The contract they have for people living there is pretty ridiculous. They have to lock in a contract that states they have to live there for several years and they cant move their trailer elsewhere with a penalty charges.

Worst place to rent from, the girls are rude, they dont notify anyone when they are shutting the water off!!! The maintenance guys dont know anything... Trailers are new but fragile, Ive had water leak into our doors and windows when it rains and they have not done anything about it, all I was told was to put towels to soak the water.

I really like the transformer. I only stopped by to take a picture of it.

Ive lived here for almost a year. Its a relatively quiet community. Management is friendly.

Nice and quiet and friendly residents. Clean and kept up yards.

Its half trash half decent mobile home park. Some tenants choose to keep their homes well kept while others could care less. Tough to enjoy your home with trash blowing from the neighbors house to your house.

Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Used to be a very nice place to live. No it’s becoming flooded with bad people, the place has been trashed along with multiple hazards like sewage leaks. Many of the good people have been ran out by the unlawful and awful management. Clear trail is doing a bad job with their employees. Stay away from here unless you wanna fight for your life.
