Came to celebrate a birthday party with friends. Very lively and kid friendly environment. Hostesses are very accommodating and friendly. I do wish there were more seating areas. Also a clear sounding announcement speaker. But the kids had fun!

I had my daughter’s birthday party here today 10/14/2018 and everything was smooth and fun. The place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Our host( who’s name I didn’t catch) was awesome!!! It was her first party to host and she did great! All the kiddos AND parents had so much fun! I will definitely have another event here soon! Thanks Altitude!

My daughters friend had her birthday party here. All the kids had a blast! Its fun, loud and chaotic as you would imagine. The only problem is getting your kids to leave! Best bet is to tempt them with ice cream.

I did not have a good experience at this location. Maybe it was because of the person they assigned to help me? Idk but to start off with she was late and was just not a good host. The place is fun but our host sucked completely. Make sure you have a good host.

Many different trampoline areas, for basket slamduck, trapeze, among others. Is there also some space for birthdays in tables or private rooms. It is a place to meet friends and jump together. Very good for kids, not as good for teen and not for adults. There is specific hours more suitable for adults or teens typically at night.

Fun for the whole family. You can even have birthday parties here. All types of equipment fit for little ones, medium ones, and adults.Come check out this place! You will have too much fun. And youll thank me! Smile.

Perfect for active children of all ages! I myself, high school age, middle age, and elementary age children all went for a jump. Super fun. My youngest having autism had so much fun jumping with mommy! Pricey but worth it!!

Much better than Urban Air and Sky Zone to me due to the open space and clear view of the entire place. I felt comfortable letting my 11 year old roam free. They also had hot pizza delivered to us on order and had clean restrooms.

Our experience was really great, the manager, which I I didnt get her name. She was amazing! She helped me get the best value when planning my sons birthday. She was very helpful and helped us the entire evening. The facility was great, open area, all the kids had. Lot of fun! Pizza was good, many drink options. We will definitely come back

Really fun place for the kids but the announcements couldnt be heard from the seating areas. Also they make you buy their own brand of socks even if you e been to one of the bazillion other trampoline gyms out there which feels cheap and an easy money grab (thats why this is a 3 star instead of 4).

After visiting sky high in Kansas City, this place is disappointing.-Chairs for parents are metal benches here. Chairs at sky high were very comfortable and strategically placed for parents.-Music at altitude is WAY too loud. Again, it needs to be enjoyable for parents as we are the drivers and have to endure it too.-Variety of things to do here is pretty limited. Kids were bored after an hour. At sky high in KC, 90 minutes wasn’t long enough!-There were not enough workers at altitude. The poor kid working was running around telling people don’t do this and don’t do that because there weren’t enough people to properly supervise. One of the things they told my kids was, ‘Don’t jump so high.’ Really? At a trampoline park....

My 3yr old had a blast! Clean & lots of variety for the kiddos!

I go during toddler time and its very quiet and not busy. We enjoy this location

The place is pretty clean, though some of the equipment is in disrepair. There is nothing dangerous, just little stuff thats worn out and not replaced. The prices are great if you catch them during one of their specials (10-1for toddler time), but are too high otherwise.

Its cool. there are less restrictions than other trampoline park ive been to. high quality trampolines as well.

I have taken my daughter to Altitude before and have had no problems. We went on a Friday night and that experience was a little different. When it is announced to come get your slice of pizza there was no control. No one monitored the line. There were smaller kids already in line up and then the older kids rushed to the front of the line cutting people in line and bringing their friends. That was horrible for the the kids already in line. No one told them to get in a line or go to the end or stop pushing, etc. Its sad and someone could get hurt. I would hope that part of the night changes and will include staff watching the line and not letting everyone just cut in line .

We went here one day on a Saturday after my nephew basketball game I say around 4 p.m. and they told us if we wanted to come back around 7 p.m. we would get more out of our fun time. Like they would have 2 hours of jump time and enjoy all the attractions and also a have a free slice of pizza which were awesome so thats what we did and the kids really had a blast and they even gave the rest of the pizza away for free when they close they do have public bathrooms and the place is very spacious and my kids thought the DodgeBall was awesome. The party packages are nicely priced too I cannot remember from the top of my head but I do remember me wanting to throw a party for my kids there so maybe I will someday but if you do let me know how it was.

