I was so disappointed in our visit to Urban Air Sugar Land. We have been here many times in the past, even having several birthday parties here. On this occasion we had 6 kids and 5 adults present. We all paid for the kids to be able to do the unlimited package plus the parents to jump as well. The kids came and told us that the girl at the zip line would not let them ride the zip line more than once. She advised them to go back in 20-25 minutes. I asked the manager if this was their policy ( I knew it was not because again we have been here on many occasions) he said no it is not the policy and he would speak to her that maybe she got the kids mixed up? Which made no sense to me. When we asked what he meant he said no no I just mean maybe she isnt aware they dont have to wait. It wasnt until I said I would call their GM or DM that he started actually taking an interest. By this time the kids were embarrassed and wanted to leave. Ended up there only 45 minutes max and wasted $100 per family. Definitely need new employees and management!

Poorly run and managed. Ordered pizza and drinks and after over an hour still waiting? other guests informed me that their pizza was not baked all the way it was just horrible and When I requested a refund, mgr didnt even bother to apologize. He couldnt have said hey just for the wait I wont charge you for the drinks but I guess that would have shown that he cared or was sorry but he showed us how uninterested he is about us returning, which I will NOT!11/2/20So I received a response in regards to my comment. Yet again, NO APOLOGY GIVEN!But they state they will share the feedback with staff. LIES!! I was reading through previous Feedback and same general response was given to people who talk about the bad service but gave these really nice responses to the posts about how great the experience was. I WILL NEVER! visit this place again and will be sure to tell my family & friends not to bother either. Lets see of you can get an apology when people are no longer coming through the door.

We love this place. We book all our kids parties here. They always take care of us and the staff are so kind and compassionate. Facilities are always clean and the kids just love it here. Well, and the adults ;-)

Went here this past weekend because it was so close to my house, and immediately felt sick. They surely are more focused on getting paying customers in than safety in my opinion. I walked in no adults or children wore wearing mask the place was packed. People wore eating at the same table no social distancing and no cleaning was going on what so ever!! If management doesnt enforce some safety measures and mask for at least the adults soon instead of just trying to keep business open it will be under quarantine very soon.

I have taken my grand daughter to this location numerous times this summer during our weekly outings, and she enjoys it very much.However, with our visit today, I was quite concerned with the lack of precautions taken with reference to the lack of safe practices being required, or not being enforced.When we entered, our temperatures were taken as usual. However while at the counter, paying for the visit, there were other guests/families who had already been at the facility, who gathered around to ask questions of the staff member at the counter. None of these guests, or their children practiced safe distance, as we tried to make our way past them. None of them, adults or children were wearing masks.Once we entered the play area, there were very few children or their parents who were wearing masks. I even saw a couple of staff members who were in the play area with the guests, wearing their masks under their chins.Does Urban Air have a policy posted regarding the wearing of masks and other safety protocols at all locations?

Watch your hands too, to stay safe! Really great place to visit.

I loveeeee coming to urban air the employees are always sooo helpful the manager he is very nice I’m glad we found a place to bring our kids to have fun and the parents can too.

Urban air is the best. If you are new to texas bring your kids here they will have so much fun.

The facility is well kept and organized. The girl at the front (Nikita) helped us with everything and made sure we knew where to go. We will be back because of her!

I enjoy taking my child here but there is always problems ordering food. I ordered nachos and after 25 minutes I still had no nachos. They forgot my order. This is the second time this has happened.

My son turned 14 today and had a wonderful time

I came in with 7 children, I was helped by a young lady by the name Mahin she was very helpful. The place was clean I seen the manager by the name John walking around sanitizing the 2 hours I was there. I appreciate the patience they took in my check in process. They are also doing temperature checks at the doors before walking in.

Cancel membership is so hard and not convenient. I have paid for more than 12 months, and I want to cancel it, but I have no way to do this. When you call them, They tell you that they will send you an email and someone will contact with you, but nobody do this. I am so regretted to buy the membership. At this special time I didn’t go to the park from February, I knew their policy and continued to support them, but now I am so disappointed to this park.

