A big variety of things for kids, teens and healthy young adults to do.The climbing walls and obstacle courses are interesting and varied. The place is clean. Its a bit pricey but for kids 7 through teens there is plenty to do. Kids can easily spend two to four hours here.I would not recommend this place if your child is uncoordinated or has strength or balance challenges. The place is very very very loud. The cafe has a variety of snack choices. In general the staff were helpful. (There were some cafe staff who were quite rude to each other. This also interfered with the efficiency of food service.)Be prepared it takes exceedingly long to sign waivers and purchase entry and socks.

Pros: clean, friendly staff, admission was quick on its busiest day, great attractions for kids and adults, and all at a reasonable price for open jump.Cons: not very many lockers; had to take belongings to the car, young staff; didnt enforce rules as much as they should have, didnt try the food; wasnt very appealing to the eye, and super long lines on busy days; didnt get to try all attractions.Overall a great place for fun, would recommend going on a weekday.

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic. The host of our party made it effortless and we were able to enjoy our time. It is rare that I post reviews but we really enjoyed ourselves and the staff was so friendly throughout the place. The pizza was so good, a lot different than I anticipated. I will be bringing my family back here and definitely recommend anyone looking for a great time to do the same. Thanks Urban Air

I hosted my daughters 11th birthday on 2/7/2019. We had never been to Urban Air before - I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of activities that the place offered. The children absolutely loved it - they jumped for a bit then moved to rock climbing, zip-lining, virtual reality and bumper cars. The hostess we had was very attentive and hospitable - and the food was delicious. My daughters friends said they had the “best time ever” - the party time was 6-8 pm, however the kids didn’t leave till 930 pm. It’s the perfect place to host a birthday party. And now, my teenage nieces and nephews wish they were invited:)Thank you Urban Air Team for the wonderful memories

A lot of cool/fun things to do.... if you’re willing to wait in line on a busy day and put up with hundreds of unsupervised children that don’t understand how a line works.Pros: Fun things to do, nice there is no time limit, concessions are reasonable, staff I interacted with were friendly.Cons: Straight chaos on a Saturday, too many attractions had a teenager standing there that didn’t give a **** about what was happening, random unsupervised kids cutting in lines, small children going areas they definitely shouldn’t have been, generally low concern for safety.I would suggest going immediately at opening time or perhaps a weekday. Wouldn’t waste my time again on a Saturday.

AMAZING! This place was well worth the drive and kept us entertained for hours. Having so many different attractions and activities in one place is such a cool idea and it was so ideal for our entire family. I purchased a parent ticket and was able to play with my kids too, which is great. I usually bring my laptop or work from my phone at places like this, but there is so much to do and it gave me the ability to hang out with all of my kids. We decided to buy their membership and will be coming here many times, just so much FUN!

I don’t really write reviews but I feel this place deserves it. We had my nephews birthday party here and all I can say is everyone including the adults had a BLAST! They are SO clean, food is great and the staff is unbelievably kind. Anything we needed they accommodated for us within minutes. The manager even came in himself to resolve a simple issue. No arguments just a solution which we loved. We were a big party and the patience they had was awesome. There is an activity for literally every age group. Adults TOO! Price is reasonable as well. Definitely coming back here again. If you’re thinking of hosting a party here, don’t hesitate! You will be beyond satisfied. Thank you to all the staff and managers there!! Made my nephews birthday an unforgettable one!

Hi! I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before but this is seriously awful. Sure, there’s plenty of stuff to do and it would be really fun if there was some sort of thing monitoring safety. During my visit, I had plenty of parents carrying around toddlers no older than three and having them play in spots that CLEARLY aren’t safe for them. It wouldn’t be much of an issue if the employees would step in and do something, but no such luck. The best example I saw of this was on the bumper cars. Before our turn, there was a child in the spin zone that didn’t fit the height requirement, couldn’t reach the footrest, and nearly fell out of the chair, but was allowed to stay on the entire time. It also didn’t help that waiting in lines took FOREVER because for every person that went into the attraction, four more people cut in front of you. The point of the matter is seriously don’t spend your money. I spent $30 on a premium pass, stayed for 4 hours, and did a total of 3 attractions because the lines were so bad. All I’m asking is please change the rules of this establishment to be a more consumer-friendly place to be.

