Great way to spend a Sunday with daughter. Actually came across this place on Yelp and decided to take a drive to Sugarland based on the positive reviews. So happy that I went. We were immediately greeted when we came in by friendly staff. As this was our first visit, they walked us through the options available which includes mosaics projects and ceramics available to paint. We decided to paint some ceramics which range in price from $8 and up depending on the size. The staff was super helpful and consistently checked on me and my daughter to see if we needed anything despite having their hands full with a birthday party! They even offered some suggestions to my daughter to help with her project when she became a little frustrated. The staff was so nice and friendly that they truly made our visit that more enjoyable! Looking forward to picking up my piece next week!!

Super fun arts and crafts for kids (and adults too!) We only had a day in the area, so wanted to do something that would be fun for our 5th grader that she could take home that same day - the mosaics were perfect!! She had a really fun time making them and it took about 1.5 to 2 hours to do 2 mosaics... She did her initial and a pineapple... If we are in the area longer next time well do the painting of the pottery pieces since that takes longer for the kiln firing... There were lots of fun choices including a dragon, which is her favorite... I had a fun time helping out here and there with her projects also... I totally forgot to take pics along the way, but heres one with her cousins after she was done!

We did a walk-in visit with our 3 kids and thoroughly enjoyed painting ceramics and making hand waxes. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back on days off and for future birthday parties.

Very friendly management and SUPER fun. They have a huge variety of art to choose from. Would 100% recommend for birthday parties or just a fun day with friends.

I took my 10 year old and a few friends and they had so much fun. Some decided to paint, some to make candles or wax their hands. It’s a good variety of art activities depending on your interest. I highly recommend it. Great for the holiday vacation!

Lovely place. We did a kids birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Additionally, they generously sponsored the Sugar Land Sharks Swim team!

The overall experience was great at this place. The young ladies working there were helpful, polite, and always willing to help. They have the options of making a candle, mosaics, painting pottery, and a wax of your hand. I felt the prices were a bit high but not outrageous. You have to pay for the piece and a sitting fee ($9/adult - $7/kids). The prices of the pieces started around $10 and went up to $40 or so. The setting was nice and laid backed. They were okay with us having bottles of water/coke and some snacks. We spent several hours there. They weren’t ever super busy but we weren’t the only people there either. I like that they give you a plastic pallet to put your paint on instead of just the table or paper plates we’ve used at other places. I didn’t see that they had any stencils to help with original designs. They had about 10-15 pieces on a clearance/50 % off table. That was nice. I think our group ended up doing 3 of those pieces. I believe they earned the 5-star rating I have given and may go back in the future.

The staff is so welcoming and nice here! They were very helpful and they made sure I always had what I needed. I’ve been to the artsy soul many times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve even gone when they were having a birthday party with many little kids and they were still welcoming and helpful to me. They also have a huge selection of pottery and mosaics to choose from. I will definitely be coming here a lot more. It’s also a great place for people of all ages.

Had my daughters birthday party here and everything went so well! I am very happy with the service. The team helped decorate and set up. They got the kids started on their mosaic and then gave them room to have fun, talk with each other but still made sure we were on track. The break in the middle of the project to eat, get up stretch was perfect. At the end of the party, they had a gift for my daughter. We were so touched. Everything was well thought out. Each child received their mosaic in a lovely bag with their names on it on their way out.

This place is a much needed Artsy Haven! Many hours are spent here, relaxed, being creative and taking something wonderful home.

I am not giving 5 stars because I feel the still have some way to go in terms of customer service.They dont really acknowledge you when you come in, (they have plenty of young ladies working) they dont tell you how it works, basically we had to figured it out (sad).Manager needs more customer service, she knew we were there and didnt even offer us help or information.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING-GOOD LUCK!

I passed Artsy Soul on my way to pick my kids up from day camp at HMNS. I thought it would be cool to check out and kill some time (and it was right next door! )It was such a fun experience. I loved the option to make mosaic art that I could take home the same day because we live out of town and wouldnt be able to come back conveniently to get a pottery craft. The kids enjoyed something new. The ladies were sweet and there were lots of creative options! We will stop by again in the future when we find ourselves in the area!

I don’t often leave 5 but this place definitely earned it. We celebrated my nieces Mosaic/ Candle making birthday party. Rachel was an amazing instructor and Veronica was there every step to make sure the kids of all ages as well as the adults enjoyed every moment of the experience. Definitely going back!

I had never written a review for a company before this. Hands down the best service I’ve even received! I never felt rushed and had a wonderful experience. Not only were the owners kind enough to go out of their way to open the studio on the one day they were closed they did so for all 13 of my clients to get away and have a place to relax and unwind after a rough week and hectic morning (they weren’t aware of this either). Extremely professional, kind and down to earth people! This was the perfect place for people of all ages! I highly appreciate and recommend them before any other painting/craft company out there! I will definitely be going back to bring my family, friends and my clients again as well! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

This is my new FAVORITE PLACE!!If you’ve never been you need to go! You can make origami art and picture frames, paint pottery and make your own candles, that smell AMAZING! I’ve made all of these and had so much fun doing it!! The owners and staff are exceptional and very helpful. I’ve been three times and will be returning again very soon!!!

We had a very good birthday party for our 10 year old daughter. The staff is very friendly and courteous and they organized an action packed event. There were 10 girls in our group and they had a wonderful time making mosaic crafts which were then packed in attractive goody bags and returned as party favors. We recommend The Artsy Soul to host your next event - be it for adults or kids. Its a creative way of planning fun get-togethers.

We did glazing and tile projects without any hiccups. The staff were super supportive and took the time to explain how to do the art, use the tools, and how the projects would be completed.We will definitely be returning to make Christmas projects for grandparents.

I booked their private room for my Jewish womens group and we all had so much fun! The staff was extremely helpful and patient as they taught us how to do mosaics or to paint pottery. The manager asked me ahead of time if Id like any Jewish items so they ordered some stars of Davids and menorahs for us. So accommodating and friendly. Cant wait to come back and try out candle making!!

Wow! My twin 7 yo daughter and son could not be more different, but they both loved this place. The staff was amazing... attentive and very helpful. They helped my little artists create gifts for their mother, without the need to destroy MY house. This is exactly what was needed in this area! My children LOVE to come out and paint/ be creative here where they can choose their pieces and paint without mama getting after them every couple of minutes haha. Its the perfect reward activity. This studio is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. So many options for the inner artist: ceramic pottery painting, mosaics, and wax candle making. The staff is very personable and they have a large room for private parties. I plan on coming back with my children to do a family event as well as bring their friends for a play date. So many possibilities. What more can you ask for??

Wow! The Artsy Soul is such a great place. There are so many activities to do here. While we chose to paint pottery, we would love to come back and try one of the other options. You definitely don’t have to be an artist to enjoy this place. We’ll be back!

I just attended a mosaic party at the Artsy Soul. There are lots of choices with a fantastic selection of tiles. The help “artsy advisors” are great at giving advice so that your project comes out the way you want it to. Fun, clean and friendly!

Lots of options to paint pottery and there was also candle making and mosaics! The variety was great, staff was helpful & friendly, and the place made two 9th graders and a 3rd grader very happy as they made their art. While there, we saw a group attending a birthday party at Artsy Soul & they looked equally happy! Additionally, I enjoyed speaking with one of the co-owners & learned that they hope to reach out of parts of the community that dont always get the opportunity to make art.