This place is a really good place to bring your kids to Jump around and have lots of fun. The activities here are super cool. The overall vibe is good and for a little kid, this is jumping heaven.

It was awesome! I took my daughter over Christmas break on a Saturday, so I see how it could be different traffic wise normally, but the place was huge, not crowded at all, and had PLENTY to do.The play area for the younger kids is perfect. There is only one exit side which is so helpful for parents, and there is plenty to play on.The Ninja warrior stuff is awesome. Very challenging and fun to try.There are literally trampolines from one end to the other! Three awesome Dodge ball sections, two SUPER tramps, foam pits with padded warrior wands and an entire climbing wall area. We did it all and didnt even feel too bad about not doing the zip line that swings you from the top of the playground, all around the main common area and back to the playground again. It seriously looked sweet though and will be trying in the future.Id definitely recommend the place, especially because their prices are extremely fair.

The rope course was really fun and you need to try it

Place was simply amazing. Staff was very friendly. Place very clean and neat. This place is not only for kids, adults can enjoy things as well. Staff was very friendly to kids and helped them in doing things properly. Staff at reception was also very nice and helpful in finding the right package.

Really disappointed. First time we try this place and the service is terrible. My wife order nachos and pretzels and an after an hour they couldnt get her order right. Then she got called to the counter and she received 2 slices of pizza when she never ordered that. Thats the reflect of a very poor management. We received two free snack cards with the wrong day. Just a complete mess.

2-15-2020NOT happy with the check in. There was a LONG LONG line for the customers with memberships than the line with non-members. Current members were lined up where we usually line up to check in at Urban Air and we were all notified the Ipad was not working to check us in so they moved us to the opposite computer end where there was no one to check us in. There was a manager dressed in a purple shirt checking members in and he just walked away after checking one person in and there was a line of maybe two families in front of me and five families behind me. He never came back and I left the line to approach him and he was pulling a large chest to the employee area with food or something inside of it. He said he is not checking in members but he was the person who was there and walked away. I went back to the line very upset then one of the other customer service reps moved to the member line and started checking members in. We have a Ultimate Awesome membership and they did not have a way to write my son was to receive the entree, snack and whatever else he was to get. They wrote it on a snack card ultimate awesome membership so he would get his items. I left my son with a family member telling him this and he was NOT allowed to get the things that came with the membership. I guess the front desk was not communicating with the concession stand and this was NOT the first time this has happened (second time). They have members get these memberships yet they dont make good on the promises that come with the membership. The bathrooms were horrendous and not clean sanitary at all. There was tissue all on the floor, coming out of the trash cans and the floors were wet. The table area was not cleaned and there was trash under most of the long tables. Not a pleasant experience for me. Maybe they allowed many customers in than they had the opportunity to handle but it was truly not a good experience.Previous Visit!I paid for and booked a party here and called to confirm the next day. A lady name Jenna who said she was the manager come on the phone. I had a few questions for her and she was not pleasant to speak to at all. I have always had great customer service here and we often come once a week. I am appalled by how she was not patient and definitely not someone I would have as a manager of a child friendly establishment. Very disappointed. I expect better.

The place is nice and a lot to do with kids activities. I brought my kids to have fun, but The only bad thing and bring this place down is customer service the key to every customer is to provide high customer service no matter what even tho the customer might be wrong. Also, would be nice to explain the rules when customers have questions not just don’t care when customer are asking why? STAFF ARE VERY RUDE not polite at all. I took a time to read some of the google reviews and yes all make sense to me because it happens to me as well. So no, I believe there’s other places better than this one. Where customer service is exceptional and a place to have fun. Probably not coming back ever again. The manager seemed not to care I said there was lack of work that the staff not doing and he said that no one was being lazy I say yes lazy because not care of helping customers. The young lady preferably wanted to take care Of her long fake nails than helping the young children’s to put the arnés to climb the walls properly. Taking a very bad experience from this place!