I was super excited to have the chance to come here, but there were many factors that resulted in me giving this amusement park 1 star.Food - I ordered the chicken tenders with fries, which tasted funny and resulted in me throwing up 20 minutes after consumption, and led to days of stomach aches after. My friend did enjoy the gluten-free options however.Chaos - There was difficulty enjoying most attractions, as half of the attractions were not staff supervised and little kids were running around uncontrolled and unsupervised, cutting in front of people waiting in line or running into attractions while others were trying to enjoy them. My friends and I waited over an hour just to use the bumper cars because of this.Courtesy - Friends of mine and I suffer from disabilities that limit our mobility which requires us to sit down from time to time. We had requested a table in the back to sit down at, and were denied unless we paid $100 in cash. Other parties there took multiple tables and were not being regulated by staff, which was highly inconvenient for us as we were told there was seating available beforehand. One of our friends who suffers from an auto immune disorder got super sick due to being denied seating and forced to stand up (they were unable to find seating).Staff - Most staff I encountered were rude and condescending to my friends and I, as well as clueless, unable to answer most questions I had.Overall, Im frustrated that place like this that has so much potential is ruined by mismanagement. The rides were great to experience when I was able to experience them, but long lines and unregulated lines due to lack of staff made this a nightmare I most likely will never visit again.

The best adventure park in the area HANDS DOWN. Brought my 13 year old and four of his friends after football practice and they had a BLAST! The staff is incredibly friendly and the park is clean with staff ready to handle all their guests needs. There were so many activities and there are even more soon to come! Food from the cafe is also delicious! I keep hearing nonstop “when can we go again?!” Great for all ages, I even had a blast on the high course myself? The assistant manager Lidia was especially helpful and courteous. Can’t wait to revisit!

Staff needs more training for 3 reasons, Sign-in, Activity Lines, and Food Line; (1) Sign-in gets very busy and very congested at times; Sign-in can be much more efficient (2) Staff members can do a better at managing/controlling the lines too many kids like to bud in line disrupting the flow of activities; they also can better respect the number of kids entering an activity; members shouldnt have to wait when there is an opening because kids are trying to partner up and enter an activity (waiting for 2-spots to open up) (3) Definitely have to improve on this... the food line; have to find a much better and efficient way to serve food and get the line flowing much better; lines are way too long for a slice of pizza, pop, or popcorn... definitely need to improve on food services...

Pictures do not do justice! Came here last Friday and it was amazing! Their prices are very very fair especially the membership pricing! They don’t charge full price for the parents while paying for the kids access to the park which is a huge money saver and we were still able to do everything the kids did. The one manager that wore the black shirt on Friday October 11th was very caring, nice, checking on everyone! This place is by far amazing. We rather spend the money here than spend it at airtime now. Thank you so much for this awesome new park. “One thing that does need to be brought to attention for managers, owners, employees, and the parents is kids to cut in front of other kids that have been patiently waiting, and the ride workers do not say anything they just let them in, no fair to all the kids waiting” I understand their kids but you have to gradually keep reminding them and teaching them. And the employees also need to be fair to keep people coming for business. Only problem we had. But this place is new and still learning and it was absolutely wonderful we stayed and played for 6 hours!! The pizza is amazing also and a great price!!

Why ask me to fix it ??? Rather on the expensive side also it was like 30 dollars a kid but you can stay a while and theres a lot of stuff for them to do so I guess go early if your trying to get your monies worth but its very clean everything is well designed and organized and the courses look like a lot of fun kids had blast .

