My children LOVES the variety of entertainment. Now these new cards on the other hand is just down right frustrating. 7 children with play cards and they still ended up shorting us on our purchases. I miss the tickets!

Party room was clean and ready to go when we got there. Activities were well scheduled and the kids were not hurried from one to the next. Kids had a blast! Even the grown up ones! Thinking of doing an adult night just for the Lazer Tag!!!! Just wish we could bring our own choice of food. Not a fan of the pizza place they use.

Clean, good associates...the people manning the attractions were a bit annoying, they were just doing their job lol but if the place is empty who cares about time, let these kids play, lol, but they were on job though...

I wish they had more variety of food to choose from. But fun for the whole family.

If you go early you have the whole place to yourself my son had a great time. Double points first week of the month.

This place is horrible food disgusting service very bad the pizza tasted like cardboard thats what youre getting no taste no flavor nothing and very over priced i was there for a friends birthday party for there daughter when we got there i though ok I could do my sons birthday here but then I seen how the food the service and overall price i said no way they lost my business

I love going here with Kanita and Isaac! We have fun together! The need this in the area where I grew up! Highland & Woodrow Wilson/Detroits West Side! Just across the Lodge Freeway, West of Highland Park! Since Detroit is SUPPOSED to be making a COMEBACK, dont forget what Woodrow Wilson used to look like during the 50s, 60s and early 70s!

Was very fun place to go. My first visit was on 2/20/20 and me and my girlfriend had a blast. Definitely better then Chuck E Cheese but a step down from Dave and Busters with no drunking adults

Some games take your money but some are fun. Kids had a great time.

Zap Zone is a great establishment. First of all, the atmosphere is perfect, bringing you into a new world of fun. The staff helps create amazing memories through excellent service. The mass amount of games provide fun for hours. Lazer Tag is a breakthrough in entertainment, which has rules that create an environment concentrated on enjoyment. With very few things to do in the area, Zap Zone is a must to experience.

As far as fun, we have a great time. I feel like more staff is needed though. The times we have issues with games, tickets, etc., the wait is very long.

The worst place for birthday parties. The party started one hour after our start time, yes one hour. The party hostess was useless. Food arrived half hour late, and they told me they don’t serve, we have to, fine, we did. We had to keep running to get pitchers of drinks refilled, because hostess was no where to be found. After everyone was done eating, my husband started cleaning up tables so that there is room for cake, again no where to be found. When I went to complain about this to a manager, one employee said she is the head party hostess and her response was (mind you no apology) well you have to ask and that they don’t clean up, only after party and that they have other parties to, not my problem, then have enough staff or a better system. If I was going to do all the work, I would have thrown it at my house and not had to pay you guys. I’ve done on average two birthdays a year at many many places and not once have I had such a bad experience like i did with this place and we almost never complain, unless it’s really bad. Will never go back. Just worst staff and service we’ve ever received. I very rarely write any reviews, let alone bad ones, but this deserved a review from me. Oh, and they tried to charge me extra 2 pizzas and didn’t receive one of the items, just very unorganized. Even my guests said they’ve thought about throwing parties there but they won’t after they witnessed the bad service and staff.

Compared to other places Ive been to with similar activities, this seemed fairly priced. Im not sure how much lazer tag usually costs but this was $6.50-$8 (depending on the number of tickets you purchased) for a 10 minute game. The ticketing system was easy enough to understand and execute with all the kids we brought along. The arcade seemed to have a good variety of games. We only did lazer tag and the trampolines and were able to make a night of it!

Trash place, I left there feeling like they ripped me off, everything was not working,also they failed to tell me about the deals and just let me purchase the most expensive package,Ill never go again

Fun place for kids but you have to pay individually for each attraction which I find bizarre. Plus, you only get twenty minutes at each activity. They need to rethink their pricing and ticket strategy.

We had birthday parties fro each of my boys on consecutive weeks. The staff and the service was awesome, and all of the guests had a great time! I highly recommend Zap Zone!

Kinda wish they did something for adults. Came here as a kid and now that im older its annoying to get followed by kids and constanly be tagged out. Overall great place to bring the kids to have hours of fun.

