Haha. Stay clear of this place. Words cannot describe how awful this place is. There murders, thefts and so many other sorts of violence in this trailer park. All of there parks are trash. The staff is horrible. The owners are horrible. They never answer a call in Emergencies. They only care about lying and stealing from people. All facts not slander.

Not well kept up. Tryed to find person in charge. not to be found. Tryed calling phone number posted on office door. no answer and no mail box so couldnt leave message. Did find the trailers they had for rent. They were new and looked nice. But couldnt cause no one there. Bummer. Will take my business elsewhere.

From what I saw its going to be very beautiful

All I wanted to do was view their homes. Showed up waited waited waited called the office. Kept waiting. An employee and another person may have been an employee Im unsure were chatting the whole time even when I call I heard the phone ring the employee gentlemen glanced over but made no effort to even go near the phone guess they have all their homes filled and do not need anymore customers.

Management is friendly and welcome you like family .

Quite area I havent seen any nab. Fighting.The maintenance is very slow to fix things,This is due to managers change as well to changes to owners.

Its is the worst trailor parks in stillwater the managers are rude and unprofessional, they harras you and go around knocking on doors late at night and telling people they cant have kids outaide toys or anything in the yard they are horable people to rent from!

They suck!! Crestview trailor park office people, Dustie the maintenence chick SUCKS at her job! The girl with the long black hair SUCKS & is extremely rude! I would never live here, & the people they let live here are full of drugs & drive around with loud cars all night long! If you have a baby, never live around here, i promise you!

Homes in this community are in fair condition. Residents arent allowed to put up fences for pets. No pool for community comfort.

Needs new&improve landscaping and curb appeal! Livable but not Home worthy without improvements.

Owned by out of state corp. Paperwork takes forever to process, ppl are inconsistent, HIGH turnover rate, and terrible organization thru all depts of the co. Rating two star bc 2/6 owned parks are good, crestview being one.

Seriously, avoid living here at all costs. That is unless you enjoy living somewhere where nobody is ever at the office, picks up the phone, or sends the maintenance man to fix anything. Also, they like to harass you for money even after youve moved out regardless of the fact that you let them know you were moving out a month in advance.

Always enjoy visiting my family there

It is a good clean place and kids can play without worrying.

Good service from the office clerks, willing to work with you if you keep them informed

This company has switched management several times since we intitally moved in. Repairs take over 3 months to get handled. They charge you ridiculous fees for everything. Super shady..