I genuinely loved the place and it was amazing! I had wanted to come here for a very long time and really enjoyed the experience. I love the variety of activities and the excitement in each one. I would have given them 5 stars and more if I could but the only problem I had was that I waited for 50 minutes in the VR line and didnt even have a chance to go on it. The line was very short but the game took a while, which I understand and believe it would have been worth the wait, but when there was only one girl in front of me and we got to the front of the line, 7 more showed up and joined her. They all just sat down to wait and were eating food and dropping it everywhere the whole time. Then a lady cut into line behind me and told the staff member that she wanted her kids to go with an older kid so that they would be safe. I didnt mind that fact, but instead of sending them with me or the people behind her, the staff member sent them with the girls in front of me. They took so long to figure out who was going with who that it got so late that I had to leave. I was very disappointed in this situation but otherwise, I loved it.

It was our first time coming here on Valentines day. Brought the kids for some fun. I will be telling everyone about this place. To start prices seem great to me. 30 dollars for the package that includes everything and u can do whatever you want as many times as you want just wait in line. Its like being at a fair u get a wrist band. Staff was very helpful and nice. We had a girl greet us when we walked in and she gave us a tour of whats available. The attractions are very unique they dont offer some of this stuff at other places. It was a ton of fun. Wish we had got there earlier to experience more. My kids didnt want to leave! Way better than any entertainment place we have been to in a while. I was very impressed and that is hard to do. This is coming from a person that has done many things such as even Disney world I wasnt thrilled with. This place surpasses air time by a long yard and I can see it eventually becoming bigger than cj Barrymores. Also the different color lights create awesome effect and ambiance especially in the ball pit with the clear balls. The only thing negative i have to say is more supervision in the play land for little kids. My 3 year old nephew got pushed around a lot by bigger kids. Aside from that love love love! Thank you for the fun experience.

Watch out for your child’s safety here, this was my first and certainly my last visit here! I had a 3 year old and 7 year old playing in the play area at the far back, there were teenagers running around fighting and jumping over young kids without and staff supervision. My daughter got stood on 3 times and even though I brought this to the attention of someone there he didn’t have much of a concerned look.I had to call 3 different staff members before I got a response. They make u sign a waiver which is understandable but maybe they should assume responsibility for safety too.

What a disappointment! Prices are inflated. Too many activities packed into the space creating small and crowded attractions. Absolutely no supervision from Urban Air staff other than to control who accesses the areas available to those who purchased higher priced packages. I understand that you must sign a waiver to participate but you would think that the place would take some responsibility for the safety of their guests. Add to all this the noise level, lack of seating for adults and overcrowding. First time here and I doubt we’re coming back.

Review №39

I visited this location for the first time a month ago and had a great time. After a second visit, its necessary that I edit my initial review. The concept of this indoor park is fantastic. There are many cool, active attractions that will definitely cure any case of boredom! Unfortunately this is not without its inconveniences. The problems are as follows:1) Loose/no time limits on attractions. Sometimes staff seems to limit time at the rock walls. Other times it seems there is no time limit and simply left to the discretion of the staff on shift.2) Cutting in lines. This problem is OUT OF CONTROL. There were 3 line cutting incidents during my most recent visit alone. The lines are poorly attended and loosely structured. It can be VERY difficult to know where a line even starts while people sit on benches alongside, texting, as the rest of the line advances, but then jump back in when they realize its moved ahead. Younger guests will lie blatantly about their place in line or become rude to those who have been waiting before them. This needs to be corrected immediately to provide a good experience for the people who -dont- act like that.3) WAY too many people. They should ticket admission for visits in blocks of time. Guests should have to choose what time frame they can attend. The amount of people in the building at one time is ridiculous.4) Very few places to sit down. This is a problem because, just like in the lines, people turn into vultures and will try to take whatever seating they see with complete disregard for common courtesy.Do give this place a try, because it -is- a lot of fun. Just be mindful it can be *complete chaos*. Eat -before- you go to avoid needing a place to sit. Sign the waivers online before you go to cut down on some of your wait time. Best if you can attend in a group gathering thats been planned -ahead- (birthday, organized outing).

