Close to campus and Walmart which is a huge bonus for a college student. Cheaper place to live and work with students well. Has nice amenities such as a pool, rec center that you can rent, and a tornado shelter. Lots of community activity with the families in the park and always trying to include everyone to come socialize and have fun! Really liked living here because of the neighbors and convenience of the location to campus and Walmart with the country feel.

Seems like it always stinks over there. Its roach Central also. The neighbor with the older model black charger keeps roaches. You can even see them crawl on her outside walls and deck. Straight trashy.

They dont let you have rentals there

Ive been around Park West for about 15 years. Ive never heard anything nice about it! Ive never lived here but Ive seen it all, animal cruelty, DV, the pool area is funky. Management has raised rent, water and lot rent too get your trailer from you. (If they can) Beware management is shady.

Cheat place to live and most of the people who live around there are good

Where is the storm shelter?

A pretty full park with lots of long-term residents. Trailers are pretty close to each other, but lots of trees.

Decent mobile home park. Some older homes, but seems nice.

Overpriced. There are nicer parks that are more reasonable.

A good place to meet. Facility could be more user friendly.

That wont alow you to have a fince at all, and incusistent about how clean they want people to keep there yard cleen. It is a bit more expinsevie then others but they will do moving asaitans for older trailers.

Secure and friendly place. A friend lives there and has not had any bad experiences.

Very hostile environment if maintenance dont get there way since new management things couldnt be better just need to weed out the thieves