This place was soooo much fun. We enjoyed bouncing off the walls, literally. We played dodge ball, basketball, rock climbing, trapeze, jousting over a foam block pit, and the high bounce from the extra bouncy wall jump! I cant wait to go back!

We just had the worst experience at Altitude Trampoline. My son was going to take his brother and himself to toddler time( using his own money ) . Which the price was post at 8.95 is clearly posted on their signs.Once we got inside they oh!! That DOESN’T apply during summer!If I was an owner I would be welcoming the kids of summer time to help build their brand. Build brand loyalty.The right thing would have been to offer the price that was posted! Then update your signs. Instead your chose to do it the other way around ! You had the opportunity to do the right thing and chose not to and have two boys cry all the way home.In addition you need to update not only your signs - your website too! It still says these prices. My boys learned a hard lesson today, that some people don’t always do the right thing even when they know they are wrong!UPDATE: LET ME BE CLEAR. THIS WAS A FRIDAY and IT WAS NOT A HOLIDAY! The date was June 7, 2019 @ 12.53 PMAnd if you want to say this doesnt apply when school is out - then dont beat around the bush say it! When school is out these are our prices. Also please dont give others the impression that it is some how my fault, and implying that it was a weekend or a holiday to other consumers. It wasnt! you were wrong admit it! It shows much more character of a business and a manager.

This was our first time and it was an excellent experience! MORGAN did awesome at the cash register, when she needed assistance the shift leader ALEK was there to assist her and answer further questions, he was very understanding, made sure we got everything sorted out, and acted with great leadership! My son had an amazing second birthday party and I was so pleased I asked to speak to the manager and met CASSANDRA! She was absolutely amazing! Ran an excellent shift and we will definitely be back! Thank you everyone!

Super cool spot. Plenty of space for many kids to jump around with no problem. Rock climbing wall, foam pits, trapeze, extreme dodgeball, balance beams.Pro tip: go to their website and fill out the waiver online before you get there.

Its a meh trampoline park. Would recommend Sky Zone instead.

It’s saying its open but it’s not

Loved this place! I have twins. I get worried they go in different directions and some kid might hurt them. My kids went here 2 Saturday’s in row and no one got hurt. Very safe and reliable place. A mother concern here is done and check. Prices are very reasonable and best is it SUPER CLEAN. I can go here every Saturday to get my twins tired. Thank you for creating a safe environment.

Great place for everyday fun and to host birthday parties

We had a blast and will definitely be back! Super clean, lots to do even for the toddlers and fun music.UPDATE: this place is disgusting already! There is sticky candy and candy wrappers everywhere, there were wet spots all over the trampolines and I don’t even want to know what it was, gross!!! My two year old picked up a skittle off the floor and ate it before I could stop him. If you can’t keep it clean don’t sell candy. Also maybe wipe the place down on nice and a while. We used to come 1-2 times a week for toddler time, but we are done. Too dirty.UPDATE: Still disgusting. 11/2019

Note that the $100 party deposit is non-refundable even if your reservation was made one day prior to canceling and youre giving over two weeks notice. You wont even get credit for play time. Other facilities have more lenient cancellation policies.

We have been to many Altitudes before this one was ran the worst. Maybe because it was Thanksgiving but the guys staffing today were lazy, not paying attention to the kids on the floor, on their phones, but what bothered me the most was the music they played. Hardcore rap with the worst themes and language. Never taking my kids here again. I dont need to hear Cardi B telling my kids to drink when she feels loanly or guys telling girls go home and get out their bed ad nausium.

We enjoyed every minute of the toddler time. It is a safe environment and a fun way to get exercise.

It is very clean and easy to find my kids. The employee who took my birthday reservation was very polite and pleasant. (Gabby I believe).

We have been several times to the Sugarland location and have done the 3 hour jump package on Fridays and Saturdays which should have pizza and water included but the kids dont receive the pizza or water. They give us some excuse about the pizza being old or they ran out. How did they run out when we have been here the entire 3 hours. If they cant provide the pizza and water then they should remove it and lower the price to compensate. Now after 30 min of asking they found the pizza and its warm. How is it old if it is warm?. Did they warm up an old pizza and give it to us? wth smh

Its literally what it says in the title a trampoline park. Its all small trampolines side by side in the ground with a few extras like a ramp and climbing wall. But mostly just trampolines. I didnt try it but they do have pizza and drinks in there since youre not allowed to bring your own food. The smell is diffrent and ill leave it there

Activities were as expected and good. Kids had fun. The staff were a bit disorganized. Stood in line for 20 min for one of only three machines only to find out you can do it online. Old school paper waivers would have been easier. Also there is plenty of tables but on the weekend they are all booked for parties so really no where to sit.