Went here for a birthday party. Complete chaos. Waiting in a huge line at the front to be told not to stand in line, go right to the party table. There was no way to have known to do that. No signs or anything. Then had to wait at the party table for over 20 minutes before someone came and brought socks for the kids, but forgot wristbands.Getting into the area, there were at least twice as many kids as there should have been. Totally dangerous for smaller children. No one monitoring the play areas to ensure the safety of the smaller kids while the older ones are acting out of control. It was fine for a birthday party, but I would never pay the huge amount that they charge to come in and worry about my kids safety. Maybe work on having more people monitoring the play areas.

My 8 and 6 year old and I went today. It cost us $85 and we spent about 3.5 hours there. There is a lot to do and for the most part we had fun. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. The issues we noticed were there were way too many customers vs staff. They needed a lot more staff helping to supervise and direct traffic. The staff they had were all running the rides and could not be expected to supervise as well. Older teenagers were running around, cutting lines, shoving eachother, and just generally being rude. While waiting in line at the ninja warrior course, several small children were inadvertently shoved into the balance beam foam pit by teenagers running by. They conked heads and were very upset. As we were leaving, my 6 year old was in line at the trampoline foam pit with some other smaller kids. Four teenagers ran up and all jumped into the foam pit on top of another small child. No staff members were around, so I went over and yelled at them that they could have hurt someone. They got out and did it again with another child. That is when we left. We probably wont be back, unless we can find a quiet time to go, or a time just for younger kids.

We had my sons birthday party here. I understand that they are new, and getting the quirks out.. However, when we pay as much as we did for a PLATINUM Birthday package, I would of expected more! I even called 2 days prior to his party to make sure goody bags etc were included in this insanely high price! They said indeed it did! The day of his party, I brought it up to his host. He did NOT get back with me until the party was over! (A whole 2 hours) Said, sorry, its not included. Didnt bother to get a manager or anything! Then the kids told us there were areas they couldnt access when I was told they could access the WHOLE park! Again, no manager was involved! When the party was over, NO SEATS were available to put our stuff etc. It was very poorly done! I forgot to mention the pizza was cold and disgusting! And, cake is not included either, you have to bring your own! Wow! Huge, huge disappointment! The kids love the place, had a blast, but they need to up their customer service and do a better job with the Birthday parties! His party was on a Saturday! I JUST got a call from a manager on Tuesday apologizing and offering free passes to go back! I hope they can learn from this if anything, because it is a really cool place!

Admittedly we went at busy holiday time, but the workers didn’t have any idea which packages were allowed on which attractions. Had we just listened to them, we wouldn’t have been able to go on half the things we had paid for. In addition, perhaps they should give a little leeway to small children when playing games. The idea is that they have fun, not to penalize them for being small.

This place was fun and the kids had a blast, but I have a huge concern about the safety in this place if you have smaller children. There is no control of the crowd whatsoever. To start, the first attraction we tried was the ropes course. We waited in line for 20 mins, my son finally got suited up with the harness, he walked up the stairs, got scared and came down. He got the harness off and we started walking the other way and noticed a sign, on the opposite side of the line to enter the attraction, that there is a height requirement of 48. My son is 45 and they let him on, and there were shorter kids than him going on the ride. Then at the Battle Beam, there was constantly kids pushing eachother into the foam pit, to the point that noone could actually use the battle beam. NO control at all. Then at the trampolines, they were so overcrowded, there was literally about 5 kids jumping on each trampoline. I was just waiting for a broken arm or neck to happen. No control at all. At the Warrior course, my son made it to the end to have to wait what seemed like ten minutes for these moms to take pictures of their little kids playing in the plastic balls right under where he had to climb. Had i not been there to stop him and he continued and fell on one of the kids, who should not have been in there, they or my son would have been injured. The place is just a wild free for all with teenagers running all over with no regard for the smaller kids, and no control of the crowd. Waiver or not, when a place has no concern for the safety of their guests, they are still responsible.