Very Bad service the actual price of the ultimate pass online in their website was 17.99 and they charged us 24.99 we went back and told the cashier and she told us she couldnt do anything about it and only gave us 2 endless play membership tickets for free snacks...My husband so upset...I ordered nachos with cheese and jalapeños and a pretzel..30min later a guy came and told us they didnt have pretzels what else I wanted And I ordered loaded fries. The same guy came back 15 min again and asked the same question and after that waited for an hour for my food to arrived and they got my order wrong 3 times and food is nasty, cold and justj not happy with the place

I am a healthcare provider and visited the members only and essential worker event. It was not sanitary and unsafe during this COVID-19 pandemic. The workers were taking thier mask on and off. Some were wearing them as chin guards. Guests were able to enter with no masks. There was no social distancing, no sanitizer for staff or visitors. There was no disinfectants applied once other guest used equipment. The employees were spraying and wiping tables with no gloves. It was dangerous and a high risk for the spread of COVID-19. I will not be returning and will be cancelling my membership. YOU ALL ARE NOT READY TO OPEN. STAY CLOSED!

Went for spirit night for our school. Would not have shared my opinions, that the people working the registers seem very unhappy to be there, had it not been for an incident where a friend was accused, wrongly, of stealing a credit card from another person. The person who left their card at the register didn’t get the email from our group telling her we were in possession of the card, and the person behind the register clearly didn’t remember my friend telling him someone left it behind. She took it and went looking for the person because the cashier didn’t want to take the card. So when she couldn’t find the person, she found someone that knew her, and they emailed her letting her know her card was found. Fast forward an hour and the cashier pointed at our friend, when the person who lost her card called, said she! Stole the card and without any information they threatened her that they were calling the cops on her.Such bad management, inattentive staff at the front and food register, (there were max 20 customers, all from our school). My friend was not refunded or apologized to and they barely acknowledged her crying and leaving so embarrassed. That was a terrible thing to witness. I won’t be back and I will be sure our school friends all know about this. Ps we all paid like easily 75 bucks a family. We should all be refunded.

We just had my daughters birthday here and it was an absolute blast. We had never visited this location so we went in completely unknowing of how this would go. We were very well taken care of and the kids had a blast! I love this locations lay out much more than Pearland and the service was way better. Tiara was our host and we cannot say enough great things about her! Ill definitely be back soon!

I LOVE bringing my boys to places that BOTH of them can enjoy. With their age gap (9 and 4) that can be a bit of challenge. Not here though. My kiddos had a blast!

While the jumping is fun, my first interaction with your employees was not pleasant. I paid for my 2 tickets, without being made aware that there was a parent pass. When I asked if I could reimbursed the difference, the lady was extremely rude and said “nope, all sales final”. I told her as a first time person here, I obviously was not aware and she proceeded with “well there’s a sign over there”. Not very happy with the experience.

The kids always have a blast here, and Tuesday at opening (4pm) was the perfect time to go. We were the only customers there for the first 15 min after arrival and then only another 5-10 people showed up before we left at 6 pm. We have a membership and one visit a month and it pays for itself

Great place to take kids if its in your budget. Its better if you can get the 4 jumpers for $70 deal otherwise it can be very pricey for the limited time they give you. I havent tried their food but their facilities seem very clean. Parking can be very tight on the weekends.

The place itself was super fun, the kids had a blast at the party they attended. However the pricing to add parent passes onto the party was confusing. We could have had parents just purchase individual parent passes for much less than adding them on to the party. The price for parent pass thats posted behind the counter is not the price of the parent pass added on to the party.