My kids absolutely love this place. It’s a bit chaotic and overwhelming when you first walk in. The location in Sugarland is a little better organized, but either way my kids love it here. Remember you can keep the purchased socks and wash them to save money on a return trip. Don’t throw them away if you’re coming back.

This place is run very poorly! Staff do not know what theyre doing! They dont care about your kids! DO NOT LET THEM PLAY HERE!

The beginning of the decline.My son went on his bike to go here. His friends told him about a $16.95 deal with pizza. So he brought $20...well it was like $20.35 or something due to YOU HAVE TO BUY SOCKS!!!....So after standing in a VERY LONG LINE, he got to the front and they said $20.35.....he only had $20 and had to come home......WOW for a little change they made him come home....I cant understand that. If they see a child has been waiting in line and doesnt have 35 cent and to send him out? they will go out of business just like all the other places who dont care about people. To the owners and Managers....Sears went out, and double daves pizza, Subway too, all in the same center your in. So you may be next? Learn to care about the kids a little more. Look out for issues like this.....If a kid wants to come in and play and need a little extra .....LET HIM IN! This is a good community and Good kids.

Good place for kids and not expensive also good for kids birthday parties

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sue, the GM is a racist rude horrible person. She discriminated against my family and I when we were trying to use the facility for a fitness class that is on their website that we also called to confirm they have. The fitness instructor did not show up after we drove 1.5 hours in traffic to be here and the woman Sue told me she was watching the cameras bc of the incident. There was no incident! We asked for corporate’s information and we were told they have no corporate information. Then Sue by way of her phone said she was calling the police.. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of. This place is horrible! There’s no adults in here running the establishment. We were told no information could be given out. What kind of place is this! Do not come here!!! There’s better jump places in Houston! I’m contacting the BBB and s lawyer. Sue needs a customer service class! Someone needs to teach Sue how to be professional. I can’t believe how this woman spoke to me!

We used this place for Spirit night and they were quite accommodating. The kids had a great time.

I’ve been to couple other trampoline park but nothing was as great as altitude sugar land. The staff was very nice and the place was super clean. The cost is also very cheap and it’s a great place to go with family and friends.

Okay to use, okay as for the staffing, facility cleanliness, lighting, music. We took advantage of the Friday night special 3 hrs for the price of 1hr.

We love this place! Went twice since it recently opened. It’s very clean and it’s differnet than other trampoline parks since it has two huge dodge ball courts, rock climbing, trampeze and other options that are super fun! The staff is friendly and always around as well as watching the kids at all times. We hosted a birthday party here also and the staff went above and beyond for my nephew. We’re going back again soon!!!

If, like everyone else with kids, you have a half dozen trampoline socks already, leave them at home because this place will extort you to buy theirs. Place is pretty lame compared to most all other trampoline parks throughout Houston. For the money, go elsewhere.

I was there yesterday with my kids for a birthday party. They loved it so much that I had to go back again this morning...also the staff is amazing and were very attentive and friendly.

Yesterday was my niece birthday and I happened to get there first. Went to check in and they had no clue about the party once Jas (the manager) looked it up it was there. So of course our table wasn’t ready, which means I was upset and so was her mom and this review probably wouldn’t have good ratings. But I am very happy JAS took care of us it went from never again will I come to i will definitely be back. Mistakes happens everybody is human my thing is what happens after as a business. We end up getting a percentage off the party package, extra time to jump, and some extra freebies. Let me not forget to say our host was amazing as well. Once those lights went off the kids loved it. Thanks for turning what could’ve been a bad day into a great Party.Ariah 3rd birthday party was amazing thanks.

Urban air in Sugar Land is a very good place to lose your kid. At least in Altitude, you have a way to find them back quickly.

Its ok. Smaller than the one in Katy. I felt like there needed to be more altitude team members out on the floor. Some parts were a free for all.