Great place to take the kids. It has more activities that the kids can engage in compared to Airtime and Skyzone.

The concept is great. So much to do for kids of all ages. I was excited to give it a try but it is staffed with kids who have no control nor do they even try to enforce any kind of order or rules.

Visited for our first time with my daughter and some friends last week, it was PACKED! And I can see why! Very very cool place! I strongly suggest signing up on your phone if youre buying a membership, prior to arrival. Trying to sign up when they were busy was frustrating for everyone. The gentleman who seemed to be in charge noticed my frustration and made a point to come talk to me, help me understand what was going on and apologized for any problem. He was super nice and well be coming back because of his effort to make sure we were happy. Its got to be a challenge to run a place like this with it dripping with kids and stressed out parents they do a pretty good job. Definitely reccomend!

Fun and clean facility however, i have an issue with there Platinum package isnt worth it if you are trying to get on the Sky Rider Coaster. Last week we purchased Platinum then we found out they were coming soon after we complained they said they will remove it. A week later there is a small coming soon bubble in the overhead but not on the monitor where you make the purchase. This is simply false advertisement.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here today. Where to start. With the birthday party itself we upgraded to the platinum party because we all wanted to go on the sky ride coaster, it’s what we were all most looking forward to, well it was closed, not even running. Our party package included balloons, we got no balloons. The party was also supposed to include a free jumping pass to return another time for our birthday kid.. didn’t get that either. The food was horrible. They kept sending out half cooked pizza, we would send it back just to get another doughy pizza. Our guest had to eat around the dough on another pizza. Our party ended at 6pm, as soon as 6 pm came we were rushed out of our private party room, no one even used the room after us so I didn’t see the need for such a rush, and we needed more time to eat as they kept serving undercooked pizza. I was also sold a “soft” pretzel that was as hard as the table. We ordered chicken strips & were told we had to pay for a dipping sauce that it wasn’t included with our chicken strips. Sodas are $3 with no refills! The lines for all of the attractions were crazy. Kids constantly cutting in line, and the staff never once tried to address the issues in any of the lines. The place seemed very unorganized. I feel like they have a long ways to go. The idea of it is great but the food is horrible & some food items are over priced. The staff were friendly but didn’t seem to know what was going on. I hope this place turns things around because it could be such an awesome place, our experience today though was not great. I would not recommend my family and friends to have their parties here & I wouldn’t have a future party here. We all had to go out to eat after the party because the food was so bad. My two younger kids did have an amazing time on the play places. The attractions are awesome, just need a bit of help with the lines & kids constantly cutting. I really wish I could’ve left a better review, my hopes were so high.

My daughter loves urban air. The food is great but theres a greeter i dont know her name i thinks it starts with a k omg shes the freaking best i ssen her help lost kids find their parents, she helps while shes off too she puts other peoples needs first. She will go out of her way to make kids& adults happy i also seen her do sign language for the hearing impaired she makes sure no one leaves with a sad face THE other stuff is cool i really like the ropes course & the sky rider. My daughter would love to have her birthday party here again. I think if yall had bowling, lazer tag, go -karts arcade games, & a special ball pit for 5& under because yall only have two things for 1-4 years olds to get on more lockers please. More holiday socks. More places to charge your phone out & in the party rooms. A place to breastfeed babies. More places for so to be moms & people who can walk& please make for special needs kids

Went here for my cousin’s birthday party. Games were fun, but the food and service was HORRIBLE. One of the staff called me a snitch because he was trying to do something bad with another kid in line and told us not to tell anyone, yet I tried to tell people. Pizza was okay. The fries were undercooked. Another staff member did not counted me in, so I showed him my wristband and he screamed “JUST GO IN FOR GOD’S SAKE!!” Ride are fun though. The sky rider is pretty fun.( Just in case if you need to know who’s the guy who called me a snitch, he has blond sandy hair with blue braces. I think his name is Aranes) Overall my experience was okay, just didn’t like the service.