I went to urban air with my friends the other night, and I’m sad to say the staff weren’t very welcoming, on the zip line sky thing the two women strapping the belts on people had a very disrespectful attitude, when the manager was telling them they should smile and be welcoming one of them said, “ we don’t need to smile” and he said people think they’re mean and she said “It’s not their business, and went on and on about how it doesn’t matter. The other lady was giving stink faces at people and giving directions rudely. At the jumping area there was only one person supervising and was only on one side. The place was very nice and fun but the staff were not .

I loved this place! The lady at the front desk, Kayln, was very helpful and patient with it being my familys first time! I will be coming back again! Thank you Kayln and the other Urban Air staff! Keep up the good work!

Great place to take kids provided they dont have asthma. Second time here, the ventilation is horrible! Every time they cook something, the entrance and half of first floor fills up with smoke. They should really fix that.

My family and I had a blast! We just wished they hadnt run out of hot food so early.

They kept my deposit, even though they were closed down on the intended party date due to COVID. Unimpressed.

The kids had fun but they are not customer friendly here at all. First, they had a President’s Day coupon on the website that they would not honor at the check in. It was a free Icee or Minimelts depending on the jump plan you bought. So, It is a very small discount to give to customers but still said it had to be done online even though the website did not say that. Also, my kids have great socks from Altitude but they would not let them wear them even though they are made better and with better grippers than the Urban Air Socks. They also would not let me see the socks or assist in a size suggestion so now two of my three kids have ended up with socks that are too small. I hope that the kids have fun since I’ve now paid $85 for them to play today. We won’t be back. Small things make customers happy but they want every dime they can get out of you here.

We had an awesome time

I came for a party yesterday and the environment is fun. I had a good time but they staff leaves much to be desired. The party hostess was rude and we constantly had to look for her.The workers helping with the zipline dont greet, just simply commands, turn around, put this on. I didnt see any workers supervising the children in the jumping area.I wont be back, which is sad becauae the it could be so much better.

Didn’t like it. Staff is Young Kids. Not polite. Prices are very expensive. Completely money trap. They’re selling everything. Not clean.

When you look this place up online. You get excited. Once you show up it is so nice. Big, bright lights, a lot of things to do for kids and adults. You get your passes and they’re for the whole day, not just a couple of hours. When my family and I went inside they were having such a good time. Until, we had to encounter the staff. They are ALL young people that don’t really care about the place, being rude, and the kids. I had such a bad experience after. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good time with kids. The staff REALLY RUINS the whole experience. There are a lot better options.

Had fun with the grandkids

This place is so much fun for big kids, little kids and adults. The staff is always beyond professional and made my daughter feel so special when we came to inquire about having a birthday party there. We had a small incident here today with one staff member, but when brought up to management they handled it so well and we were so grateful for the attention and care they gave it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to bounce!

I went to urban air last night it was my son’s birthday.I ordered some pizza for my self i had to wait 10 from them to cook it . I turn around and order a full pepperoni pizza for the kids the and waited 45 mins for pizza to cook. I went to the counter and ask young gentlemen for my pizza his words was the cook for got to cook it. Mind you they are about to close so I ask for a refund and the lady Manager did not let me express my concerns and told me that I can not get refund I said so y’all about to close it is 10:45 almost and I still have to wait for a pizza . I ask her to go get her manager and so she did he came out very blunt and not concern at all I was clam threw the hold situation. I ask them to show me the policy he could not show the policy and he kept saying it was a corporate situation where they can not refund customers. I am a big advocate for customers service and as a customer I am a firm believer that you take care of customers...... paying customers. I felt like I was Stereotype because of the Color of my skin, both manager’s on duty was rude disrespectful and have lack of training. I need some answers to my poor customer service can you please reach out .

Great place for kids and family

I would encourage people not to patron this place. My teenage daughter worked here and they are not in compliant with employee standards. Employees work over 8 hours in 1 day and are not allowed the full 1/2 hour break. They do not have refrigerators or storage areas for employees to store their food. They also do not allow employees to go to the nearby Subway during break. They force these kids to work 2 parties at the same time by themselves serving at least 15-20 people at each party. They try to force young ladies to throw the trash outside after closing on their on own. The managers downtalk, ridicule, and disrespect the employees constantly.

