for the benefit of everyone and when you try to work with them and dont constantly try to get around them they will be there to help you as well. Good small community, lived here over 12 years. Have seen it change and grow, always for your benefit. Guest parking is just that, guest parking not overflow for your private car. Helps everyone have a place for a friend to park when they come to visit. If you dont know, dont speak.
Really nice and spacious mobile home neighborhood. Quiet and friendly vibe.
Crummy Management. Rules unevenly enforced. Constantly raising the space rent. Laundry taken out to make living area for sups. NO PARKING!!!!!! They do have an old pool though. Should be 1/2 star.
Fire wood burning causes difficulty in breathing around center of 9th street same as the poor air quality due to the forest fire. Do people burning wood know what harm they are causing? This place is a bad neighborhood for elderly people.
Ive been living here for 10 years now. Ive got to say the manager Roxanne has been quite nice to both my wife and I, plus she enjoys the company of our two daughters. Park is always clean, needs more parking, nice pool, good people live here.

Quiet place to live. Costs to much though. Community is real nice and close.
Very clean and well maintained. The managers on property are extremely helpful.
Use caution my friends. Interesting array of people, but management here is nothing close to friendly.
The manager couple have really done their best to clean up the park of all the riff raff
I didnt like this place
The management is horrible. They are rude, intimidating, and mean. They make friends with certain people and then cater to them while being monsters to the rest of us.
Looks nice, clean and pretty.