My boyscout troop and I went to this place with high hopes and were utterly disappointed! From poor safety, to terrible staff. That’s not even the just of it! We all payed $13.99, and were only able to jump in their small trampoline area, and play dodgeball with balls that were all deflated. There were so many good looking attractions such as the foam pit, the obstacle corse and more! All of these attractions looked like so much fun! But to our dismay, we weren’t able to do any of the aforementioned. You would be much better off going to sky zone, or airtime.

This place is absolutely incredible. When they told us about the memberships, I was thinking, whats the catch? Because it was so cheap. I have 2 kids, 8 and 3. My 8 yr old son loved all the risky stuff. Its a place to safely do the things Im always telling him not to. He loves parkour, running, jumping and climbing on everything. This is the place for him! My 3 yr old daughter was occupied the entire time with all sorts of age appropriate activities. My wife and I also joined in on the fun! Its cheaper than a gym membership and we got a serious work out keeping up with the kids and having a blast with them. We got the platinum membership. I found it to be very reasonably priced, given the amount of things to do and you get a slice of pizza and a snack each visit included in your membership. An entire month of unlimited visits with no time limit was cheaper than one visit to airtime or sky zone and they have way more stuff to do at Urban Air. We were there for hours and we couldnt do everything. We will be back tomorrow, and the best part will be I wont have to come a cent out of pocket when visiting for the rest of the month. The facility was clean, the food was good, the people who work there seem happy to be there, very friendly and helpful. They were quick to give the kids a demo on how to use each activity and snap photos of us. Its always make for a better experience when the staff is as stoked to be there as you are. 5 out of 5 stars all day.

Now, I know this place is still fairly new, but, we have been to alot of the in play parks around the state. I love that you can do so many activities, that the price you pay is good for the whole day, and that there are electronic lockers available. It is very clean, and its a cool layout. But, as so many of us parents are going to repeat, WHY IS THERE NO LOUNGE AREA FOR THE PARENTS!?!!I was so hopeful that this facility would finally get this!!!But, upon arrival, it was, as another reviewer said confusing. There are a bank of computers, like airtime, so I figured you had to do the waiver thing, I did so, then it asked me for my payment. Now I had 4 kids with me at any given time so i am always looking for a deal! So I wanted to know about the membership, this meant I had to get in line, with 4 boys, fun.Get the information. Find out its way too pricey, which I will throw out there, make a family membership package. It only makes sense. Id be ok parting with 40-50$ a month if it covered both kids, but not almost 100$$!?I pay less for a family gym membership and they still get added amenities with that!I cannot stress this enough, MAKE A PARENT LOUNGE AREA! Comfy seating, quiet area, and at least discounted refreshments. The last thing I am going to stress, TURN ON THE LIGHTS!!! Yes I know it maybe part of the experience but its a huge liability thing when you have little guys running around. Maybe later in the day, around 7 pm, turn the lights back down for the older kids to come in and have it like that. But if my kids were still little, I would not want them running around in a dark place with teenagers all over acting like teenagers do.I have 2, so I know what Im talking about. There are alot of variables that go into all of this and I get it. But a dark place, with loud music, teenagers, and alot of ways for a little human to get hurt will turn away alot of moms that are super concerned for their kids safety.Take it from a mother of 2 teenaged boys who works in a hospital, I know risk factors when I see them. Just turning on the lights will help tremendously.Ill. E coming back with my kids after the parent lounge opens, but until then, probably not.
