Well I took my dogs there to run around and get exercise. Who in the world has herad of a dog park where you have to keep them on a leash. Well if you read the rest of the signs. There are alligators and snakes. Why even bother making that place a dog park .

I was used to going to poppleton creek dog park. It was close to my house. My dog liked it. You had a couple of options. Unfortunately, the people that use the park do not treat it like its their home. Letting their dogs poop and dig everywhere until youre watching every step to make sure you dont step in a landmine. On top of that the city doesnt keep up with maintaining the grass. So at one point there is more dirt than grass, since there is no sprinkler system. Its further out of my way, and a little harder to get to. But I like Haney Creek. A lot more wide open. The water hose is inside instead of outside. Where you have to take the buckets out, film them and then bring them back. Did I mention they have kiddie pools. Which come in handy to cool off your dog during these hot days. Its a little far. But until the fix up poppleton. Ill keep going to Haney.

Great little park. Dog park with two big dog runs. Only has about 8 parking spaces. Woodsy and rough grounds.

A pleasant walk through different types of terrain from grass, sand to hilly areas and flat areas. Enjoyed seeing the different trees and plants. Who knew reindeer moss looks like land cora.l Not many people took advantage of the appoximately 1 mile walk today. More people were at the dog park. Nice feature for the area.

My dog loves going to this park and when we first took him it was clean, no mud etc. Well people seem to take their dogs, fill up the buckets for water and place them in the sand so when the dogs are all running around and knock it over; well now you have mud! I think more picnic tables need to be moved down into the grassy area and that people should use common sense and dont place water buckets in the sand. I have also notice some poop on the grass area. Clean up after your pet!

The Dog Park. Its great. Theres an area for small dogs under 30 pounds and for Large Dogs...separate fences. Also a nice trail to walk around. People are super friendly, and most of the dogs are too. Opens at 7am, which is nice, and closes at dusk. Both you and your dog will make friends here!

Hidden away off Baker Road by the school. Not much parking. But there are two fenced in dog parks. They are back behind the fence in the parking lot. Then walk back about 500 feet.

Beautiful place, bit there isnt enough trash cans along the trail, resulting in trash all along the path.