Kids had a great time here. Reasonably priced. Will be back next weekend for a birthday party. Hope it goes well, will update

If you are considering booking a birthday party here, I would save your money. I booked my daughters party here last weekend and was extremely disappointed with the event! First, I was greeted by the host 5 minutes before the party start time and was told I was early and that she would be starting to set up soon. In the booking details, it states the host will set up 15 minutes before the event, not less than 5 minutes before which caused her to still be setting up after the actual party start time. Secondly, the details of the event or how the party would run were never discussed with me. After sometime had passed, I decided to ask what the hold up was and I was told the pizza would not be ready until 230, which was a whole hour after the party started. I dont know if this is standard with their parties, but I find it ridiculous that the food we ordered for our party would not be available for a whole hour after the party started. So in other words, my guests and I were sitting around hungry for an hour and I was basically paying hundreds of dollars to just sit in a room and wait. This also brings up the issues that this gives you such a short period of time to actual eat, bring out the cake and celebrate, and open gifts. Not only was I unhappy about this fact, but then my host tells me that the pizza was going to be 15 or so minutes late because there was a mix up in the kitchen. So now we were expected to eat, celebrate the birthday with the cake, and open the gifts in 45 or less minutes!? Luckily, there was no one scheduled directly after my party and we were allowed to stay a little longer to finish up so we didnt have to rush or there would have been a major issue on their hands! Overall, the party was a huge disappointment and I did not feel like the private room and host was anything special, and certainly not worth the $400 pricetag, as I had to keep asking for things to be done. I even had to ask for my daughters birthday girl urban air t-shirt while I was checking out, which I learned about when I saw another party parent asking for it, and not because my host mentioned it to me. Needless to say, I will not be having another party here and I would not recommend it to anyone! Visiting for a fun day maybe, but not for booking a party.Oh btw, parking is a nightmare if you get here later than 2-3pm on the weekend!

The place is clean and seems to be run relatively well. The kids seems to love it and the adults (that I was with) like it more than the Main Event.

Facilities are good. People are the worst. If you are going to hire high school kids please have at least one adult supervising these kids, and/or please train them properly. They actually get paid to stand around and goof off and once every five minutes look at a kid playing and make some dumb comment (typically by yelling at a child) about some irrelevant rule sarcastically to the children. Please teach them something...ANYthing...about working in a place full of children. You cant supervise playing children by looking at them once every five minutes, then making some dumb comment based on assumptions on what you just saw for one moment. Please. And forget about getting any help with the front check in desk staff. They were too busy chatting and laughing at the family in front of us checking in to notice that there were other customers waiting to check in. We will never go back. I am sure others love this place and dont mind what I am talking about. That is fine. But for me, one star for good facilities.

I had an amazing resolution from three particular staff Kaylyn, Cal’Jane, and Lyndon (Manager) for the night. A brief altercation took place from an accident that involved my child and someone else’s child. The other parent was not wanting to apologize and that escalated! Kaylyn and Cal’Jane listened to my issue informed the manger and they assisted, and most importantly APOLOGIZED for my experience, along with making sure everything was ok. I can’t wait to come back. The care they showed for me as a customer not a family member or friend was a major plus, my actual rating is 10stars! They have AWESOMEEEEE customer service and for that they will have me as a loyal customer always.

For the hot days of summer, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The kids get exercise, I work (laptop makes my home office an Urban Zaire office) though their WiFi and we all stay air conditioned. I finally got myself the pass to play and got the BEST workout ever!! (And we laughed so much). We got the membership and have more than gotten our moneys worth!!

Urban Air really has it all! The excellent layout allows for trampolines, climbing walls, dodgeball areas, games, ninja warrior stuff, a sky coaster and more. Great for any and all occasions.