The coin games could be updated so they dont eat up the coins so fast but it was fun I will be going back with my kids

Attractions are pricey, but they have a good deal on tokens. & Seeming they dont have a in-house pizzeria, I feel like I should be able to order or bring pizza from the pizzeria of my choice. Jets has NEVER been my 1st choice in pizza. I feel like its forced on people because if some deal theyve made with each other, that has absolutely nothing to do with me & doesnt benefit me at all!Not even my tastebuds!

Fun place for children and the adults they drag along with them. The party hostess was friendly, courteous and always available to answer questions. There is a variety of things to do, but dont forget your wallet! Everyone will have a great time.

Great place for parties,yet need more staff present at attraction

Used to be pretty good place to take the family today was not great they got the card readers which costed me 120 for 1 hr of play for 2 kids under 10 half the machines were broke or broke when playing consulted management and they more than less said it is what it is didnt recieve any of the plays back nor my money back. Definitely not taking my kids back here

This place was great. Took my son for his birthday. The price for every is very fair. A lot of other places like this are very over priced. Great value and great service. I cant find a negative thing about the staff. Completely above and beyond. If there was a higher ranking I would give it.

There are a lot of things to do here. There is something for all ages. The kids loved the Lazer tag and jumping springs.

Didnt expect all of this. Always thought (and never researched) that these places were laser tags. They did have a laser tag but they also hard arcade games, small bumper car area, bouncy house area, etc. Pretty damn fun for the kiddos and adults.

It had lots to do with family and every one could enjoy it. The area was pretty empty and I would recommend to not go to the restaurants or stores near it but then otherwise it was a great experience.

Place is great for kid fun. Some of the staff suck, ticket return machines 1 out of 7 working, girl at rewards counter did an excellent job. She had great patience with all the kids. Our kids enjoyed themselves and the party. Ages 6 -14

This place was so amazing with my kids and their friends. We had a special needs guest and they made sure he was taken care of and comfortable the whole time. Sarah at the Van Dyke location was awesome and so nice helpful and accommodating! The boys had a great time!

Place was cool, my daughter had fun. However, the staff wasnt attentive to the birthday party we went to, they were rude. There wasnt enough chairs put out, they told us to take the rest out ourselves (they were stacked against the door). They didnt give us enough plates and silverware, told us to get them ourselves. They didnt do anything to set up the room or help out throughout. Definitely wouldnt have a party here. The party room was tiny too. Should rethink their birthday parties.

Best place in the area for laser tag and so much more. The trampolines and ninja course are awesome. Lots of choices for vr. Huge arcade with great prizes. Very helpful staff. Id definitely recommend going to check them out if you are looking for a fun destination with family or friends!

Our kids loved it. Weve been to Lansing location a few times, but Sterling Heights is bigger and better. Cant wait to take them to the other locations.

Has a huge selection of games. Most of them in good repair. The laser tag maze was huge. We came here for a party and had a blast I scored number one in all 3 of our games.

The Manager Devin is so amazing! Hes the reason I want to go back everytime! He treats everyone with so much respect and hes always happy to help whether its with answering questions, or fixing one of the games. He gets an A+ everytime!

Always a good time, lots to do for all ages. Only complaint is maintenance of ticket counting machines need more attention from management. Staff is Always a pleasure & very accommodating.

I do remember the times when I was little and enjoyed their attractions now about 40 years later its a different story

Cool place to take the kids.

Came here again after a few year hiatus, and theyve decided to downsize the lazer tag arena in favor of mini golf and a trampoline park. Staff themselves admitted it used to be better. Still had a good time otherwise, probably will not be coming back however.

I would give 5 stars...but they charge for slides and bouncy areas...I can go to the bounce house just down the road, pay $10, get free pizza and arcade play.

Loved and staff are friendly. Water fountain is missing.

An employee called my boyfriend fat. I couldnt tell if he was just rude or he was so severely socially underdeveloped that his brain thought itd be a wonderful idea to critisize a complete stranger. The bumper cars were fun though!

Not enough staff. Had to seek out someone to help us several times. Over $4 for a bottle of water. There are better places to go. We wont be back.

Old School Family FunMy son and I have been here several times and have really enjoyed ourselves. There are a lot ticket chance games, laser tag, bumper cars and other activities. It is very clean and the people who work here are friendly and helpful. A machine ate some of my tokens and an employee just handed me a bunch and said sorry. Someone stole my sons token cup and we told the people that worked there and they just gave us more. I like to support local and nice.