Mrs Cobi the manger has really helped me out with my boys 10th birthday party. She eased everything for me. Also talk about my host Jasmine,she was amazing. My son kept mentioning how much fun he had and so did our guest. Thank you so much for everything.

A very exciting place

Mids enjoy it a lot. Can be insanely busy. Some of the worst parking and no drop off zone to safely drop or pick up near entrance.

This place has always been extremely pleasant every time I come. Sometimes when its slow, the people who work there let me stay 30 to 45 minutes longer. Very nice. The food is a bit on the expensive side but it is good, and the facility is mostly clean. My only gripe is that some of the employees arent enthusiastic about serving customers and procrastinate alot. Most of the people there are very kind and friendly though, so its not really much to worry about.

Really really fun. We took our two year old and she had a blast. There are soooo many things to do, a huge play place, half a dozen different trampoline areas (including one for 9 and under), and lots of stuff to keep me, an active dad, entertained. It was super cheap for us to get the parent add on option which I really appreciate because we were pretty much just following our daughter around as she jumped. Lots of different style jump areas. A dodgeball arena, a running wall trampoline, a huge play place, and a stunt trampoline area for tricks are all included. Its a very clean place as well, and lots of staff. I do gotta ding them on their staff, though. They must hire so many because they are all 16-17 year olds and half of the. They are just hanging out talking to their friends, barely paying attention. So if you plan on dropping your kid off keep in mind that they really wont be supervised. That may or may not be an issue for you. We will definitely be going back. Also, keep in mind you have to buy their special socks. They have little grips on the bottom so it makes sense they want you to wear them, but it is a small extra cost.

Had our sons 5th birthday there last weekend. The kids had fun and the server was nice although she was running around a bit with multiple parties. The birthday package was supposed to include balloons, party favors and a t-shirt for my son. Never got any of that. They mentioned we could come back for a shirt once they got more in.

Chimiuka, uolanda, Paige, and Philip treated me good at Urban air, they had good costumer service and I had so much fun. I will come back again with my family.

Not as much freedom to do things, other jump places let you have fun w/out staff yelling at you. My sister couldn’t even get on some of the parts after already paying the highest value ticket. Kinda ridiculous. Very crowded causing waits in lines and little kids running into you.

Great place, 5 different rock walls & a zip line overhead all included in general admission. My 6 and 3 year old love it, surprisingly with all the kids they keep the restrooms very clean and the pizza wasnt bad

This place was fun and all, but the workers were terrible.They were also very rude. I overheard a worker saying I only do good jobs here when its certain managers and I didnt like that.When I was on the zipline a lady with braids .. ( this was on january 3)..she had braids and she was on shift with a black lady who had long nails. She wasnt paying attention she was just strapping and say NEXT. I had to recheck my self. She also gave me a look when i dropped my harness on the floor.I dont like their attitude its very bad.Dont tell me yall will fix it cause i saw that in someones review and it was from 2 weeks ago and it wasnt fixed.Please fix it.

This is an awesome place. Kids love it.

Honestly don’t think this place deserves one star, the place is smaller than I expected it to be. I will say they did keep up with the cleaning around the eating place, but definitely overpriced and THE STAFF WAS TERRIBLE. I cannot stress enough, they’re high schoolers and when I came to a certain obstacle the “staff” was playing on it and not being professionals. this is their job not a play ground. no supervision over their staff. they’re just rude, and as a paying customer I’m paying for the facility and the service. they need to hire people who are not children. will not be coming back to this place.

Came for my nephews birthday party, our server was very attentive and helpful. Had a great time with the family and the pizza was great.

Really fun place but also really dirty. They need to deep clean this place asap.

My son recently had a great birthday celebration at Urban Air Adventure Park Sugar Land,TX. Mason S. was by far the best party planner!! He was professional, went out of his way to exceed my expectations and make the birthday boy feel special. I would definitely recommend Mason S. as a party planner as he did a great job!!