Absolute favorite Zap zone location! The Springz attraction is worth it all! Family place, Jets pizza available to order, and the staff is very helpful!

Passed by this location while living in Sterling Heights witha VA nurse for 17mths. Noticed it driving by. Fun time growing up playing nerfs. Would like to try that or laser/ paintball tag sometime- just need to recruit some folks and make a day of it.

Had my daughter birthday party here. It was ok I wasnt over the moon with it but I wasnt angry about it either. The kids had fun and thats all that mattered.

Really boring

Bowling did not work properly had to call someone over to fix the machine and they took 15+ minutes to come fix it. Bumpers did not work & i needed them. Vr machine headset was broken and wouldn’t adjust to my face right, had no volume, had to look to the side to see what was in front of you. The guy at the front counter looked like he hated his job.Laser tag was fun.

Nice place!! Alittle expensive if you have more than 1 child. But overall it was fun for the kids and parents.

For the people who like laser tag, this place is pretty great. Not a large arena, but it does have two levels with multiple ramps and bases. As of now, only red and blue teams.The arcade isnt bad, good place for families. Teens and adults might as well head to Dave & Busters just down the road.The employees are pretty chill, besides one who helped out the losing team in laser tag. He was in first the entire time.Overall, I recommend this Zap Zone.

I brought my 3 children to your Sterling Heights location today. Such a disappointment. We spent about $150 with all of the Nickel and diming theu do. We arrived at 4pm. There were 3 employees that we could see and only one other family in the building. We had to wait on everything. The token machine didn’t give out the correct number of coins. I purchased a microwave pretzel for $3.18 and It was so gross I threw it out. The bottom was soggy from all of the water. We were checking it out as a venue option for my daughters bday. Needless to say we wont be back.***virtual reality goggles had to be held up by my 8 year old cause they were broken. Game screens were messed up also.We could only do one game at a time and then the other kids had to wait for the one person walking around to service the next game. Unbelievable!

We went for a birthday party. It has a few rooms for party, the pizza is from Jets. The party package seemed to include pizza, drinks and a round of laser tag. I was impressed by how long the laser tag sessions lastest! You usually only get a very short trip in but this was definitely worth the money. It was pretty clean, well lit, not as noisy as I would have thought, and the kids and family had a great time!Im giving 4 stars due to the service at concession. Granted they didnt have enough employees working the counter but they could have taken care of the customers before having a discussion right in front of us without even acknowledging that we were there.

For my first time going to ZapZone it was amazing they have very nice staff members and the prices are super affordable, will be coming back again!

We were here for a birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun and won lots of tickets. The adults were having fun too. They had a bumper car section, a bouncy play area with different sizes for different ages, and a rock climbing area. There was also a play place structure and Lazer tag. Of course this is an arcade so you have kids running around everywhere. The kids enjoyed the pizza. We were in one of the smaller party rooms and it was a pretty good size. I liked that we were assigned a room to keep everyones belongings in. It was helpful to be able to tell kids and adults we are in room A when they are coming in instead of having to wander around and find them.

Everything is broken there. Just not a fun experience

Its a fun place for 20-40$ for up to 1-3 hours for two people

Lots of cool stuff for the kids. Good Barrymores/Chucky Cheese type place. Still uses tokens. Dont like the card, swipe to play, stuff. Arcades are supposed to take quarters (tokens) says my old man brain.

The kids loved it. Rather affordable. Not as creepy as chuckecheese. The bowling thing was obnoxious. Smelled dirty as usual. Surprisingly my kids didnt get pink eye from the bounce house.The kids loved the laser tag. All in all, its for younger kids versus like Dave n busters. Recommend for 12 and under.

The staff here is absolutely ridiculous! Took 10 minutes to get a damn pop and I was the only one in line. Its a super cool place but the staff is totally useless and made the whole experience not worth it. Whoever runs this place needs a reality check when it comes to the employees they have here. Laying on the booths, giving dirty looks, the list could go on but whats the point. I dont ever give bad reviews but theres always a first. Screw the staff at zap zone.
